This is a good shop with a very friendly tattoo artist. Happy with his work but may need to get my tattoo touched up. Only complaint was the overall cleanliness of the facility. I understand it is in an older Benson building but this business would benefit a great deal and it would be much more comforting to walk into a well lit, cleaner front of the shop area. Overall, my experience was good I would still come back again!

I went and got my nose and belly button pierced. The shop was clean, I got in quick. Jesse was GREAT with making me feel at ease and not tense up. I highly recommend him and plan to go back for tattoos done by him. I think this would be a great place for those who are new to piercings. I've had multiple over the years at different shops and this was probably the best experience I've had. Pricing is also super reasonable as well!

Love this place I've gotten two tattoos here 9 years ago and they look as good as they did 9 years ago and a few months ago I got a Gague stuck and he got it out in less than five minutes I will go here for my next tattoo or piercing

Another great experience at Needles and Ink. Benson ne . Jessie did another great job on my Lisa's arm. He was so Easy and friendly as well. He helps you to relax and have a good experience there. His mom helps keep the shop running well. Its so easy to feel at home there. Its like getting a tattoo from your best friend. A truly great experience to behold. We have been to the others. To us needles and ink is where it stops n starts.

I got a piercing great piercer very friendly! Super reasonable! However I was skeptical due to the cleanliness of the shop front area definitely could of used a cleaning instead the receptionist was on a game on the computer but like I said good customer service cleanliness may need to b worked on!

I went with 2 other ladies on a whim to get some piercings. They got all 3 of us right in (we waited like 10 mins while he finished a tattoo). We all felt comfortable as Jesse explained everything before doing anything, made us laugh and everything went so smoothly! All 3 of us got pierced and were in and out in about 30 mins total (including the wait!). Pricing was amazing too! Will be going back! Thank you!!

The staff is amazing. Jessie knows his stuff and is very professional yet knows how to make his customer feel comfortable and at ease. His tattoo art is amazing. The photo posted is of one he's doing for my girlfriend. Still needs color yet it is an amazing piece of art. Look forward to going back for the finishing touches on hers and to get my ink done by him. Thanks guys for the friendly atmosphere.

Upon walking in, the place looked a little sketchy and the lady at the front desk (I'm assuming the mother?) was walking around with no shoes. I went with a friend to get out nips pierced for the second time and she insisted that the place seemed legit so I made her go first. I always had a fear that the piercings would be crooked but neither of ours were. Jesse was incredibly professional and made both of us feel comfortable and informed us before everything that he did. I always go to Big Brain however, they were closed that day. I 100% recommend and will go again.

This place is amazing. I go in every week or two to get my ears stretched and it's only $10. He's a great guy to talk to. He's super friendly and an amazing artist. I'm so glad I found this place. I've gotten 3 tattoos done here and 1 piercing, my mom has also gotten at least 4 things done here. We love the owner/artist Jesse! He was awesome about distracting me while he was doing my first tattoo and continues to still do a good job. the atmosphere is great, he has 2 daughters who used to run around and they were adorable! Jesse is great because if you give him an idea of what you want he knows exactly how to size it, and make it unique. i love needles and ink and will be going back!!

Jesse is an amazing human being he has something better then talent, experience. My first tat was a spine piece we did the whole thing in 3 hours, he had such a light hand and is amazing at distraction. Highly suggested if you are looking for a great shader this is the man he also goes beautiful white tiger so if that was you are looking for you found it.

THEY WHERE AN HOUR LATE FROM THE TIME ON THERE DOOR THAT IT SAYS THEY OPEN & WE HAD AN APPOINTMENT. BUT WHEN THEY GO THERE THEY WERE NICE AND FRIENDLY
