Actually, you need a few more stars to properly review Loyal Lifts! Our experience, transporting my wheelchair-bound mom to the Arboretum for their Winter Lights show, could not have been better. Their vehicle was spotless, our owner/driver is a delight to meet, the rates were reasonable, and I especially enjoyed the opportunity to patronize this small, family run local business. Scheduling was easy and everything ran smoothly. There are not many other services quite like this in Asheville, so I was veey pleased to find Loyal Lifts!

Loyal Lifts did a wonderful job transporting my wheelchair bound cognitively impaired mother to her dental appointment. She felt safe and comfortable with the operator, and he treated her with respect and compassion. My 91-year-old mother doesn’t walk and she needed wheelchair transportation from the airport. I didn’t quite know where to turn until a friend recommended Loyal Lifts, as she had known the owner for many years. Keith (owner and driver) responded immediately to all my communications. He is the most professional, accommodating, kindest, gentlest, and most helpful gentleman I could have ever imagined. He was professional, on time and very reasonable price. My mother’s chair was very secure and she felt very safe. I will use his service again at the drop of a hat.

Was a lovely, stress free trip to the doctor for my husband who is in a wheelchair and myself who used to have physical and mental stress getting him in and out of the car at the beginning, then out and back in at the doctor’s office and out again when we got home. What a relief and actually relaxing trip while someone experienced handles the stress. Highly recommend the use of this service when possible.

I would give them 10 stars if i could. Very polite, curtious, p punctual. Never had a bad experience not many transport companies are willing to do door to door services. If i wasnt able to accompany the person i do, I would feel confident that they are in the best hands possible.

Best car service ever! We had troubles finding an Uber into Asheville and loyal lifts came to the rescue! They were more than accommodating and so friendly. Drop off and pick up was a breeze. Would highly recommend!
