We have used this transportation service for airport transfer as well as for dinner shuttles many times now. Communication is excellent and service is top notch. The shuttle bus service we use for dinner drop off and pickup is always great. Fun interior lights and courteous drivers make the experience feel a little more special. Pam is always a sweetheart and makes sure we feel taken care of and is always great to confirm times/dates/gate codes. 100% recommend using this company.

Coast Cab was extremely helpful during my buddy's bachelor party trip this past weekend. We booked a shuttle only a few hours in advance and our driver Renee showed up to take us to the bar in a party bus. She was great and their rates were very reasonable as well. Definitely recommend!

We had a group of 8 adults going out to dinner for 8:30pm. They sent us a nice clean van that ha party lights inside and a great driver. Right on time too. We called at the end of the dinner and they were waiting for us when we came out. Great service! Will definitely use them again and again.

Seriously these guys saved the whole trip for us. We got back from a nice dinner out and wanted to head up the road to a local bar but didn’t want to drive. Hopped on the “rideshare” apps to find that it was gonna be a 20+ minute wait and that’s if the driver didn’t cancel on us. When we asked hotel concierge if there were cabs in the area, she said no and I hopped on Google. Thank God I found these guys! The owner answer the phone and she said she’d dispatch and be there in 10 minutes. Less then 10 and the SIL pulls up in a nice black sprinter style van to run us down the road. He told us he was working the late night shift and we could either call dispatch again when we were ready or likely he’d be outside just waiting for us because it was “the spot” for the night. Sure enough, came out and he was there waiting for us! Great experience from start to finish!

If you are planning a trip to Gulf Shores, BOOK COAST CAB! I worked with Pam to get my trip setup for a group of 24 for a bachelorette party. She worked with me like my own personal trip concierge...when I say she went above and beyond, SHE DID. I booked airport transportation to/from and also scheduled shuttles throughout the weekend to take us to local bars/restaurants. Payment was easy...so easy in fact, that I was worried but they proved to me that they are not only legit, but an amazing MUST BOOK shuttle service. Our drivers throughout our trip were all great and Luke stood out as our group's favorite as he was hilarious, informative and so helpful. He and Pam are gems and I can't wait to book a future trip to Gulf Shores so I get to work with them again!

We used Coast Cab for a group of 14 to get from the Phoenix to the Wharf three nights in a row. Our driver Luke was great and Pam at dispatch was super helpful getting us to and from the amphitheater venue. Great service, prompt communication, and friendly staff!

I can't say enough about how wonderful this company and Pam are! When I arrived at PNS at 0130 and she didn't have a driver there available she sent me the number of someone who was there to pick me up within 15 minutes! Also had my delayed bag delivered by Renee! I used them a year ago in the spring and they will be my first call everytime I visit the area. I cannot recommend this company enough!

I made a reservation with Coastal Cab for my sisters bachelorette weekend in Orange Beach. My flight was delayed over two hours by the time I arrived in Pensacola. My cab driver was still at the airport waiting for me. He stayed in contact with me the entire time and didn’t leave me. I have never dealt with such a professional, dependable company. Anyone else would have left or taken another customer, but not them. I can not recommend them enough! Thank you for everything Coastal Cab. I wouldn’t think of using anyone but your service in the future!

We really enjoyed our time with coast cab. We were headed to one restaurant bc it seemed good and close. Our driver convinced us to go to the hangout instead and we had a great time. He was super sweet and helped my family members out of the van and I appreciate that for sure. They communicated very well as the driver was getting close and when he was going to be pulling as we were in a busy area. Great service and for $5 a person it was way better than an Uber!

We went for a bachelorette weekend for my daughter. It was 10 of us and needed shuttles to Flora Bama and then back to condo. Pam and her crew were great. The next night we rented the bus for 2 hours at a very reasonable price and I think the girls had more fun riding around on the bus than anything. Would definitely recommend them and will use them from now on!

Crystal and her driver Justin were lifesavers. We left our car keys in our condo at Orange Beach. With not enough time to rent a car, drive to pick them up and get back through security, we desperately called Coast Cab to see if it were possible to have our keys picked up and delivered to us at the airport. Probably the only way to get around Orange Beach! They are all friendly and it was a nice reassurance having a guaranteed ride. Rates are good and they are great at making accommodations if you need to change the pickup time or anything at all. I probably used them over 10 times and don’t regret it one bit.

As I am only down here for a 24 hr trip Pam and Mary gave me a wonderful experience from the get-go. Not only did Mary pick us from our hotel at the time she stated but she also was very nice and gave wonderful recommendations and excellent customer service! Then on the way back there happened to be a slight hiccup but Pam made sure to take care of us and was beyond sweet. Pam has such a southern charm and makes you feel comfortable! Such a friendly company. I had called for a ride from gulf shores to Pensacola airport and originally they were booked for another 3 hours. I said id call back, trying to find something sooner.. the awesome man i spoke with actually called me about 10 minutes later letting me know they had a cancellation and could pick us up in 15 minutes. I was having a difficult time getting a Lyft or Uber to the airport after trying for over and hour. I received a recommendation to call Coast Cab. While they did not a have a taxi available at the moment to get us to the airport as it was very last minute, the woman on the phone was extremely nice and did all she could to help us get a ride to make our flight. While I didn’t take the company on this trip, based on the service I received, I will in the future and would highly recommend.

I was on vacation and tried to order a LYFT/UBER on Saturday morning to catch my flight at 11:45am. Apparently there were no Uber/Lyfts in the area, even though it is a touristy area. I called Coastal Cab in a panic and the driver, Greg, was insanely nice and was able to pick me up within the hour. I was so thankful for him. He even showed up early. I can’t thank him enough because even though I had to change my flight, I still was able to get to the airport.

Had a wonderful experience today - the Fourth of July. I had the first flight out in Pensacola and called at 4:45am for a pickup. They're aren't many 24 hour operations in Gulf Shores... but they answered. Little did I know,they were in the middle of a shift change. Before long my mobile was ringing at it was the owner coming to personally take me and make sure I made it in time.
