This was my first time using Green City Taxi and could not be more pleased. I called a week before to arrange airport transport and pick up, Karim was on time, very professional and pleasant to talk to. It was a stressless and enjoyable ride at a very reasonble price. Upon our return our bags were lost, our flight was delayed and we needed to file a claim for our bags at our final destination, we'd been up and traveling 20+ hrs, were exhausted and fell asleep on the last leg of our journey and forgot to text them..Benson called us, he waited for us ...it was much appreciated. Overall it was an excellent experience. I plan to use them again in the the future.

Contacted Green City Taxi two days before our departure. We needed a large vehicle for our luggage and golf clubs. A van picked us up promptly at 4:30 am for a ride to the airport. So much easier using their services vs parking at the Orchard airport lot. We texted them our return flight information, texted when we had our luggage and we’re picked up right outside baggage claim. We will definitely use their services in the future.

Reliable, clean, safe, friendly, and on-time. We have used Green City Taxi many times this year. Most recently was just this morning. Amazing customer service! My family of four needed a ride to the airport at 5:00 am. I called the night before, and was a bit nervous since we had never used this company… I didn’t need to be! Our driver was waiting outside, brought a very nice minivan to easily accommodate all our luggage, and had us safely to the airport in twenty minutes. He then offered to pick us up on our return… which was midnight the following week. I gave him our flight info and by the time we landed I had a text with instructions as to where to meet him once we had our luggage. Could NOT ask for better service, and the price was extremely reasonable!!!

Easy booking and great service! It was the night before a VERY early flight for our family of 5 plus luggage. I could not book an UberXL ahead and did not want to chance it at 4am! So, I called Green City (late the night before our flight) and they answered right away, we’re really friendly and I was able to book a mini van for the next morning. Our driver was right on time, super nice and then after dropping us off, arranged to pick us up a week later when we were arriving after midnight. I highly recommend and will use them for our next family trip!

I was very impressed with Green City Taxi. I was able to book the ride the night before our flight. The service texted to confirm the address & time. The driver arrived 10 minutes early, even with fresh snow on the ground. He texted me about an hour before our ride to confirm which made me feel comfortable that he was coming, even with the snow. When he arrived, he texted me he had arrived. He ensured that we were wearing seatbelts which made me feel he was concerned for our safety with the snowy roads. He helped us with our luggage, which was nice as we are in our 60’s. The driver was polite, professional, and courteous. He had ample space for our multiple Christmas suitcases which he had checked on when booking the ride. Green City Taxi took the stress out of airport travel. I will definitely use them when I need a ride!!

Green City Taxi is the only Taxi I use in the Boise Metro area. The rides are always clean and the driver is always professional. Kareem is flexible with my somewhat flexible schedule and I rely on him for my commutes to and from the airport. I’ve used other taxi services in Boise and had unpleasant experiences (bad smells, dirty cars, rude drivers). I can’t recommend Green City Taxi enough.

I had been using a different popular taxi service. As they shutdown end of the year, I looked around for a ride to the airport. I got in touch with Green City Taxi, and spoke to Karim. We scheduled the ride (mid morning), and he was there on the dot. No question about whether they would show or not. Prompt responses to texts. Cars are clean and modern (not older taxicabs). Karim is building his business through excellent service and fair pricing. Very happy to have found this company.
