I will be in Alaska next week for vacation and booked Bac transportation to transfer me and a group of friends. Ive spoken with the company a few times and I am blown away with the customer service each time and how accommodating they are. I spoke with Sean yesterday and was treated like family, he gave me some great locations on where to grab food and drinks and even added stops for pictures in my itinerary. Ive booked a lot of limo companies over the years and not once have any of them exceeded my expectations the way this one has. Book with Bac you wont regret it!

I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for transportation out of Whittier into Anchorage not only did I get assisted with that part of my trip I was also recommended from Valdez to catch the ferry into Whittier this company helped me make my accommodations the payments and help me get aboard the ferry the train and make it to my plane in time at the Ted Stevens Airport in Anchorage . We were stuck in Anchorage trying to get to Valdez but two days of flight cancellations due to weather forced us to go to ground transportation. I Google Bac and they set us up with a wonderful driver and a beautiful sprinter van to get us to Valdez on time. Same thing happened on the trip home. Stuck in Valdese and it would’ve taken us at least four days to fly out so we called Bac to pick us up. It’s a beautiful drive great equipment and super respectful and courteous drivers. I’d recommend Bac to anybody that’s in a pinch or Wishes to take a tour in Alaska

Alaska Airlines had used BAC to deliver my luggage which had not made the flight with me. I had not been home in a while and my doorbell was dead. Afraid I had missed them, I called AK Airlines which gave me the direct phone number to the BAC office. The woman that answered was courteous and helpful as she transferred me to the dispatch driver. The gentleman with dispatch assured me they had not stopped by yet but would arrive shortly and would call upon arrival. They did just that. The driver was also kind and helpful as she unloaded the luggage for me. Although I did not hire them directly, they were incredibly helpful, professional, and kind throughout the entire process and I would highly recommend their services.

My sister rented the H2 limo for her 12th birthday. Her and her friends had a blast! Driver drove safe and was very friendly, even with a bunch of screaming girls. She'll never forget that one! Update: I had an airport transfer in a Sedan in December. The service was incredible. BAC always makes me feel like a VIP

What can i say about BAC Limo and Transport Services, other than the best service we have ever received, from literally picking us up at the airplane door and escort us to the limo waiting for us on the tarmac of the Ak international airport, nobody at any airport in the US does that. We traveled to AK to get married and they made it so much more special for us with all of our travels during our stay. Our luggage was late getting into Anchorage Ted Steven's International airport and had to be delivered to us later. We told them they could deliver it to my wife's work as it was closer and eaiser to find the our home address and the could do it any day during the week. We received a call on Sunday morning that our bags had arrived and they could deliver them today around 6 p.m. around 11:30 I received a text that they were leaving with our luggage. They arrived approximately 1 hour later. The delivery driver was great. Brought the luggage right to our door, was very polite and just a great person. Fantastic customer service. Thanks for the prompt service, you guys are GREAT 👍

We used BAC Transportation during our recent visit to Alaska, on three separate occasions. For two days we had a private driver for the entire day, and the third was a two hour transfer. All three situations were amazing, from the staff who answered to the phones to the drivers themselves. For the two full days our driver was Sylvester, and he went above and beyond to make our journey enjoyable, and was accommodating to our needs. He was much more than a driver, as he made many scenic stops along with way. For the 2 hour transfer we had Barbara, who was equally as amazing, and made a stop along where we took a photo we will be using for our Holiday card. I would highly recommend BAC for any transportation needs throughout Alaska. They took a lot of the stress off, and made our family vacation more memorable by being part of it.

The driver was waiting for me outside baggage claim. First time to Alaska and not able to rent a car so staying in one area, while I’m here. From my research they were by far the best reviews and the best to talk to over the phone. When I got here I did not want any sort of hassle finding transportation to Girdwood or booking someone that was going to be late or not show up. While it was expensive, the peace of mind of getting to my destination and then drivers knowledge of the area and overall communication was great. Thank you

Our Christmas Light tour bus was a blast this year. The driver Junior kept the Christmas tunes cranking and we saw so many great lights. We ended at the captain cook. We have been doing this as a family for 20 years and BAC has by far surpassed any other company we have used.

Alaska Airlines contracts BAC to deliver your lost (and then found) bag. BAC is great, but Alaska Airlines could do a better job communicating that it is BAC that will be delivering and texting you, and also they tell you 1030 am delivery but not that BAC leaves at 1030 to deliver many bags, and you need to be there or (I found out after calling AK airlines baggage counter 5 times before someone answered), you can leave a note on your door.

Four stars for the nice large van they picked us up in along with a very professional driver. Would have given five stars but they were 10 minutes late for our pickup which made us arrive late for the check in time for the train For the price we paid (they had to charge us for an hour since this wasn't a standard hotel to airport transfer but instead a 15 minute drive to the train station) we expected an on time pickup.

The 4 star review is for the delivery of my medical bedside toilet arriving home only. This is not for the departure and arrival of any luggage when I got to Taiwan and nothing showed up. I am still waiting for a response from the airline about that and being reimbursed for the cost of having to call the lost baggage number I was charged for every time that I had to call.
