We used the cab service during and after a winter storm across the United States. Our driver picked us up at 3:30 amwhen black ice was on the road. Our driver was excellent at managing the difficult road conditions, kind to us, and concerned about our safety. We will use Boise Airport Taxi again and recommend them to all our friends.

I absolutely had to be at the hospital at a certain time for a scheduled surgery. I booked a pickup with Boise Airport Taxi 3 days ahead of time for 6:15 a.m. the driver called me 5 minutes before his arrival, and was was spot on on time, and got me to the hospital quickly. Very reliable in my experience.

We were on a long ride home from Europe and we had a delay that caused us to land in Boise at about 1:30am. We were beat and tired and not sure how we were going to get home. We called Boise Airport Taxi from our Minneapolis layover and the told me they would track our flight and have someone there to pick us up. Just as we walked off the plane I received a phone call from the driver and we agreed on a place to meet at baggage claim sure enough he was there and within 20 minutes we were home in Nampa saying help to our bed after a 24 hour travel day and 14 days in Europe. BAT delivered 100% on what they said that they would. I am a business traveler and have stayed away from taxis as much as possible due to inconvenience but BAT solved that problem at a reasonable rate!!!

Boise airport taxi company is great. No matter when I call them, they always answer even if it's 3 4 am. I've been very happy with this taxi so far. It'sso hard to know which taxi companies are legit nowadays. I will save you the time because I've had some bad drivers before that smell like smoke and thecar is dirty and the attitude is not so nice. I've had pretty terrible experiences with taxi cabs being late or just not showing up. I think I finally found the perfect taxi company to take care of me. What I like especially is that it's always the same driver that I'm comfortable with now. He knows whento talk and when to leave me alone. His car is so clean inside and out as well as the driver himself and how he dresses. You don't see very many taxi drivers that take care of their appearance. Some even stay the night in their cars I've noticed from the strong odor they have. Anyways I won't bore you guys anymore but this should say enough on how much I liked this guy.

This guy was a life saver. I was stuck without a phone wallet or anything. He saw me by the road and stopped. I was freezing my butt off but thank god for this guy. We need more taxi drivers like him. Get this. When we got to my place I told him I’ll pay him tomorrow since I didn’t have anything on me and he trusted me! I’ve had such bad experiences with drivers before and I always loose things so this guy saved my life. But it works both ways. He called me the next day and asked if we’re still on the same page and I told him I had the money so trust is based on each each side! Keep up the honest work! Definitely recommend this company for everyone!

Great taxi company. I've been using them for many many years and they never seem to disappoint. Always on time and even early sometimes. The driver even has GPS tracking for comfort and safety. The driver is very professional, doesn't smoke in the car, smells really nice, dresses really nice. It's almost like a limo service. I've lost my phone, my wallet, keys, multiple times in his car and he's always returned it. That's actually how we got so close. The first time I ever left my wallet, he found me on Facebook and returned it the next day. I gave him a tip because he was so nice and honest. You don't see very many people like him nowadays.

He picked us up promptly at 3:45am & took us to the airport. While he drove we chatted & found out that, unlike Ubber & Lyft, taxi's have to pay the airport $1.50 for every fare & every 3 months their taxi gets inspected by the city at over $100 each inspection. In addition, a taxi cannot be older than 10 years. So, the next time you compare Uber, Lyft & taxi costs, please factor in the additional costs & increased safety requirements imposed on taxi's. Not to mention the reliability of taxis vs the competitors. As for us we are extremely happy that this company is individually owned & has been in business for 30 years. We will definitely continue to use them in our future travels & recommend his company to our friends & family.
