My mother had to get to Dover, DE on very short notice because my Grandmother was ill. I didn’t want her to worry about renting a car and driving and they took care of everything! Great customer service and very professional. The driver sent my mom a text as soon as she landed assuring her he was waiting and ready. They also accommodated her when she changed her flight last minute. They had no problem changing the day/time on short notice. Thank you!

The best BEST car Service. Our flight was canceled by one day and they agreed to pick us up then the plane was delayed three times requiring three different flights and three different airports!!!! Each time they agreed to pick us up at the new location. It was the only positive experience in terms of transportation for our vacation. First time using this type of service, and I had an amazing experience! Naive took my reservation and gave me a discount for being a first time customer. Not only that, but when I was charged incorrectly, he went back and gave me a larger discount for the inconvenience. Mujahid was my driver. Very down to earth and he was incredibly accommodating. I was surprising someone at the airport and he did everything he could to make sure it went as planned, and it did. Don’t look anywhere else, this is the company you want to go with!

I've used 95 Star several times now, for myself and for group rides, and at some ugly hours of the morning (3AM ride to the airport anyone?). They have always been professional, on time, and generally awesome. Communication is on point; I've always gotten "status report" text messages to reassure me that the car is actually coming at 3AM. I'm pretty much done with Uber - 95 Star is the way to go for stress-free airport runs.

My toddler son and I have to travel frequently to Baltimore to see my husband who is currently living away from home. My husband is often working when we have to be picked up or dropped off so I have used 95 star airport service for frequent trips and couldn’t be more pleased with their service. Theirs cars are safe and comfortable and their drivers are incredibly kind and professional. I very much appreciate their safety and reliability. This is one of the finest car services I have ever used! My wife had to travel from NC to Maryland for a family emergency. I spoke with a gentleman on the phone and booked the service for a Sunday pickup at BWI. The driver was there a few minutes early for her pickup, and promptly got her to her hotel in Silver Springs. We had to postpone her return trip and they graciously changed the date and she received the same perfect pickup and safe ride back to BWI. Upon returning my wife mentioned to me how courteous, friendly and nice the drivers were. Not to mention punctual, and very professional. With will be returning to the DC area and there is no question that we will use 95 Star, and recommend them to our friends and family. Thank you 95 Star for your outstanding service!

Recently stumbled upon this taxi service. Very happy with them. The SUV was clean and in great shape, drivers were professional and polite. First pickup was at 5:00am and they arrived exactly in time. They even coordinated with us via text for pickup as our return flight was delayed, no fuss or extra charge. Their online booking is very easy to use and convenient, down to the tip. And the best part, their price is better than Uber and Lyft!! This is now my go to taxi service. Highly recommend them!!

Price-wise, going with Star 95 is not much more than an Uber, and A LOT more secure as far as reservations go and their ability to be on your agenda. The service was super great, and they made last minute adjustments to where I needed to be picked up, They arrived early and got me to BWI on schedule. I highly recommend these guys.

95 Star saved the day! The airline left us stranded in baltimore and we needed to get home to Richmond. No rental cars were available at this late hour. A super courteous driver drive picked us up at 12:30am and safely drove 3 hours through the night. I would highly recommend 95 Star.

I needed someone to pick my daughter up from BWI and drive her almost 2 hrs to a small town in Maryland. From my initial call with Kahn to the pick up with Assif, our experience could not have been better. The communication beforehand with Kahn was excellent. Assif the driver was in contact with both my daughter and myself. He was incredibly reliable, personable and followed a COVID protocol. He also picked my daughter up at the end of her trip and drove her back to the airport. Again he was most professional. He even called us when he was going to be a few minutes late because he was stuck behind some bicyclers. I would not hesitate to use 95 Stars Airport Sedan Service again. They provided excellent, comfortable and reliable service. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Words can't easily convey how terrific the services provided by the crew at 95 Star were. They enabled and supported a completely screwed up trip and helped us to complete our itinerary - and more. I made reservations for three trips/carriages: 1) four people from airport to hotel; 2) four people from hotel to cruise terminal, and; 3) four people from the cruise terminal to airport. The ONLY one that remained even close to originally planned was the hotel-to-cruise terminal - and even that was altered from the original. The first change was airline-caused; our original flight from SEA to BWI was canceled and the airlines rerouted us on split trips. The original four of us due in to BWI got changed to two of us from IAD; and the time changed too. Then the other couple that were traveling with us ended up being carried the next day. 95 Star handled both of those with ease and without problem. Then, due to changes in the cruise itinerary, the other couple decided to cancel their cruise. So the four from the hotel to the cruise terminal became two. 95 Star handled that just as well. Then - remember the cruise itinerary changed - so our planned 'cruise terminal to airport' trip changed both in time/timing and number of people. 95 Star handled that perfectly also. The other couple went back to Alaska, and we cruised for 10 days instead of 14. Then, due to airlines and everything else being screwed up, we decided to spend an extra two days in Baltimore - my wife had never seen any of the significant monuments in D.C. so we wanted a 'sightseeing tour.' Another call to 95 Star and we had a nice Suburban-and-driver for a day to tour a list of the places we wanted to see. We flipped and flopped all over D.C. and the area and got an opportunity to see the changing of the guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and a host of other monuments and features. And, finally, 95 Star took us from the hotel back to the airport - NOT IAD this time, but BWI. Prompt, professional, affordable, adjustable, affable, capable and wonderful. 95 Star will be the limo service of choice when we go back to Baltimore on our next cruise. Thanks for making our trip as simple as a phone call. They 'go with the flow' and make sure the flow gets there.

These guys are the best. I got into BWI at 1:00 a.m. and needed a ride home to Bethesda. I checked with a few companies, most of which were very very expensive or hard to deal with. 95 Star was the most reasonably priced and the reservation process was very smooth and it was clear these guys were on top of everything. When my plane landed I already had a text from the great driver who was waiting for me. He told me where to go and was right there and got me home safely and quickly in a very nice Suburban. We got stranded at BWI past 10 pm with 4 kids and lots of luggage, including golf clubs. We lost 3 Ubers since they couldn't fit everything. I was really nervous since it was getting late.
