Young Transportation was very professional and we greatly appreciated them transporting our guests safely back and forth from the hotel and venue. When the reception was over, our leftover wedding cake inadvertently was left on the bus. We were heartbroken! However, Young Transportation found it, put it in the fridge for us, and we were able to pick it up from them safe and sound! 5 stars for Young Transportation!

We used Young Transportation & Tours to shuttle our wedding guests to and from their hotels and our wedding venue. This company and its employees are unbelievably professional. They drove practice routes multiple times before the wedding to make sure their buses could make it to the venue and to give us an appropriate time frame so that we could properly plan for the ceremony. After the reception, I asked one of the drivers if we could pay for him to come back and pick up some of the stragglers. Not only did he come back and wait two hours for the after party to end, but he did it free of charge and with a smile on his face the whole time. I feel bad for their competitors!

I want to give a much appreciated "Thank you to Ed" for taking the time to help us out. We take public transportation because our vehicle was in the shop. And Aaron has a lot of equipment that he uses for work and the ART bus driver wouldn't allow him their bus so he could use the ramp. Well Ed who was driving the Young bus actually took the time to stop and load his equipment on the bus. So "Thank You Ed" you have a true kind heart in these trying times. Thank you Aaron and Jessie.❤💯

Young Transportation recently provided transportation for my friend's wedding, and they were wonderful. The reason I think they deserve 5 stars is because I lost my phone, they found it and returned it as soon as they were back in the office. Terry was quick to communicate with me and mailed it back to me immediately. I really appreciate when someone goes above and beyond. So thank you!!!

I can't say enough positive things about this team here at Young Transportation :) I am an event planner for all of North and South Carolina, and Young is my go to for transportation needs in Greenville, SC & Asheville, NC. Starting with Melissa in sales, everything regarding communication and quotes is always perfect! Then onsite, I typically request to have Norris as a bus manager and/or tour guide. He is fabulous! Every driver and tour guide we have ever had, have always been amazing! Thank you to the awesome Young team for making my job easy :) You all ROCK!!!

Literally there is not enough good things I could say about this company. They are outstanding! Every member of their staff from the owner to the office managers to the drivers... All of them are extremely helpful people which genuinely love to go the extra mile... No pun intended. If you are looking for a transportation company look no further because these folks are, The Best of the Best. Their motor coaches are so incredibly comfortable and with the great customer service all the way down to the driver you cannot beat this company. I assure you it will be money well spent...

We returned from almost a week in DC attending the national DAR congress. Our driver Adam was helpful, courteous, and always on time. The bus was clean, the outlets worked, and the temperature was comfortable. Excellent service from start to finish!

Young transportation co. Has the best service to offer out of all the companies I know. Great staff starting with Donna Edmonds, for great booking work and very friendly, always smiling. Doug Creson, the greatest relay driver, known him for years. Keeps us laughing. Coby Beddingfield, the world's best driver of all times. He has given our group safe travels for 9 years to and from St. Louis Ms. Knows everyone by name and ask about those who are missing. Will always request his services for any trip we take. I attended a wedding in Fletcher, NC and this bus service was fabulous. I accidentaly left my new shoes on the bus on the trip from the wedding back to our hotel. I called to see if they found the shoes. Not only did they return my call, they also returned the shoes immediately. Wonderful company

I charted the buses and all I head was how great the buses wee and how womderful the drivers were. They realy seam to care about our safety and was ver professional! My favorite of YOUNG Buses in Asheville area. 🚍💜 I was ride bus 14 years, go to Morganton, NC school and go home friday Asheville here. I love ride bus all times. 💜💜💜 I was 4th grade, many students in bus. I not know happened medium truck not pay attention keep hit behind back our young bus so hard hit, i hit my nose 👃 get bleeding so hurt and screaming & students some hurt hit head, etc. I'm very worried about bus is mess up back wreck. Oh my gosh!!! 😱😱😱
