GF Lux services were beyond amazing last night!! My company, Say Yes To Profits, was invited to an exclusive event, and I scheduled their services at the last minute. Well, not only did they provide phenomenal services, but we received a surprise upgraded vehicle, and the owner himself picked us up! They arrived early, and when we ran a little over our allowed time, they waited patiently. This review is long overdue...we met Ralph and his team at GF Luxe when our daughter was doing college tours about a year and a half ago and have been riding with them ever since! Any time we are in Atlanta there is no question as to who we will use for transportation. Any time our daughter travels from Athens to ATL there is no one else we will have her ride with. I had the opportunity to use GF LUX for the first time June 24th- 26th . From the Airport pick up the driver was on time .He was very mannerly and drove me to my hotel with nice soft relaxing music . The music was so fitting because I had just came from a flight that had me sitting on the tamarc in the hot plane for 45 minutes. They upgraded my vehicle and waited for me for 1 hour because my flight was delayed and didn't charge me.. Every time I am in ATL. I will be using GF LUX.and you should to..

He chauffeured her around the entire day in a luxury Mercedes which helped set the tone for a magical evening. At the end of the reception he loaded our gifts into the car and was out front waiting to take us off into marital bliss. Great service - and extremely professional is what immediately comes to mind when thinking of my recent experience with GF Lux. My family and I recently went on vacation and wanted the peace of mind of not having to look for parking at the world's busiest airport. I went on a search to find a car service that could accommodate our family of 5 with enough luggage for 2 weeks. Was simply looking for a ride, didn't need all of the bells and whistles but glad we got that in GF Lux. The response for a quote came immediately with a phone call from the owner. Communication went smoothly and GF Lux courteously adjusted when our flight information changed. GF Lux was anything but a "simple ride to the airport". The drivers arrived early for pick ups and the ride was smooth. The vehicle accommodations were luxurious, clean, and spacious. I found GF Lux through a Google search. I needed transportation to the airport at 6a on a Sunday. I was so relieved when I found GF Lux because these days it’s hard to find someone who is safe, reliable, and professional in the car service industry. My driver (sorry for missing your name) was excellent. The driver sent me reminders via text the day prior and the day of regarding my service. The driver was on time and very friendly. The vehicle was an SUV - clean and nice jazz music was playing. The ride was smooth and relaxing. 10/10 I recommend GF Lux for your chauffeur needs. I forgot to mention the driver was wearing a mask and also lowered the windows a bit for better ventilation. I will definitely be booking again. Thank you GF Lux for your service and time.

We used GF Lux Chauffeur Service this past weekend after my sons wedding in Augusta, Ga. I spoke with, Ralph, the owner, and we only needed a pickup from the reception to their home. Ralph was very accommodating with me and worked up a “Get away package”. It also included taking any gifts left at the reception by guests and any personal belongings. My son said they were picked up and the driver was super nice and helped them carry all the gifts( which were quite a few) and etc into the house . This helped tremendously. He called ahead and coordinated with the wedding coordinator time of arrival & etc. came 30 min before designated time. The car was super nice, clean Mercedes. He also called me to check in early day of wedding and I appreciated this too so not to worry if they remembered. My only regret is I got no pictures of the car with the bride and groom. I would definitely recommend GF LUX they were very professional. Thank you Ralph for your service, will definitely pass the word along about your business.

I could not recommend GF Lux more highly. My group was desperate as we had to make last minute plans to attend a funeral service in Alabama. All rental cars were sold out so we can to enlist the help of a car service. They responded right away and were incredibly flexible and communicative throughout the entire process. The sprinter van we reserved was immaculate and the driver / owner (Ralph) was beyond accommodating. I literally want to find reasons to travel to the area just to use their service again. 10 stars.

GF Lux is absolutely awesome! Their social media ads and posts caught my attention, so I decided to give them a try. It was cool to arrive/leave a concert in downtown Atlanta by private, chauffeur service. While ride share services can simplify travel, the quality of the service is not guaranteed. My experience with GF Lux was excellent as I like a VIP without paying VIP-level price. The driver arrived early delivered consistently high-quality service. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and facilitated smooth communication on a busy evening downtown. The vehicle itself was stunning, immaculate, and very clean. Due to the recent shortage of rental cars, I found myself coming into the MGM airport with no rental car reservation. I contacted GF LUX via their website and had a response minutes later. I was able to arrange GF LUX car service for transport from the airport to my destination and back a couple of days later. GF LUX provided updated confirmations via text and electronic billing. The drivers were professional and 100% on time. The vehicles were in like-new condition. Highly recommended.

I was arranging transportation for my sister from Georgia to the airport in South Carolina. Ralph the owner was open July 4th and so patient and polite. Had to work with me in Connecticut and a brand new credit card that I just opened so it declined. He was so patient for me to call the card and accept his reasonable and very good price.
