We called a day ahead to book an early morning pickup to catch our Amtrak. The dispatcher was polite and our driver showed up right on time. We'll definitely use Elite Taxi the next time we're in Savannah.

We found ourselves stuck in Tybee in the afternoon and called Elite for help getting back to service. When I tell you I will never you any other service than Elite, I mean it. They came to our rescue but also just had incredible service and professionalism. Felt very safe! Would recommend 10/10

Needed a total of three rides in one day. The first ride had a little hiccup which is now a mute point because the owner dealt with the problem IMMEDIATELY. Jason was very responsive and remedied the situation swiftly. I can respect a business that cares about customer satisfaction and strives to provide quality service. Clean cars, polite and pleasant driver. Will use them again.

Jason B. drove us from the Drayton Hotel to the airport in Savannah. The ride was perfect, he was friendly, professional and gave us great information and personal service. I would definitely request his service next time I travel to Savannah. Price was comparable to other taxi service to/from SAV.

He came to find us since we weren’t even at the right pickup spot and reassured us that it was all okay and that we would get to the airport in plenty of time. Driver was super nice but definitely overcharged me. Dispatch had told me it would be $35 from downtown Savannah to Savannah/Hilton International airport, only 10miles/20mins. I was charged $48 + tip. Also didn’t recognize the car at pick up, no decals or equipment that would be a commercial taxi. Had to confirm he was with the company, couldn’t mistake it for someone’s Uber.

My friend and I called this company after dinner for a ride back to our bed and breakfast. The driver was there in no time and was very friendly. When we called him the next day he said up front that he couldn’t come and recommended another taxi service who unfortunately never showed up. I would definitely call Elite again while in Savannah.

We had scheduled an uber for an early airport pick up/ride to the airport. When we woke up the morning of, uber notified us that our uber would be 40 minutes late. Elite taxi was at our bed and breakfast within 10 minutes and saved the day. Excellent services.

We got a taxi from Savannah out to Tybee Island, and it was the best taxi experience that we've ever had! The driver was so friendly and helpful. He got us exactly where we needed to go and came back to pick us up later on that same day. He was a wonderful driver, knew so much about the area, and couldn't have been kinder. I cannot recommend Elite Taxi enough!

I organized a trip from Charleston, SC to Savannah for our 8th graders for a day trip via Amtrak. We had a limited budget being a small school. One month before the trip, I spent an entire morning calling transportation companies just to take the small group of 15 from the Amtrak station to the historic district, a mere 4 miles. They needed to be picked up at the end of the day so it was a total of 8 miles. I was quoted ridiculous prices upwards to $240-$900. Crazy, right? 8 miles! Finally, I reached Jason at Elite and was pleasantly surprised with his quote. I asked him if I could have it in writing and he gave me the owner's email and I got a quick response. I called to confirm a day before the trip and stayed in contact with Jason since the train was running very late. Ran late that evening as well. Jason texted me updates letting me know he was sending an affiliate since his vehicles were in use (it happens..the trains were late so it makes things difficult to schedule.) There was only one small issue that arose and Jason handled it and it was resolved quickly. The goal was to get our students and chaperones safely to and from their destination and the succeeded at doing that. We will use them in the future. Thank you Jason and Rod!

I called to request a taxi, originally the dispatcher just hung up the phone after I spoke with him. I called back thinking maybe we got disconnected but he hung up the line again. Very displeased with the way I was treated UPDATE: The owner called me back, very apologetic for the disconnection (due to a bad connection of calls). He personally came right away to take care of my transportation needs. THANK YOU for jumping in to fix the issue without to much time passing by. Unfortunately I didn't get owner's name.
