This company is awesome! The only ones who answered a late pick up from Airport at 2am! Stopped at 2 hotels in to help stranded passengers. Paid a premium fare, but 100% worth it! Great service!

We got stranded an hour outside of Albuquerque when our car broke down. We were driving from Texas to Colorado on a family vacation. We felt helpless because no one would come get me and our 5 kids from the side of the road. Uber and Lyft were not an option because of the location. Thankfully Victor came with no hesitation! Super friendly and felt safe. If you can only imagine how nervous I was with my kids in a strange town and some stranger driving my kids and I while my husband stayed with the car on the side of the road. So thankful for Victor!!!

We had an excellent experience with Jake! We had several delays to our flight and ended up having to unexpectedly fly into Albuquerque instead of Santa Fe at 10pm in the evening. He was able to drive us from Albuquerque to Santa Fe with only an hours notice. He saved us so much time and stress after an already difficult day!

Do Not use Uber or Lyft - call Jake ! He picked up the phone and was picking me up from remote Rio Rancho - responded quickly to texts and his a nice, clean large suv !! Great Guy as well

I’m an event planner and we brought a group of 170 to the Hyatt Regency Tamaya for a corporate meeting. Everyone had different departure times because we had people from all over the US. We were able to call ABQ Taxi Service in advance and book taxis for groups of people all throughout the day. The drivers were on time and efficient in getting people to the airport and on time for their flights. I would highly recommend using their services. Thank you for making me look good!

It was a quiet stay, just around the corner from Fast Park, and they offered garage parking which we appreciated due to the weather. On our departure day we wheeled our luggage to the car didn't to scrape ice and snow from the windows. We will be making our new pre-deparature hotel.

Flight problems resulted in my needing to fly to abq and get a cab to my car at the saf airport, very late at night,with a toddler and another traveler. These guys were right on time , courteous,clean cab,drove safely and quietly. I had called ahead and arranged for them to meet us, there were no cabs in evidence when we arrived except ours!!! I would highly recommend this company.

Victor Guinones is the best one you have. I prefer him as he is always on time and is a very good driver. I. Dislike bad driver's that don't know how to drive. . I have used another taxi service and he took me to the wrong place and left me there. Victor doesn't do that I prefer him always. Thanks very much Victor. Jake was great! He waited for my late plane, waited further for me when to register my lost baggage, drove me to Santa Fe after midnight, chatted all the way and assured me he had a background check by the DOJ that checked out completely. Drive Jake went way beyond good customer service over this last weekend. He did all of our airport transfers flawlessly. After talking with him on the phone and corresponding over email, we set up multiple jobs involving our kids being picked up and taken to different locations. Jake was "on it" ! Perfect communication. Excellent people skills. Would highly recommend him for any car service you need in Santa Fe or ABQ airport area and surrounding areas. Arrived in a good amount of time, got me to my destination quickly & also friendly. I needed a ride because i was in a pinch with my car at a dishonest mechanic. The driver even suggested an alternative shop he'd been using for 30 years. Biggest plus was a text confirm of driver being sent and a link with his route to pick me up including ETA. Jake was awesome and prompt. We had a large group and a ton of luggage going to the airport. He came at oh-dark thirty to get us way out in Rio Rancho, was cheerful and pleasant. Coming back, I had forgotten to set anything up in advance and our flight landed at midnight. Jake came and got us, even with short notice and I’m pretty sure on his day off. Jake and the team at ABQ Taxi provided great customer support and car service that exceeded my expectations! The process was clear and they were very quick to respond any time I had a question. I really felt that I was in great hands when booking car services for 2 separate occasions. One of many things I loved was that you can book for any type of occasion. If you're looking for a casual pick-up/drop-off, you can book a taxi, but if you are looking for something a little more formal you can pick the option of utilizing a black sedan or black SUV. If you are looking to book a reliable car service - make sure to book with ABQ Taxi no questions asked!

It's nice to talk to the driver directly. Don't have to worry about operators who have no idea on ETA'S. Mark has years of experience in the cab business, and is VERY dependable. No waiting around wondering if someone's gonna show up. Would highly recommend if looking for 5 star service.
