ZBest was the absolute BEST! Their prices were amazing and their customer service is even better! The women we worked with booking our vans were so friendly and easy to get a hold of. What really stood out to us though, was one of our drivers the night of our wedding named Keith, he was PHENOMENAL!!! At the end of the evening when everything was being packed up, he went out of his way to ensure that every person still at our venue had a way to get back to the hotel before leaving! He waited with us until our private ride arrived to ensure that my husband and I were not stranded! SO THOUGHTFUL and CONSEDERATE! 10/10 would recommend!

Very reliable!!! Just want to share that I recently used their service for pick up at 4 am at DC area. My original flight was cancelled so I had to call them twice, first was to confirm whether they can pick up at 4 am, then after booking the flight, I called them again to do pick up rescheduling. I was a bit panic because the flight and pick up rescheduling had to be done soon (less than 8 hours flight), but Zidra, the customer service lady was very nice and helpful. The phone calls was connected fast and the service was prompt. The driver arrived on time at 4 am at the given point of location, the vehicle was big spacious van. He was very nice and helpful also with the luggage. Booked thru Super Shuttle, the fee was pricey but it was money well spent. Better to book them than having stress and anxiety about uncertainty early morning transfer to airport.

Our driver, Daniel M. was so polite, courteous, and pleasant. He made our ride so nice. The vehicle was a Cadillac SUV and it was clean and comfy. The music was relaxing, as was Daniel’s driving. If you are looking for a car service with five star service, look no further. If he’s available, ask for Daniel. He is such a lovely person!!!

First Class! I used ZBest for my wedding after personal recommendations from colleagues as well as a fair amount of research. You cannot beat their prices and you cannot beat their customer service. From management to drivers ZBest cannot be beat. ZBest was very fair and acommodating when it came to last minute changes and they do not nickel and dime you for every small request. Very reasonable, easy to work with, and professional. Our guests loved every driver to include James, one of their oldest and most beloved. He even drove well past the time limit, just so he could take care of guests. Look no further than ZBest if you have any transportation needs!!

Bill made the process of ordering transportation for my daughter’s wedding so easy even though it was Preakness weekend(their busiest week of the year!). Our drivers, Roscoe and James, were wonderful! They were on time , courteous and friendly! James had to maneuver a large coach bus through narrow streets due to a police blockade and got us safely back to our hotel at the end of the night. We recently rented a limo from ZBest for a wedding. Randolph Mayzck was our driver. The service could not have been better. We were a bit demanding, asking him to pick up the groom’s party and bring them to the Church. Then he had to pick up the bride’s party and get them to the Church, when we didn’t have the best directions to the hotel the bride was at. Then after the service he had to get us all to the reception hall. We then took multiple trips from the reception hall to get more stuff for the reception. Randolph handled this very professionally. The Bride and Groom had never ridden in a limo before, and were both very excited. They were extremely pleased with the service we got. The icing on the (wedding) cake was when Randolph rolled out a red carpet for the bride. Literally, he rolled out a red carpet at the Church for the bride (my sister) to walk out on. She was beaming from ear-to-ear. We have rented a limo a few times over the past several years, and this was far and away the best service we have ever received. Definitely use this limo service and I strongly advise you to ask for Randolph. I know we will. Awesome job, Randolph!

We had a wonderful experience with Zbest for my daughter's wedding. They supplied two, 56 passenger motor coaches for the half hour ride between the hotel and venue, and a separate car for some relatives requiring transportation from home. The vehicles were in pristine condition and the drivers were punctual and professional. Customer service was also top notch - our representative was extremely knowledgeable and responded to all inquiries promptly and completely. Given the fact that the original wedding was postponed twice due to Covid, the ease of communication was especially appreciated!

The driver was very kind to my parents after he picked them up- which was even more wonderful since they had such a long day of travel. The only thing that keeps me from a 5 star rating is the timing of the driver who almost blamed me for the wait. Customs took a VERY long time, perhaps with COVID or under staffing, and so the driver waited longer than usual. What I find interesting is that the international flight arrived at 3:40 and that is when the driver arrived, which meant he waited for 2 hours. I personally would never arrive when an international flight arrives, you know it’s going to be a bit. And while I couldn’t do anything about Customs I had called the dispatch earlier that day to let them know I was communicating on behalf of our parents AND to note the time of the flight. While the driver was friendly and kind to our parents, I’m not sure we would use this company again - too much stress worrying whether they would leave them there.

I can't say enough good things about ZBest Limousine Service. My now-wife and I were referred to ZBest by our wedding venue to provide transportation for our guests to and from their hotels. We made reservations with ZBest in January of this year. When the pandemic occurred, something we obviously did not expect back in January, we had to drastically reduce our guest list and, thus, the number of motor coaches we needed. ZBest was professional and accommodating when it came to modifying our reservation to account for this change. Moreover, ZBest was flexible and helpful up through and including the wedding day in terms of adjusting where the motor coaches would be stopping; I spoke with Roberto two days before the wedding about this, and John, our driver, was able to make an extra stop on the wedding day! Every time I called, I was able to speak with someone directly about our reservation. The staff at ZBest always made me feel like I was in capable hands, which was important to me while dealing with a hectic wedding planning process. And ZBest's pricing is very competitive with other transportation companies. Thank you all so much for being so pleasant to work with, and I will be recommending you all to every person I know!

I had to call and make last minute changes due to flight changes and they were right on top of it. They knew about the delays before I even told them. The car arrived at my neices home before she did and the driver Michael DaCosta,waited until we contacted her roommate to open the door and let her in. She told me he was very professional and polite. Phenomenal. Great limo service provider. We actually used their executive sprinter, it was a Mercedes sprinter with leather chairs and all that jazz. The driver was polite, well dressed,. My Step Son and his finance were getting married and I thought it would a great idea to get them a Limo and also have the family of the Bridge and Groom transported to and from the Wedding site. I called 1 company and they said they'd call back, they didn't and so I called Kathy at ZBest. Amazing Customer Service we discussed options and I locked in the Mini Bus and Limo with a deposit. The week before the wedding, I had to make some changes and Kathy was so accommodating. She went over all the details and I got a text with both drivers names the day before. The drive of our now larger bus was outstanding and it made the day a day to remember. If I have the need for a Limo or other transportation, ZBest and Kathy will be my 1st and only call.

We were picked up at BWI Airport at 1:00 a.m. on Sunday by a very nice driver. She was very courteous and as tiny as she was, did all of the heavy lifting of our bags. Be sure to get written confirmation for special requests. I put in writing and stated on the phone when making a reservation that my 91 and 95 year old relatives had to have a Lincoln Continental or equivalent sedan. I went as far as saying that it absolutely cannot be a SUV or they would have to be lifted in. Their two Continentals were in the shop so they sent a Suburban without contacting me for approval. The driver, James A, was phenomenal and got the women to the airport with minimal distress. ZBest later made good and refunded the fee with sincere apologies. If I do return to MD, I guess they earned another chance.

Booked a limo for our wedding party and shuttle for our guests. I was little nervous about booking after reading a number of wedding wire reviews regarding issues with payment and therefore providing service the day of. I dropped in a few days before to make sure we were settled up and had no issues. They worked great with with my wedding coordinator at Simple Created Events, with whom they have had a working relationship with over a number of years (I didn't know that when I booked either of them). Small issue trying to get the AC to work in the limo, but I was also over excited and we had a short trip. Shuttle was great. The last trip of the night we got severely detoured around downtown Baltimore due to the closing fireworks for Light City the driver remained clam and look us the long away around back to the hotel.

My first impression was the car was less than perfect on the outside. A few dings and scratches sort of thing, but the outside was clean of dirt. However the inside was as clean as can be. Here's why I gave them 5 stars, The driver Fernand, Like Barb in the office, could not have been more perfect. The man has an awesome personality and is a true asset to ZBest. He made this a truly special event for me and the new couple. I am not a wealthy enough person to use a Limo on a regular basis, but I will definitely be calling and recommending ZBest in the future.

we rented a Cadillac Escalade limo for our wedding. the vehicle itself exceeded my expectations. It was roomy and clean and the driver was very professional. There were some high tech toys as well, lasers, strobe lights, etc. all controlled on a panel along with audio. one suggestion I have is for zbest to please train your drivers on the electronic panel in the back. It wasn't rocket science for us to figure it out but it def took a sec as does anything that you've never used before and trial and error can be frustrating when you're in party mode. luckily someone had a cable in their bag, i think we would have hit halfway to our destination before we could get all the way connected to blue tooth
