Locked myself out of my car and the driver was quick to get to me and unlocked my car really quick. 30 dollars is just an INSANE price to charge for 2 minutes of driving and 60 seconds of unlocking. Im gonna invest 30 more bucks into a window rod on amazon instead

I took two cabs to and from the repair shop last week. Both times the drivers arrived promptly, the cars were clean, and the drivers were polite.

Husband and I were guests at a wedding in town and obviously needed a safe way to get back to our hotel. No Ubers super late at night, so quick google search led us to this company. The dispatcher was really nice and courteous, reported that the next driver could pick us up in 20 min, and stated that card was an accepted form of payment. Car came at exactly 20 min! Altho with a less than warm greeting (do I care? Not really. I’m used to NYC cab drivers being direct or non-chatty and I don’t care for conversation anyway. But as an Asian person in a very, uh, non-Asian area, you are quite aware of how people feel about you). Anyway, 8-10 min drive to our hotel, ~$12 ride. Reasonable considering how much fuel costs. We gave him our card, though he paused before accepting and insisted that the company prefers cash. Which is fine, but if your business accepts card, and your customer hands you a card, can you safely assume that your customer… doesn’t… maybe… have cash? Anyway, we rounded up the tip to $20 because we got home safely and tipping people well who speak down to you is sometimes the best karma you can put out in the world.

Although they could not fix my Explorer I was treated fairly and always courteously. Greatly appreciated this. Parts could not be found.

This was our first time getting a cab since moving to Kenai and our driver was Maureen. She was amazing!! Gave us SO much great advice on local restaurants and bars! 10/10 would recommend, best driver we ever had!

Overall good service and usually on time if scheduled in advance. Some drivers are helpful with luggage, others sit in cab and let you DO it yourself. Of course I tip accordingly.

They usually come pretty fast and the drivers are friendly and nice.

Well I'm going to be honest here it "maybe" biased on this one because I am a driver for them lol and I wouldnt want to work anywhere else! I love my job. Best job I ever had and I really don't look forward to going to work.
