I've had nothing but positive experiences. I work out of town and fly home once a month. My driver, Yuri (cab #10), gave me his number so I can text for a pick up. Yuri is great; he communicates well, is always on time and is a safe driver. Couldn't be any easier using this cab.

Driver Number 10 was WONDERFUL! (He's the Driver with the European accent). He was friendly, polite, professional, took me right to the hotel- no issues. I enjoyed my ride. Then I left an item in the cab. He brought it back to me! THANK YOU DRIVER NUMBER 10- YOU ROCK!!!! I suggest using this driver every time!

After putting up with Silver & Yellow Cab for so long I decided to wait for one of these black taxis to get to the front of the line at the airport to take me home in Warrior. Lucky me, I got a taxi driver who is actually a professional. Bryan in cab #7 provided service that was like night & day compared to many of these other drivers plus he lives in my area. I fly out of Birmingham 6 or 8 times a year & I'll be calling Bryan personally from now on!

So, I got into this cab in Lakeview one weekend (#7) because my Uber app wasn't working. After making sure it wasn't Terrence that is. The driver, Bryan, assured me that Terrence drove for Silver Cab now. Surprisingly, his cab actually smelled clean & he drove me straight to my apartment without overcharging me! I went ahead & got his number for when Uber isn't working & have used him a few times now. He's always on time & his cab is always clean! Thanks, Bryan!

I honestly can't speak for the rest of this company, but I just have to brag on Bryan in taxi number 7. He picked me up in Southside on weekend & his taxi was CLEAN & didn't stink of smoke & he drove me straight home! So I got his personal cell number & even though I only take a taxi about once a month or so, I ALWAYS call Bryan!

I've tried uber and it sucked terrible ugly cars the guy actually told me he have nice cars but he's not gonna ware them out taking ppl places poor customer service hated it
