I recently used City Taxi for a ride from the Amtrak station to the Chief Ladiga trailhead, they answered the phone promptly and sent the cab in a reasonable time. The driver was courteous and used a direct route to get to my destination.

I have never had to use a taxi service before until today (1-18-22). I am so glad I chose City Taxi Service. I called to make an appointment for a pick up and a lady named Trish answered the phone. She was polite and professional. Mike was my driver. He was on time (actually early) and very kind. He engaged in conversation with me and made me feel at ease. He even went thru Zaxby’s for me so I could order lunch. If you are ever in need for a taxi service I highly recommend City Taxi Service. I know you will have a pleasant experience. Regina Apple.

They have some great drivers there. If you need a driver ask for Mike or John and Steven. But the best is mike.

Great driver, I believe his name was Jimbo. I'm new to the area and he was friendly as well as very knowledgeable of Anniston as well as surrounding cities, which I found very helpful. The service itself, was awesome as far as the wait time for pickup. I definitely recommend this service. ☺

Had a great experience. A friend and I finished the Silver Comet and we needed a ride back to our car. Steve made it to us within 10 minutes of calling. Friendly guy, and took us all the way back to GA.
