Sharing a review here because I used google to find this company. Needed transport after an International flight to ATL for 5 people and a ton of luggage. I booked online and kind of panicked because while I quickly got an automated response saying my trip was not confirmed until I'd heard from them, it took a few days for the email to arrive confirming the ride. However, once that follow up email came, the company (and ultimately the assigned driver) were very communicative. Everything went very smoothly during pick up--our driver, Vladimir was fantastic. Smooth and relaxing drive in stop and go traffic, calm and engaging w/ passengers as he navigated ATL traffic. He went with the flow of what we wanted as passengers in terms of routing through ATL traffic and just can't say enough good things. Should we need a driver again, won't hesitate to book with this company, and hopefully have Vladimir again!

I’ve used LAAC for travel multiple times in different states and have had a great experience. The service is easy to book and the chauffeurs arrive early and are dressed well. The vehicles are always clean with cold water and the chauffeurs are very accommodating. Definitely recommend!

This is where you go when you need a real luxury Mercedes Sprinter limo. There are many dubious limo rental places with older and outdated Sprinter vans, so you have to do your due diligence. The Sprinter limousines are great for concerts and sporting events around Atlanta. They are also great for Airport limo service, when you need something bigger than a SUV limo. Update 03/10/21 Very impressed with their COVID 19 cleaning standards. Just used them for airport limo service In Atlanta. Same great executive car service since before corona and with great chauffeurs. This is still the best limousine service in Atlanta hands down. The only Car service I will use. Reliable and modern with woman chauffeurs. It is great because it makes me feel safe, when I have to send a car for my wife and daughters. Kim is my favorite chauffeur and she always has great recommendations on local food in Atlanta and just a great person period.

My family and I had a late night arrival in Atlanta and could not book a rental car due to the hour. At the recommendation of our real estate agent, we booked a ride with LAAC. The process was easy, efficient and made our arrival so much better. The email and text communications kept us up to date, and our driver Mike was on time, helpful and super friendly while sharing his knowledge of Atlanta on our drive. From the start, Limo Atlanta was very easy to work with. We wanted luxury transportation in Atlanta for a birthday event to transport our party between the host hotel, restaurant, and several bars that were on the agenda for the evening. We booked their Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. Limo Atlanta was definitely customer service focused. The office staff was friendly, easy to work with and very helpful. They answered all our questions each time we called and offered several suggestions to meet our budget. They were also very accommodating to some changes we needed to make. They were very professional and reasonably priced. With regard to the actual chauffeured transportation, the Sprinter surpassed our expectation. Our driver arrived on time and got us to each location promptly and without incident, as promised. He was very professional, friendly, funny (full of stories), patient and offered some good suggestions.

I recommend using Limo Atlanta & Airport Car Service for numerous reasons. 1. It is so much easier than going through a taxi service. You always get a quick response and never have to wait on hold in a long queue. 2. They are always on time, and you can set a pick up time, same day, or weeks in advance. 3. Drivers are nice and courteous and all speak clear English and know where they are going. Their cars are clean. 4. Text updates & booking option (this is amazing!) I will never use a Taxi in this city again. I have been using this service for almost 2 years now and it has made travelling for business so much easier!

I found this company through a search and wasn't sure what to expect. I was very pleased with the service. On my way out, the driver (Kim) texted me to let me know she was on the way and then texted when she arrived. The car (Suburban) was new and clean. It was a luxury car and felt fresh. The ride was smooth. I usually don't care to talk much, but Kim was very kind and friendly. Not overly talkative, but we did strike up a nice conversation and I enjoyed talking the whole way to the airport. On my return, I sent my flight info. My flight was delayed a bit and when I landed and turned my phone on, I received a text from the driver (Mike) letting me know he was there and asked to text when I got to baggage claim. I wasn't rushed and stopped to grab a sandwich on my way to baggage claim. Once there, I called Mike and he told me where to meet. He was very professional and the vehicle was top notch. There was lots of traffic as it was rush hour, but the ride was smooth and relaxing and Mike was a great driver. He talked a little, but let me relax and breath. I'm very pleased with the service of this company and would definitely use them again. BTW, I made all my reservations online and never spoke to anyone on the phone until I called Mike to let him know I was at baggage claim. All of my correspondence was via email. I suppose you could call if you prefer, but I prefer making reservations online. It's quick and easy.

Early, active communication precluded any confusion; Kendall was on time, waiting for us right where he said he would be, dressed, professional, polite and friendly. He waited patiently with us for our bags, and had us home in good time. The vehicle was clean, and spacious enough (we had 3 adults with 6 large bags and several smaller ones too). I really can’t think of anything I would suggest to make it better. Great job Kendall and LAAC Car Service ... I would definitely use again, and would recommend.

Excellent service! Omar drove us to the airport and Joe drove us back. Both were very courteous and friendly, both arrived about 15 minutes early and helped with bags. Their vehicles were very clean and smelled nice, had water bottles for us. I will definitely use their services again!!! Highly recommended!!

I have dealt with Limo Atlanta before, as they provided me limo service every time I have come to Atlanta. I finally got around to leaving a review. I think it's important to let others know when a company does a great job. What keeps me coming back to the company is a few things. First, the customer service is stupendous and wholesome. What I mean is that the chauffeurs and even the office staff (via e-mail and text) use professional, customer-centric language. When riding with the chauffeurs, if you want conversation, they'll happily offer. (One of them actually helped me solve a serious business problem I was having at work.) If you want to be left alone to focus on your own affairs, they'll leave you alone. I got the sense that it was all about what I, as the customer, wanted. This is also a technology-focused company. They make heavy use of e-mail and text messaging to ensure that their cars are on time and that customers have up-to-date information on anything that's going on with their booking. When I arrived at the airport, I sent a quick text message to have my chauffeur meet up with me. A minute later, he was there. I work in a technology job, so you can imagine how much I appreciated this. Last, their costs are reasonable. We all know that they're not the only business in the game, and they may not be the lowest cost. (I have not checked.) But even if they charged premium rates, you'll get premium services, anyway. You get what you pay for. I'm in and out of Atlanta at least four times a year. The next time I am out there, I'll use Limo Atlanta. Definite recommend.

I've been using this company's limousine service from the Atlanta Airport for about 3 years now, and have never been disappointed. I was impressed with their reliability from the start, since the first time I used them I actually had to book at the last minute, and yet these guys were still able to be there on time ready to go. The actual reservation experience is streamlined as well; you can reserve online in a quick minute on their intuitive website. What else do I love about them? Their cars have WI-FI! I must admit they've spoiled me with that feature, especially when I fly in with my electronics-absorbed kids. The drivers I've gotten have always been courteous and safety-conscious, delivering a smooth ride every time. All things considered, I have yet to have a bad experience with this company. I'd recommend them for not just business, but as a nice luxury for any relative you may have flying in from out of state. After dealing with the chaos of the airport, it's an instant and calm escape. If you're going to be traveling more than a mile or two, I suggest you pick them over a taxi cab EVERY time! My only regret is that they aren't located in California so that I can use them when flying into LAX, but I guess they can't help that. =) Two thumbs up! -Winston, Satisfied

I needed to get my 18 year old daughter from the airport to a location two hours away. I was very nervous about her being alone with the driver, and about the reliability of the transport. LACC selected "Brittany" as the driver, to give me comfort with a woman (which it did), and she was AWESOME! She was on time, texted both me and my daughter every step of the way, and delivered my daughter safely door to door. I would use LAAC in a HEARTBEAT again (and would request Brittany). It cost more than I was hoping, but the peace of mind was WELL worth it!

I am use to traveling alone to Atlanta from Ohio but this time was different. My son was out of town and I was needed. I had received an email before I left home of details where I would meet my driver. My plane arrived early and he knew it was and was waiting. My driver was Kendell Lawson and I know this because I wanted to remember that name. He is someone that will do great things in his future. Kendell is a clean cute well spoken, immmaculate in apearance young man. He renewed my faith in the young people of today. I asked to sit up front with him and this surprised him. We talked about many subjects and his intelligence was undeniable. I was sorry we reached my destionation so soon. You are very fortunate to have such a person in your company. I should mention the car was also immaculate, and Kendell was a very good driver.

I was looking for a car service to pick up my 83 year old mother from her home in Cumming, GA (some 30 miles from the airport) with travel to the Atlanta Airport and return service upon her arrival back to Atlanta. The LAAC team was incredible, picking her up at her door, assisting with baggage and making sure she was taken care of every step of the way. I want to especially thank my mother’s driver on the return trip to Cumming today, February 8th. Sierra contacted me more than an hour prior to scheduled departure to let me know she would be taking care of my mom, when she would be arriving at the Atlanta Airport, where she would be located and that she would be waiting, with a sign, as I had requested. She then texted me a few minutes prior to my mother’s plane landing to let me know she was at the top of the stairs in the baggage claim area. When the plane landed, Sierra texted me again to let me know. Once my she had my mother, she again texted to let me know she was with her and was heading to baggage claim. Once the bags were retrieved, and they were in the car, Sierra again texted to let me know they were leaving, on their way to my mother’s home. Once the drop off once complete, Sierra texted to let me know my mother was safe and sound, at home. This was done before my mother had the opportunity to call me herself to make me aware. I travel a lot for both business and personal reasons and I can say without hesitation I will use your service in the future. Further, I plan to make others aware within my organization, which depends on travel to conduct business, to utilize your service, over others, when possible. Thanks again to the LAAC team for such a wonderful experience!
