Thomas Graham has SKILL!!! He covered some scarring and perfected a tattoo that holds close to my heart. 5 stars all around! And the shop has an awesome vibe! Update 3 years later (2023): Thomas' talent continues to amaze me! Returned for my sleeve, a tiger/lily piece. We've only completed session 1/2: Linework. 2nd session will be shading that follows the theme of my bird in the original photos posted. I'm so happy already. He took my idea, listened to my wants, and created something beautiful! Thank you once again and see y'all soon!

Very (surprisingly, these days!) quick and friendly responses from staff, all the artists are wildly talented, and the parlor is clean/sanitary. No surprise the artists at 522 have as many loyal customers as they do!

I had a cover up done by Ben yesterday, it is absolutely stunning I never thought in my life I would have a beautiful piece of art where I had a terrible one. Ben is also one of the most kind hearted people I have ever met. I didn't hug him because COVID but best believe I will be back to see him and eventually he is getting a big old hug!! I am now going to be proud to show off my ink!! Thanks Ben!! I highly recommend this shop and will forever trust them with all my tattoo needs!

Thomas took an idea I've had for almost 8 years and beautifully transferred it to my calf. The shading was done perfectly for all the pieces, and no one can think it is anything other than a music bar from the Nintendo 64 classic, Ocarina of Time

Best experience iv ever had in a tattoo shop. I have a dozen or so from different shops but this is the best place so far. Ben is the best artist iv been tattooed by but I can't wait to get something from some of the others that work there.

Big shout out to Thomas Graham and 522 tattoo! I can't give enough praise to Thomas for meeting and exceeding my expectations with this tattoo. My picture doesn't even do it justice. I've gotten two tattoos from Marc here (both over a year ago unfortunately) but would absolutely love to return. Great experience to work with him and the shop has a really welcoming and fun environment. Definitely recommend! Here's a picture of the first tattoo I got from him. The picture was taken shortly after it was healed but even now, over two years later, still yet to have any noticable fading!

We got very lucky last week and we were able to get a last minute appointment for my friend that was in town for a brief time. The gal at the counter was super accommodating and patient, even though we were obnoxious wishy-washy customers. Thomas did my friends work and did an amazing job. I went in for a rework of an existing tattoo from a different artist. Ben is AMAZING. I am so happy with the work he did on my shoulder. I cannot wait to get in and finish shading and color! 😎 Artistic eye - 10, Tattoo skills - 10, Hospitality - 10 Side notes: The shop is clean and bright. There is hand sanitizer EVERYWHERE. Everyone wears a mask and gloves. I felt very safe. Also, the music playing was pretty awesome. I discovered Richard Cheese, so there's that.

Just got my first tattoo here and it was great. I brought in a vague idea for my dog’s paw print, and Molly sketched it up perfectly, even better than what I had in my mind. She did an awesome job on the tattoo and now my wife is thinking about getting one, too. I didn’t want to feel out of place going to a tattoo place for the first time, but the staff here was super nice, professional, and helpful. Thanks to 522 Tattoo and especially Molly for her incredible artwork!

I got my first tattoo here from Martha. I really enjoyed the experience. She was very good and very comforting during the work. She did a great work. It is a small tattoo but very great experience for the first one. Martha is a great artist and would recommend anyone thinking about their first tattoo to try getting one from her and I am sure you would like the experience.

This shop is the best. I’ve been to a handful in the area, which have all been great, but this one has been the best for sure. The people are very friendly and welcoming. I have a ton of anxiety and when having a bit of a freak out moment, was met with patience and understanding. Also, Thomas is a fantastic artist and a joy to be tattooed by. If you’re looking for a new shop, definitely check this place out first.

Love this tattoo shop. There are a lot of shops in Seattle so plenty of choices. I go here because all the artists are top notch, but more importantly they are friendly, professional, and patient. I can be super picky about my tats and they always take the time to make sure it's what I want. No premadonna "I'm the best artist around so I'll tell you what you want" attitudes like I've experienced in many other shops.

My experience was so inviting and safe (proper Covid precautions throughout my experience) from the moment I entered 522. Marc worked closely with me on my design to make sure I had exactly what I wanted. The placement is perfect and the work phenominal. Although it did hurt…(I’m a bit of a newbie #2) Marc did a great job of making me laugh and keeping me calm!! I would absolutely 100% recommend Marc Cano. Thanks so much Marc!!

I had the best experience ever here with Ben. I still need to finish it but my back piece was designed and inked by Ben and he is the most wonderful artist I have had the privilege of working with. Nervous? Hes super calm and friendly. Design a worry? He gives input and feedback that isnt pushy and at the same time you can trust him not let you make any horrible mistakes. his prices are also a steal, this guy has traveled around different parts of the world and honed his craft to as close to earthly perfection as any artist could hope to be. Oh and if all that wasnt enough he is lightning fast with a very gentle hand. Go see for yourself. Best of the best.

Love my skyline and to get it before leaving home was great. A little rough on the communication at the start and certainly a little overpriced. Spent close to $150 for this piece which was yikes but worth it to get it before I left.
