If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I needed a limo service to celebrate my sis in law's birthday and I'll just say I am glad I did my homework first. I called a few other limo services in the metro ATL area and wanted to use a company that actually owns the vehicles, not a broker. I came across Empress Elite and after reading their website and speaking with Maria (owner)- I was sold with these guys. We're talking top notch service, awesome driver, and exceptional rates. We had multiple set times for pick up through the evening and our driver was always a minute or so early. They're on it! I rented the Mercedes Sprinter and that my friends, was an excellent choice. This sprinter was very clean, comfy, bar, entertaining lights, and most important..the AC was nice and COLD! Two thumbs up for this company, I would definitely use them again. If you're looking for limo service, look no further. Use Empress Elite Limo service! Seriously, you will not be disappointed.

Absolutely amazing service! From the easy booking with Maria to the amazing Chauffeur Kevin. I can’t say enough positive things. He was early for pickup and was so open to our change of plans due to part of our group having a flight delay coming home. He just kept saying no big deal at all, I am here to make your night great. We had an absolute perfect evening. The Splinter limo was extremely clean and everything worked great! Couldn’t believe how well the AC worked in a van like that. Highly recommended them and will always use them for any limo services we need.

Well worth it for my overall well-being and saving mental energy without the hassles over a long airport drive, parking, etc. I've also used them for transporting multiple guests from out of town for a party. The Best Limousine Service in Cobb County! Empress Elite offered us a superior experience for the celebration of my son’s birthday and career promotion. My son declared this as his “best birthday ever“ ! We traveled in Empress Elite’s, Mercedes Benz party bus, which was spotlessly clean and well equipped with glasses, napkins, videos. Fantastic service! I cannot express how impressed I am with Empress Elite. I needed a car service to take my mother to and from the airport to visit my sister for Christmas. Since I am out of state, I was nervous trusting a company that I knew nothing about other than the reviews. Maria was fantastic, very professional and thorough. Empress elite limo saved the day!!! Long story short... our transportation for our daughters 15th birthday party canceled 4 hours before we were to have 14 teenagers arrive. In a panic I called Empress Elite, Maria answered the call, completely put me at ease, was able to schedule an amazing limo and the best driver EVER!! She arranged everything for us in a matter of minutes, had a driver confirmed and the beautiful limo at our house 15 minutes before any of the guests arrived. The Mercedes limo was fully stocked with waters, the kids were able to connect to the stereo system and play their music, and the interior lighting that could change colors like a dance floor was a huge hit!! With service and delivery like that, I will never look anywhere else for a car service again. Thank you so much!!!

We've used Empress Elite Limousine a few times for transfers to/from the Atlanta Airport. They've always been on time and extremely professional. Cars are clean and drivers are courteous. Although we do use Uber and Lyft occasionally for short local trips, I am not comfortable having a random driver in a car of unknown condition take us 40 miles to the airport on the crazy Atlanta highways. I'd rather have a professional driver and well maintained car from a reputable company to drive my family even if it costs a little more.

Cannot recommend Empress Elite enough! My wonderful fiancee surprised me with a trip to Atlanta for the Super Bowl and booked a ride for game day to ease parking and transportation logistics. We were thrilled to work with Wesley, who was very professional and patient with us (as we made a few changes to the itinerary here and there). As a local, he had great recommendations for things we could do and did an excellent job communicating his status, sending his location, and even let us borrow a portable battery charger for the game so we had some juice on our phones to get in touch. The ride was smooth and comfortable and we made impressive time getting back to our room post-game thanks to his knowledge of the city. We requested a car with less than 12 hours notice and received a confirmation of availability within a few minutes of the call. On the day of departure, Rick was at our home a few minutes early, loaded our bags and had us on our way very quickly. Our return flight was about 30 minutes earlier than previously scheduled but as soon as we landed, Rick texted to let us know that he was already waiting for us at the baggage area. He recognized us as we arrived and had bag carts ready to go. Again, we were loaded and on our way home in just a few minutes time and the cold water waiting for us in the car was wonderful. The vehicle utilized for our trips was extremely nice, very clean and the soft music playing in the background made the trip even more enjoyable. We arrived at the airport and then back home with no 'airport stress'. We have never used a car service before when we traveled but we will definitely be using your service in the future.
