Nick did 3 tats on me in 2 sessions, he was quick (but not rushed) and did an awesome job. I'm super happy with the pieces he gave me. He was also great to talk to and a super nice guy. Not to mention he got back to me quickly when I first reached out and got me in quicker than most other places. I'll definitely be going back to him for more ink in the future.

Tyler is amazing!! Super clean lines. The script in my tattoo is so thin and crisp it looks like it came off a laser printer. Tyler is also really great to work with- He is patient and attentive to what you really want. Tyler works quick and he's not heavy handed AT ALL. I should add, the space is beautiful and clean. All the other artists are friendly, it was a great experience from start to finish. I can't recommend this shop enough!

My wife and I came in as walk ins with two other friends and Josh was the artist at the counter at the time. He gladly took all four of us back to back for our pieces and was a pleasure to work with as he offered years of experience in his recommendations. The banter while we all got our tattoos was excellent and he made us all feel at home in the shop. We all left with cool new pieces. Would strongly recommend the shop and Josh as an artist.

Me and my friend were wandering around the city looking for a place to get tattoos while in town… and we are SO happy we found Broken Crow. We had Josh and he gave us easily the best experience we’ve ever had at any tattoo parlor around. He made us feel comfortable, held great conversation, and was overall an outstanding guy. I highly recommend Broken Crow!

Very nice clean neat shop. Talented Knowledgeable friendly artist. My fiancé and I got his and hers till death due us part new school skulls from Mark. They are amazing pieces, and we are very happy to have them. Make sure you call ahead and book your appointment they stay busy!

I called and booked an appointment for later in the week with Tyler. We chatted and emailed about designs and details for my wife's tattoo. Great location and the shop is really beautiful and comfortable. Tyler was really cool and relaxed. He made my wife's tattoo come to life exactly how she wanted it. Good price and great service. This is a wonderful place to get tattoo work done! There are so many great artist working here, and they are all so talented. It was my first time getting a tattoo and Kyle made it really easy and comfortable. He was extremely professional and explained everything really well. Not knowing what to expect gives a person a sort of anxiety when it comes to things like this, but everyone at Broken Crow was welcoming and easy to talk to, and they were very informative when it comes to things like aftercare and the tattoo process. I love my piece, the details are immaculate and the the shading is beautiful. I would give 10 stars if I could, and I know I'm not the only satisfied customer! Thanks again Broken Crow, Kyle, Mark, Nick, Tyler, and everyone from your team!

I got my first tattoo here a few days ago and had a fantastic experience! I researched tattoo shops for a few months before finding Josh's profile and falling in love with his style and artistry. I emailed with him about prices and ideas for a few weeks before setting a date. I am fairly afraid of needles but Josh was comforting and reassuring. he was very friendly and calm and kept it real. I got a little bit light headed about halfway through but we stopped and had a little candy break. very clean and professional but laid back studio. I'm extremely happy with how my tattoo turned out - way better than I could have hoped. i love it - if I decide to get another tattoo, I will definitely be coming back here! 10/10 would recommend 😊

My boyfriend and I walked in on Friday hoping to get some traditional tattoos done. Tyler was super helpful and personable. He drew up our ideas right there and did super clean work. Even though I have a low pain tolerance Tyler was patient and encouraging. Couldn’t have been happier with the whole experience. Every artist in the shop was friendly and even gave us recommendations on what to do while we were in Portland. Great group of talented people!

I just got a simple ear piercing. Very simple but the staff was very friendly, conversational and professional. I was in a chair in less than 30 minutes. The facility was very clean, tidy and well kept. I appreciated the art and decor of the facility and the professional staff. I’d go back again for tattoos or piercings. I would recommend it to family or anyone reading these reviews.

Steve is the best EVER!! I love going there and getting my work done it's always a great experience! Friendly welcoming from the second you walk up the stairs! I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else ever again! My tattoos healed almost to perfect! I couldnt believe it! Seriously such a great crew over there I even had to have Tyler do a little piece on me he's such a talented artists, in fact they are all very talented artists! Were Working on my next piece for fall!! They have great advice and suggest somethings that they know would work well or not work well with your skin type or your idea they don't just slap on what you want and take your money they want you to be happy they take the time with you so that you leave and want to continue to come back for all of your work again and again! So Anyone of the guys that works there would be great bottom line is if you want to get a tattoo where you can trust that the quality of work is being done do not go anywhere else but broken crow collective! Or you might regret it :)

Mark took my idea for my tattoo and ran with it. I absolutely loved getting my first two tattoos here with these guys and am definitely thinking about getting my next here as well.

Got my first tattoo done here with Tyler. He was amazing. Listen to what I wanted and made adjustments to the sketch he produced to make sure the tattoo was perfect. Super clean and very inclusive. Cannot wait to go back for more!

Got in right before they closed one night and got a 5” rose on my shoulder/collarbone by Josh. I absolutely love it man. And the shop is in an awesome location right downtown, super clean and everyone in there is super chill. Couldn’t imagine getting tattooed anywhere else in the Portland area!!!!

I had a tattoo created by Steve Marzza in their shop. The shop first off is one of the cleanest and beautiful tattoo shops I have ever been in. They have a wonderful collection of artwork made by local artist as well as their own art work from the tattoo artist themselves. All the artists are great guys. Steve was awesome and had designed a special tattoo that I love. He was very nice, funny and professional all at once. His work was great and has great clean lines. I can't wait to revisit the shop and get another tattoo by Steve Marzza. Thanks Broken Crow Collective for a great experience and hope for many years of work. This place is definitely worth a visit if your in downtown Portland and the guys would love to have you.

Returned 2 years later for a new piece and he was able to fit me in, practically last minute. Definitely a go to place, if you're looking to get something done!

Vern did a phenomenal job on my tattoo! I'm absolutely in love with it as one should be. She freehanded the rose for my daughter's birth month and it turnt out lovely! My friend and I originally planned to go in a little shop in downtown Augusta but we are much happier we choose this place! We will be back!
