Tammy, Larry, and one other bus driver (sorry, didn’t know his name) were GREAT! Anything we requested, it was taken care of. The buses were very clean and modern. Extremely happy with the service and would recommend to anyone having a wedding! Bravo!

My husband and I are senior citizens and we needed a ride from Howard County, Maryland, to the Newark airport, an over three hour drive. American Limousines staff and driver handled our reservations, drive, and all aspects of our trip and reservations with excellence, promptness, and thorough professionalism. The experience was really good. Our driver Lavale was awesome. He was able to get us to our destination safely. He definitely knows how to maneuver the chapter bus. We drove from Baltimore to Atlanta which was 12 hours. Our driver took breaks which was needed. I would highly recommend the service.

Excellent service! Our company hired a limo bus for 2 days for out of town customers. Renita reserved our party and worked with our ever changing schedule( which changed at least 4 times) and Stanley, our driver, was on time and professional. Highly recommend!!!

We hired American Limousines for our daughter's wedding this past weekend. Making the reservation was easy and the woman who helped me on the phone was helpful and very professional when answering all of my questions. Ryland, the driver was in constant communication with me and showed up right on time. The coach bus was impeccably clean and quite comfortable. Ryland was so kind and helpful when we needed help getting our 97 year old Nana on the bus safely. He even called at the end of the evening to see what shuttle Nana was going to be on so he could assist us. The service from the phone call to the limo driver coming to pick is up from our home and taking us to the airport was top shelf service. I don’t remember the lady that took our call but she was kind and professional and clarified what we wanted several times. The limo driver Tom showed up 15 mins early and got us to the airport nice and early. This experience has been extremely pleasant I will recommend this company and I will use the service again. Had this service booked for a multi day trip out of state. I can definitely say: this is the best bus ride I've ever been on. Lavell is extremely professional, punctual and skilled. He was never late, very flexible with last minute changes to the itinerary, and he made difficult maneuvers look effortless.

We booked the trolley for our daughters wedding on 11/9/19. American Limo was so easy to work with and I highly recommend them. The trolley arrived a little early to pick up the wedding party in Baltimore. The trolley was absolutely beautiful!! It was super clean and warm for our comfort. Our driver was Trucell and he was fabulous!! Such a sweet man and adorable with his bow tie and cap. I would not hesitate to use them again. 🎼Still on a vibe from this weekend with my BRO familia, and it all started with our driver Lavell. To have the ultimate Black experience, being driven with a black owned business paired with our premise. Lavell's character blended so well that we deemed him as family off the break! He was very accommodating, got us safely to and from Atlanta with care and patient. It was truly a dope experience as with so many trips taken by bus, I have never had a dope driver whose music even gave peace and excellence. Please reward him for his diligence. We used American Limo to rent the trolley for our wedding. Everything was perfect! Everyone was very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout the process. The trolley was beautiful, spacious, and nice and cool. All of our guests loved it and we have great photos from it! We had a large bridal party and this was the most accommodating option we could find. Our driver was friendly and everything ran on time perfectly!

From the start they were great communicating with us and answering any questions we had. We opted to use the trolley for our wedding- getting my bridal party and myself to the venue and also providing a shuttle for guests to get to cocktail hour from our ceremony site, which was a bit of a hike. The driver was a pro and navigating in tight quarters in not the best of driving conditions. He was also patient and waited for the wedding party to finish pictures before making his final departure. The trolley was extremely clean and made for great pictures. We would definitely recommend American Limousines!

We reserved two large white school busses for our wedding and it was just a debacle. The wedding started about 45 minutes late because one of the busses got lost (after I'd offered to meet them in advance to ensure they knew where they were going, but they declined), and one of them broke down on the way. This was not communicated to us at all. We had guests in the rain, in an empty parking lot, waiting for these guys to arrive and get them to the wedding site. I totally understand that things happen, and wouldn't give such a negative review had there been communication to inform us of the issues and had the company handled the situation better after the fact. We asked for a bit of our money back (to cover the time that the buses weren't doing the job they were hired for) and after being given the run around for weeks, were told the owner did not feel as though they owed us anything. Had they been willing to work with us on this I'd be writing totally different review. As it stands, I do not recommend them, simply because of the hassle they caused in the moments leading up to our wedding, their unwillingness to work with us to make it right, and the amount of time we wasted following up with them to even get them to give us that answer. **Update** After posting this review we were contacted by the owner who insisted that he was never made aware of our issues. We received what we believed to be a sincere apology as well as a partial refund. Additionally, he followed up when and how he said he would. I have changed my rating from one to three stars because of this. A little customer service really goes a long way!

I used this company for two events. They were so professional. I actually was able to go look at the car at their property before I booked a ride. I met the owner and he was so welcoming. My driver Harold made sure everything went great. I will recommend American to all my friends. Also they have the best vehicles out of any transportation company I've use in Maryland.

Phenomenal Service Our wedding planner Elle from Elle Ellinghaus Designs secured American Limousine to provided transportation for our wedding. The service provided was exceptional! We had a British group of 40 visiting Baltimore. We hired an American Limousine motor coach to use for a tour of Baltimore. Our guide had the bus meander through the city while talking about the sites. The bus was on time, clean and the driver, Lee, was friendly, efficient and flexible (he returned to the BMA to pick up those who opted to stay there). The cost was competitive. The White Trolley was a dream for our big day this winter. The team dressed up the trolley for the holiday and created a beautiful aesthetic for my crew and I on our wedding day. It was fun to see all the videos and photos from our guests as well from the "old town" trolley. The staff was easy to work with and extremely friendly.
