Free car wash is the biggest benefit to park there. Unfortunately it is blocked off and i already paid online. I have very little hope that they will fix it by the time I get back.

This guys are great! Love them so much! They're very helpful! I would highly recommend Dimond Airport Parking. They're very helpful with starting up your car if the battery died and fill up your tires if there was a tire leak. Forever greatful!

I recently came home to a frozen solid truck that wouldn't start and driver Mario was a saint. He went the extra mile to try with both the charger box and cables on the big rig even though it took well over 40 minutes. He let me get warm in the heated rig since it was zero degrees out and I'd just flown in from Costa Rica. These guys are the best! I've also had another drive help me change a flat tire in a storm when I arrived! It gives me peace of mind to have my car parked there knowing I will have help when I arrive if something doesn't go to plan!

By far the best option for parking at ANC. Cheaper (not huge, but less) than long term parking and with the shuttle, actually much less walking. More secure as well. I don't usually take the time to give good reviews but I love this service.

I park here because of the corporate discount only. Service is terribly slow, they never seem to have enough shuttles running. I’ve had to wait 10-15 minutes both ends at times. The one redeeming quality is that the drivers are usually nice. Edit: after sending in feedback on their website, the GM immediately called me to listen to my concerns, and discussed how they are addressing them. I was very impressed with the response! Hoping that we’ll see improvements in their service from customer feedback :)

The service at drop off was great. I was greeted in under a minute and because I've never used airport parking before, the lady explained everything I needed to do and followed me to the spot I chose to pick us up immediately. The return was easy to do, I just texted the number on the card and received a call staying the shuttle was already on its way. The return driver was courteous and had a good sense of humor. The free carwash was surprisingly really thorough and long, I expected it to just be a wash and dry because it was free. The checkout staff in the office was rude. An older lady, not sure of her ethnicity but could pass for Asian or possibly Native, with short, shoulder-length gray hair had a really bad attitude and made me feel like I was wasting her precious time. I forgot i had a time card that needed to be presented (again, it was my first time) and she made me feel really stupid for not understanding her short, crude directions. Overall, the company itself is good. I think that one employee should maybe go through some social training. I will use this company again.

Excellent place to park when you are traveling out the State of Alaska. The people are very courteous and want to meet all your needs. The price for parking is reasonable and they do give discounts. There is also a free wash when you pick up your vehicle.

This was my first time using Diamond Airport Parking and nearly everything went as expected. The only thing that did not was the shuttle back. Three or more of us followed the provided instructions when ready for pickup however we were waiting for at least half hour I believe. Other airport parking shuttles came and went 3-4 times before ours came. My friends told me that it definitely was not a typical experience in that regard so I will use Diamond on our next trip.

Great service! They pick you up at your car and help with the luggage. Love the Kaladi Brothers coffee and free car wash every time you park! The drivers are great. Much cheaper than the airport.

Amazing customer service. Car battery died. Ton of snow and it was -15 and they took care of everything and made us comfortable. Will definently use them every time I have to park at the airport.

Basic parking area with small security fence and shuttle too and from the airport. They provide discounts for oil field workers who park long term. You need to bring your badge or proof of working the oilfield. To pay when you leave you need to keep your ticket or remember your parking code. They have both covered and uncovered parking, which in winter weather could mean having a stuck rig after parking for 2 weeks.

This place is awesome! We showed up super early in the morning and a shuttle was waiting by our car before we even had our luggage out of the trunk. Plus, free car wash!
