Have been here twice now with my daughter. I have to say I love it! They are very good at what they do, the place is super clean, employees are all helpful and kind, couldn’t ask for more. They do a very good job at making sure they are doing the piercing correctly and not just doing a piercing.

I've gotten 7 different piercings done in the last 2.5 months all by Christian. I truly cannot recommend him enough. He's incredibly thorough, kind, welcoming and professional. Whether I'm there for a piercing, jewelry change or just a general question I cannot express how appreciative I am for his knowledge and patience. I always get anxious when it comes to picking out jewelry. Christian and Abby are always quick to lend their opinions and advice. Everyone I've come in contact at the shop is amazingly kind and I can't wait to go back and get more work done.

Took my 5 year old daughter here today to get her first ear piercings. Needless to say, the experience was amazing! Lexi and Christian were both amazing. Going into it, my daughter was very nervous and almost backed out of getting them, but through their amazing communication, patience and encouragement, my daughter walked out so happy with her pierced ears! Cannot thank them enough for their friendly and positive encouragement towards my daughter. Will always recommend moving forward!

Went to Lexi to get a flat cartilage and my sister her double lobes done and had a great experience! She was so friendly and was so easy to talk to! She was incredibly particular about how the piercings would look on both of us and took the time to make sure we both loved the placement of them, explained the after care and was able to recommend places to get smaller earrings in a few months to help our ears heal up quicker. 10/10!!

Got my nose pierced here back in November and it was an amazing experience! Christian was my piercer and really walked me through the process. I also previously had my helix pierced at LC and he was instantly able to tell something was wrong with it. Apparently they didn’t size me down after the swelling was done so now it’s all crooked. He was able to fit me with a hoop and it looks a lot better now! Will be coming back for another nostril and septum possibly :)

Have been to Eternal for over 5 years through multiple management teams and staff rotations. I can say for the most part they are nice and accommodating. This last time I came in, yesterday, though, I had a bit of a sour experience. The piercer Lexi was amazing! And the manager was also amazing! However, the front desk worker, Abby was kind of rude to me. I came in wanting to use a $100 credit that I received as a gift. Instead of telling me she would find it for me, she immediately began making faces and sighing noises at my best friend and I. I started getting anxious because she kept saying assumptions rudely like, "It might not have been purchased here," when my receipt CLEARLY said Eternal Omaha at the top and also interrupted me when I attempted to explain I had multiple accounts in their system with a different form of ID. She finally left (without saying anything) to get the manager. THANKFULLY, he was extra nice and just gave us the credit and apologized for the inconvenience, but Abby really made me feel really guilty for wanting to use a credit that was OBVIOUSLY purchased correctly and saved for when we were no longer in a global pandemic. As if I was trying to scam them or lie. She also interrupted a personal conversation my best friend and I were having with an unsolicited opinion. She was much too snippy and at the end of our interaction and did not even tell me we were done with paperwork and could leave. SHE JUST STARTED TALKING TO THE PERSON BEHIND ME LIKE I WASN'T THERE. She didn't even say, "Thank you for coming in or thank you for your business." She seemed to treat the other white clients after me well enough as well as my best friend to whom she gave her unsolicited opinion to... so I just pray she's not racist because Eternal's reputation deserves more than that! I have read other reviews and they say the phone lady seemed nice and when I called earlier in the day she seemed to be nice too, but once again I really hope it wasn't just because I sounded like a white person. Anyways, I loved our piercing service and will most definitely be back for more of Lexi's services! Hopefully Abby will be in a better mood. (:

I took my 5 year old in today to get her ears pierced by Lexi and Christian. They did an amazing job! They were so kind and patient while explaining everything to her perfectly. Also very clean and friendly staff. 10/10 definitely recommend

My 9 year daughter just went in to have her ears pierced. While she wanted to get her ears done, she was nervous about it and scared about how much it would hurt. Lexie did a great job with her! She assured her is was alright to be nervous, that most people are. She asked my daughter questions to help her relax and made sure this was something she wanted done. Lexie was so patient and calm throughout the entire process. My daughter got scared after her first ear was done and Lexie was great to help her with breathing and even had a gift bag with a pop it toy in it and gave it to her early so she could push on it to relax for her second ear. I would highly recommend this place to take your child to to get their ears pierced!

Went in for my first tattoo after being referred to by a friend and it was an all around best first tattoo experience I could have asked for. Went in with a quote idea for my first tattoo and Nick one of the artists that works there helped me out by referring me to Dakota another artist there who specializes in words, fonts quotes, etc. Dakota was extremely professional and patient with me as it took me an hour to pick out my font style. He ended up doing a super dope job with my tattoo and I was super stoked and impressed with my piece at the end of it and to top it all off he was just a super chill guy to talk to the entire time. If your in Omaha or just passing through and are wanting a tattoo. Swing on in to Eternal Tattoo located on 120th and Blondo you’ll be glad you did.

They’re having a Black Friday sale where walk in piercings are $10 off. I had the pleasure of getting pierced by Christian (IG: piercerfrenchie). Christian was gentle, sterile, knowledgeable, and a slight perfectionist. He made sure my high nostrils were aligned with my current double nostril piercings. Highly recommend. The staff was very patient and after horror stories of using a piercing gun, I decided to go with Lexi, who uses a needle. As soon as I walked in, I noticed that the place smelled clean. I felt safe in her care and I everything was sterile. She was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. Robert was amazing! He was fast and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. At a different shop I had gotten the Venus symbol on my arm, and the line work was not great lol, I told him about it and he ended up touching it up for me after doing the tattoo I was scheduled for. I took my daughter to get her ears pierced and was pleasantly surprised by the patient piercer who dealt with a scared and upset little girl (not mine!) who didn't want her second ear pierced. The receptionist was very sweet and helpful and the prices were decent. It was a quirky and clean shop and I was happy we had chosen it.

Very attractive yet sterile shop. Piercing artist was able to install my daughter's industrial piercing, but was very clear at the beginning that he needed to examine her cartilage before making any attempt, due to the shape of her ear. He was extremely detailed in instructions on how to care with the two punctures, including long term care. I was very impressed with his professionalism and customer care.

I had a tattoo reworking and a separate small retouch with Rinn, and she was great! She knew exactly what I was looking for in the reworking and made sure I was comfortable while she worked. She applied lidocaine after the initial outlining (I initially declined for the outline) and I literally couldn’t feel her doing the shading at all. Definitely my most comfortable tattoo experience. If I need any work in the future, I’m going here to see her!

Good place, and very professional & clean piercings. However I have bought 2 tongue piecing rings here at 2 seperate times within the last 2 years, and the balls given on the jewerly are very small which make it easy to fall of. Both times the piercings have fell off while I was eating within a week, and had to pay over $40 for each piercing. Seems like not the correct size

My mom and I recently went in for ear piercings. All of the staff we came into contact with were super friendly and helpful! They answered questions respectfully and with knowledge. Lexi was our piercer and not only did she do a great job, she was so nice! She kept constant conversation and was super quick. She was very professional and listened to what we needed and wanted. I highly recommend them for piercing especially for your kids. My daughter (6) just got them pierced. They had both piercers for her. So it wasn’t one ear at a time. He took time to measure and make sure they were even for her ears and not just mark them up in the middle of the lobes. They explained every step to her in a way she understands, showed her everything they use and explained it to her (except the needles haha) They are the kindest people as soon as you walk in the door and they cleanest place! They make sure you have all you need for a successful healing process. It was so fast she didn’t even know they did it.

Great detail, shading, and line work on my flowers on my back (she even added more great details to my previously added tree by another artist) . Everyone in the Omaha and Fremont shops are so incredibly cheerful and friendly, it makes for a very comfortable environment, and it's clear that all the artists love what they do. Aaron did an amazing job reworking a poor tattoo on my leg, I am so very grateful! They made sure everything was how I wanted it, and was super cool about my ideas and adding his professional input. I took my 15 year old daughter there this past Saturday to have her cartilage pierced and doubles on her lobes. I was impressed with the check in process, checking for our identification and that the lady at the front could walk my daughter through some of her questions. Trent did amazing with my daughter. He spoke with her directly about what she wanted, what to expect through the process and proper care. He didn't just only speak to the adult in the room but engaged her as well which my daughter really appreciated. I came in a little nervous since I hadn't been pierced since I was 4 years old, but I was immediately put at ease by Christians professional and friendly nature. My daughter and I had an appointment for different ear piercings with Lexi and we could not have been happier! My daughter was so nervous and she had never had an ear piercing with a needle. Lexi made her feel so comfortable and talked her through everything. Even when she started crying Lexi told her to just let it out. That actually really helped her instead of trying to hold it in. I had my tragus pierced and a helix piercing and it's only been a week since and they feel perfectly fine. I don't have the issues I normally have with those mall piercing guns! I highly recommend going here! They even said they will change out the jewelry for free when it's time :)

This tattoo parlor is nothing less than phenomenal. I spent a lot of time researching shops in Omaha and I'm so happy and grateful I found this one. I had Matt do a half sleeve for me at the Omaha location, which turned out amazing. This is a very clean, modern, and extremely professionally ran shop. All the artists from the most seasoned to the apprentices have got serious skills. This shop is great environment to get work done. Eternal will have all my future tattoos.

My 11 yr old sons dad took him here Saturday to get his ears pierced! I’m not sure what piercer did my sons ears. All I can say is from what I heard my son was not a easy one! Apparently he throw a 20 min fit not letting the guy do it. From what I was told the piercer was amazingly patient with my son and even gave him agree balls! Very impressed with this shop!

Very professional and experienced. I took my 4 month old baby here to get her ears pierced and they did a great job. I was only disappointed when after only one month the top of the earring had fallen off (she never touches her ears, it happened in her sleep). They made me pay for a replacement of the tiny earring. I would just make sure they screw the top of the earrings on tight to prevent them from falling off.

I heard about them through my step dad and he only had good thing to say so I drove from la vista to the Columbus location. I went for the fundraiser they were having and got to meet the whole team. My 3 year old daughter had been asking for a few months to get her ears pierced so we took the chance and went to Eternal Tattoo and Body Piercing. Christian did a wonderful job. He took his time, talked her through the process which she liked. They do have another piercer that works there so that younger kids can have both ears pierced at the same time but that person was not working at the specific time we walked in. It was not an issue for us one bit. We still had it done bc we were just passing through Omaha on our way home to North Dakota and we do not have as many piercing options where we live. She was calm and cool with each ear, zero crying, and I definitely think it helped that Christian was patient and chatted her through the process. Thank you!

My 5-year-old daughter got her ears pierced here and they were WONDERFUL. She got nervous after we'd gone in, so we left (and they showed absolutely nothing but comfort and sympathy for her being scared, didn't shame her at all). After we'd driven a few blocks, she changed her mind and said she did want to do it, so we went back - and they were all so happy and excited to see her and made her feel like such a rockstar. The piercer (I wish I could remember his name - long brown hair - maybe Christian??) explained absolutely everything that was happening, treated her with such respect and didn't talk down to her, but was super comforting and sweet at the same time, and had my fairly shy girl laughing and smiling. They use the best materials and equipment, and everything was incredibly clean. She didn't even know that the piercing was done - zero pain! And they healed beautifully. When we were finally able to change out the earrings, I let her put in a cheap pair she'd gotten with these plastic backs. Her ears turned really red and angry looking, and I took her back thinking she'd had an allergic reaction. It turns out she'd pushed the plastic backing into the hole - OUCH! The same guy who'd pierced her ears took SUCh great care of her and was so gentle with her - he knew he was hurting her getting it out and you could see it hurt him to do it, but she trusted him completely to fix it. He didn't charge us anything for taking care of it. I can't recommend them enough. Every single member of the staff we met was great.

I dont remember the guys name, but I had got my nipples pierced at a different place, the person who did it used jewelry that was way too small and well because of that I was having complications with healing and everything was extremely painful. I went to eternal and the gentleman switched out the jewelry and was super gentle along with being overly cautious with sanitation (due to the fact I was in the healing process). He was kind and answered all my questions (even the unrelated ones!) I shouldve gone there in the first place. If you're looking for a new piercing, I totally recommend going there. (Also if I'm being honest he was a total cutie.)
