Clean, roomy, vehicle and an excellent and polite driver. Booked from BWI to Alexandria to DC with less than w4 hours notice. No problem. Flight was two hours late arriving. No problem. 10/10 no notes.

We used Baltimore Black Car for a work function last weekend. Our driver Denise was wonderful. She arrived early, was very nice and easily managed the route with multiple stops. The shuttle van was clean, comfortable and had great AC :) Rates were competitive and their process more professional than some others I called. Will definitely use them again!

Last minute booking at 9pm for a 3am pickup. Driver was right on time, helpful and friendly, drove safely, and we made our flight. That went about as well and smoothly as possible. Will use them from now on anywhere around D.C.

Jonathan, our driver, was very professional and friendly and arrived early on both ends of the trip, not to make us ride earlier but to be there early in case we chose to ride earlier. John really saved us in a pinch! Our international travel woes brought us home to the wrong airport (seems to happen more and more these days). From the airport in Iceland I was able to get an instant quote, know the availability and instantly book and get confirmation that we had a ride. When we landed, John was already there patiently waiting and understanding when customs took quite a while to complete. John’s sleek modern black SUV is immaculately clean, supplied with fresh cold water. He has a calm, organized and peaceful personality and if I ever have need for this service again I will definitely call Baltimore black car!

I arrived in Washington DC unexpectedly when my flight was rerouted and had to get to Baltimore at the last minute and rather late at night. I reached out to Black Car and received a response and quote from Jonathan very quickly. The process was seamless and professional. The driver, Peter, arrived as, and where, expected. I felt safe and well-cared for the entire time; as a female traveling alone this was important to me. An Uber premium would have been similar in price.. The whole experience was awesome and I would highly recommend them. Would definitely use them again when in the area. For sure a 5 star experience.
