Excellent experience. As I walked to baggage claim, I got a text from my driver asking me to text him once I had my luggage. Devin made the whole experience great - he was kind, prompt and friendly. I use SuperShuttle often when traveling, and I think it's a great and safe way to get where you need to go. Addition: Return trip to the airport was just as seamless, which I was grateful for since I needed to be picked up so early. Fantastic service!

Driver sent us a text before we landed to say that he was waiting in the short term parking area and to call him once we picked up our luggage. Driver arrived at our location in less than 5 minutes from when we called him. Driver was personable, vehicle had a nice fragrance, and his music selection was enjoyable (70's, 80's). Our destination was 28 miles away from BWI and his driving was excellent. Driver waited until we got in our home before pulling off - maybe because our drop-off was around 1am. Regret not getting driver's vehicle number to request him for future travels.

Super Shuttle has made some much needed improvements in their coordination of services. They follow through to the end with your reservation that was made. They inform drivers of who you are and inform you of your driver’s name, which is appropriate. They also give you a reservation ticket receipt which also indicates to the passenger that all pertinent information is correct. I was pleased with my ride today.

Our Ride was perfect!! Absolutely no complaints. Our Driver, Percy, picked us up at the Annapolis Loews Hotel and took us to Baltimore Airport. He was on time, actually a few minutes early. We were kept notified the whole afternoon on where his location was and time of arrival. As far as I'm concerned that was the best shuttle service I have ever used. I travel quite often and I will be using them again. There were 6 of us in the shuttle and we all commented on how great the service was. Percy was a very good driver and personable. Thanks.

Very smooth process, the online site was easy to use. I had to change the time of my pickup due to a flight cancellation and the edit process worked very well. Only issue was for tipping. It asks if you want to tip when you book. So I added my tip at that moment. When I entered the van there was a sign that said the fare did not include gratuity!? Of course I gave the driver a tip, not knowing if he would get the one that I entered when I booked. That is confusing and of course I over tipped but what did the driver get?

1st time using this service. Took a chance & booked roundtrip & I was not disappointed! Rides were clean, drivers were professional & got me to my destination safely. The hotel surprisingly did not provide shuttle service which was stressful; however, SuperShuttle came through for me. I'll be looking up this service for my future travel needs!

Courteous driver, very helpful and drove safely. He came 20min early so we felt bad for him to wait and so we rushed. They notified us 2hrs before (@1:56am) but I was soundly sleeping at that hour and did not get the notice in time. By the time I read the text, the driver was 5min away! It turned out fine though and I rather him be early than late!!!😉

I was glad I decided not to drive to BWI and instead took Supershuttle. I didn't have to wait very long and they showed up within the time specified. The return trip was easy too. They send an email with a link to check in and I was given instructions on the location of my driver. I didn't have to worry about navigating through traffic, dealing with the parking lot shuttles and finding my car if I had driven my car plus I knew my car was safely parked in my driveway while I was gone. It was also less expensive for me. This is the way to go!

Vehicle was clean and in good working order. Driver not too chatty, which was good. Not too long a wait, driver took nice direct route, price was right and I felt safe, which is a big deal these days. My only problem was the young lady at the airport. Not very helpful and a little more direction for actually finding van outside - not just go out and see #868. At least let first tome folks know it isn’t right at curbside.

They are always so prompt which is a big relief when pick-up is in the middle of the night! The drivers help with baggage and with getting on board. Drivers are always polite, and some are wonderful conversationalists. I wish the process went a little more smoothly when being picked up at the airport to return home. It is a bit chaotic at the counter and on the curb.

The service was excellent and great value for money. All booking done on line and kept updated as pick up time approaches. Was particularly good seeing location of taxi pre pickup on live map with an eta as well as time to pick up. Once picked up arrival time displayed. Vehicle. Was excellent and driver friendly, professional and attentive. Will definitely use again when return to the States.

My pick up at the airport was not so fantastic because the driver was a bit rude. However, my ride back to the airport a few days later was absolutely amazing. Thanks to my driver, Daniel!! He was friendly, helpful, and courteous! He made the ride back to the airport worthwhile :-) (give him tickets to the Aquarium, he deserves it!!!!)

My original pick-up ride was cancelled at the last minute necessitating a cab ride, an expense I was not prepared for. I did receive a refund and 25% off my next round trip. My ride home from the airport was awkward. I have Lupus and can't walk far or lift heavy items. The counter staff were very unhelpful and, eventually, another passenger helped me.

Reservation easy to book . My 18 yo old took from airport & I was a little nervous that she would have issues,,but she followed the instructions as directed & her ride was available within minutes & brought her home safely & within a reasonable amount of time, considering she did ride share. I was very pleased with the service. Paul contacted me before he showed up and gave me an ETA. He explained we had to wait ten minutes for a couple and he had one more pick up at another hotel. I was aware of the fact that it was a shuttle and thus booked it with plenty of time to get to the airport and make my flight. Thanks for the ride. You can't beat the price.

Driver arrived early and managed DC traffic well. The price for shared ride was reasonable. When making your reservation I suggest to request an earlier time than their estimation. We allowed ourselves an extra hour based upon traffic and TSA wait times.

Was wary about using Supershuttle after all the negative reviews but in reality it was fine. Car was clean, driver drove safely and efficiently from BWI into Baltimore. Driver was also very friendly and we had a great chat. Had to wait a while for my ride but that's to be expected with a shared service.

I take these everwhere and there are 2 problems .1 you have the app but it gives no iinfor.ation about where to catch a shuttle so you wander forever. Then they tell you to look at your email. Then why do I have the app? 2 ..you pre book a ride and still end up waiting 20 min ..better to get there and check if an uber is quicker and cheap enough. I don't advise the app or pre booking a ride .
