I hired Allen Transportation for an airport drop off and pickup for a large group and they were phenomenal! They made my group feel like celebrities, they were so courteous and kind. Best of all, they were early so we never had to wait for them. When they arrived they called to let us know that they were there and would wait patiently until we were ready. You just can't beat that kind of service. Also, the vehicles were beautiful and very clean.

If you all are looking for professional, reliable, courteous, affordable, prompt and safe transportation, then Allen Transportation is your go to for all your individual needs. Allen transportation responded quickly to my need for transportation. They coordinated a convenient time to pick me up from Atlanta and drive me to Birmingham with return service the following day to the Atlanta airport. The owner contacted me personally letting me know the exact location, SUV model, contact information and name of the driver the previous day. My driver, Mr. Terry, called me when he arrived at the location. He was well dressed, friendly and professional. He took my luggage and offered me snacks and water. I had also requested a computer as I left my charger in Texas which was waiting for me when I entered the vehicle complete with WiFi service. I was riding in a new Suburban that was very spacious and clean. Mr. Terry offered to make any stops I needed and delivered me to Birmingham safe and sound. My experience was seamless and enjoyable. I will be using them for all future transportation needs when I’m in the area.

Allen Transportation provided excellent service for a group of my students who needed to travel within Birmingham from a hotel to the airport. They were communicative and prompt, and the shuttle was immaculate. Mr. Allen also provided a confirmation text when the students were successfully dropped off at the airport, something that I didn't expect, but very much appreciated.

Celebration “The Celebration Church” Church

We are so excited that we came across this amazing company at the last minute. We were able to rent a 2021 black suv which was the requested vehicle of our choice. We highly recommend this small business service. Prices are affordable and we don’t ever have to worry about Enterprise or another car service again… we highly recommend!

Quick story time I won't hold y'all too long!!..I currently reside in the Huntsville, AL. area. Needed a van for vacation. Only thing that was available within my area was a 15 passenger express van (Google the images) if you're needing to know exactly how that setup looks. Considering I would have passengers ranging from Gen Z- BB, I needed something more comfortable for the trip, so I expanded my radius through Birmingham, AL. and came across Johnathan at ATC through Gearbox ( Shout out to those guys as well). He knew exactly what I needed, even went as far as sending me pictures of the exact transit 15 passenger van I would be renting. Fast, Fair, Dependable, would be the mantra to describe Allen Transportation Company. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because the Military discount could've been more than 2.5%, but something is better than nothing right?! Plus this young man is trying to grow his business and expand his fleet, so with that in mind I couldn't complain. Go support the ATC movement and tell Johnathan Mr. Cortez sent you. I'll be back for sure.
