I contacted David and his team the day before we needed the service and they were able to accommodate out needs completely. We have used Idaho Town car more than twice now and the reasons for our recurring reservations are responsiveness, reliability and just good customer service. They were able to accommodate us even if it was just a couple days’ notice. Additionally, the Drivers they use are punctual and do a good job. I would highly recommend them for any transportation service.

Excellent service and Aaron took us on a beautiful drive after we left our wedding and heading to our hotel. Aaron was unobtrusive, but friendly when we had a conversation during the ride. We rented a 1954 Rolls Royce Silver Wraith, which was luxurious, comfortable and fun to ride in. Unfortunately, being a vintage car, Aaron noticed a few engine problems and wanted to make sure we made it to our hotel first. We arrived without incident and he was very apologetic. He quickly found a replacement vehicle for us and took the extra time to take us around town that evening. Even with that hiccup, my husband and I had the best night and we want to thank Aaron for the great service and care. You deserve more than 5 stars!

Idaho Towncar was an awesome experience! We were picked up at our wedding reception and dropped off at a hotel in downtown Boise. The driver (Kevin) updated us on his arrival time and any changes. Kevin also did a couple of victory laps downtown with the convertible top down. It was excellent and would recommend it to anyone who asks! We really enjoyed the jeepster and would love to do it again!

Sara and JC are phenomenal drivers! They were on time, drove safely and know the town. They were both perfect conversationalists; involved without budding in. Nice ladies who were patient with us. Sara even drove us through the Starbucks drive through! We rented the Navigator for my mom's birthday shopping trip; so luxurious! This was a treat for us, and I've not ridden in a vehicle like this before. Clean, comfortable, and all around amazing. Comfort to the max. I definitely recommend this service snd both Sara and JC.
