When I was picked up the driver was absolutely wonderful! He was pleasant, friendly and helpful throughout...from pick up to drop off. I couldn't be happier with the driver and the outstanding service he provided! But when I called the main line to request a taxi, the man who took my call was impolite, terse and seemingly not at all interested in providing decent customer service. He was rude, short with me and very impatient and honestly seemed inconvenienced by my call. The treatment I received was sub par and frankly, struck me as strange as I would think taking incoming calls is the very essence of his job...❔ Regardless, LOVED my driver, extremely disappointed in man who answered my call (dispatch?).

Excellent service very friendly and helpful and I appreciate him and I felt save and calm and relaxed I would recommend him to anyone he offered to help me with my baggage just all around pleasant ride Thanks and thank him never got his name he was Jamaican not sure but different languages but spoke English fluently I hope I didn’t frighten him but yes I will use this again when needed I just wish I had more money for a tip but he seemed happy with what I gave that’s all I had for now he said he wasn’t busy yet today but I give him 5 out of 5 stars please tell him thanks ago I never got his name he will be blessed 🥰😇

Me and my friends requested an Uber and Lyft. They both quoted us almost double what this taxi service charged us. They were quick, honest, and on time. Got us all safely where we were headed for an honest price. Highly recommend.

Good in a pinch Pros - driver was on time - helpful with bags Cons - driver wouldn’t talk with me - unsafe use of cell phone Made a reservation over the phone several hours in advance. Driver showed up on time. However he didn’t speak a word to me unless I spoke to him for the half hour ride. After about five minutes I realized it was going to be a quite ride when the guy was only speaking in one or two word answers and didn’t bother trying to conversate. He also was looking at his phone, which was in his hand, for directions. Despite this, he nearly ran a stop sign without ever hitting the brakes until I shouted that it was a stop sign. Then he proceeded to try to go straight even though I told him it was a right and his GPS was also telling him to turn. He did a good job helping me put together my wheelchair and helped me get my bags out and offered to bring them in for me. Overall it worked for me and with some minor changes this company could easily earn a five star review.

I like the 24hr service what i can take from the good service is that they need more drivers and the miss communicate with the dispatcher when calling for a ride it's happened three times i would call i would get told no cars are in the area and it would be a 25-30min wait but no car would show up i normally give a extra 10mins but i only gave 5mins the last time i had to call twice just to get a ride home or to a appointment i feel the dispatcher should try to do better with communicating with customers and the business should look in to hiring more drivers so they can cover more area's to to better serve there customers.

From my experience the best taxi service in Cobb County. Few bad..sinister drivers but overall drivers are good...most cars clean..take cards and they are often cheaper than Uber or Lyft

First time user of taxi in Marietta, Ga. They were on time and very friendly. I don't leave reviews but wanted others to know that this is a good company and I will use them again when needed. taxi was very clean. And not that it matters but I am not Hispanic.

Love the company but I prefer you not take cab #40 you’ll get in the car and it’ll already be $3 or $4 on the meter when I know they’re supposed to start at 1.75 and then the man was video chatting which made me feel very uncomfortable other than that specific cab, I love the company and they’re great prices.
