I haven't needed to use taxi service for a couple of years. When I had to take items back to store for refund, I scheduled for early morning pick up. They got the right size vehicle to help with my items. The driver was courteous and assisted with getting my items where they needed to be. It was nice to see taxi service is still safe, trustworthy and friendly!

I recently visited Asheville, and was determined to not have to drive anywhere. I typically use Uber at home, and thought I could do the same on vacation. I scheduled an Uber the night before, for a ride to an 8:15 appointment. When my ride didn’t arrive, I called this company in a panic. The dispatcher sent a driver over right away. The driver, who apparently heard my desperate call, took me to my appointment, and did not charge me! Thank you Kevin, and J&J!

I scheduled an Uber to the airport but it never showed! Then there was no available drivers. It was 5:00am and I am panicking because I will miss my flight if I’m not headed to the airport in the next 10min. I called J&J and they dispatched a driver immediately and was there in 5min and was able to get me to the airport on time. The driver was polite and professional. Uber seems to be the way of the world now but buyer beware that it’s not efficient in Asheville. I would definitely recommend this cab company if you want dependable transportation

Always come generally quickly, never just don't show up, driver always calls upon arrival, and they don't cost that much I mean cab fares not cheap but they're pretty good differently to keep up the good work
