My experience at Stay True Tattoo was perfect both times I’ve been tattooed there. Boston has done two pieces for me, a total of about 12 hours of tattooing. He made amazing designs despite how many different ideas I gave him and how I couldn’t envision exactly what I wanted. Both pieces he designed were perfect for me. He completely understood what I was going for. He made me comfortable the entire time I was at the shop, and I was there all day long for one of my tattoos. The other staff that spoke to me a few times while I was there were all super friendly and made me feel great about the experience. I definitely would recommend Stay True, and I have to all my friends already. The shop is clean and has a great atmosphere. Boston is an excellent artist, professional, and I had a great experience with him and the shop altogether.

I have now had two tattoos by Boston Chambers and I love both of them! My first one I told him my concept and he executed it perfectly and even two years later I have people ask if it's new! My recent ones weren't complex but meant a lot to me and again they are clean and crisp and perfect! They were very reasonably priced especially for the quality I received. I’ve been going to Boston here at Stay True for 6 years now, and every time I leave happy! This shop is clean, it’s professional, and everyone there genuinely wants you to receive a great piece of art. I’ve gotten most of my pieces from Boston, but I also have a few smaller bangers from different artists when they do their Friday the 13th specials and so far every artist I’ve had has been great. I can’t recommend this shop enough and I tell everyone who asks about my tattoos to go here!

I chose Stay True for my very first tattoo about 6 years ago, and I'm so happy I did. I worked with Boston, and he's STILL my favorite artist to this day; he takes your ideas and runs with them and makes sure they're exactly what you want. My little Sailor Jerry piece is still vibrant... I haven't had to deal with fading or worry about touch ups, and it healed really well thanks to Boston's tips and advice. The shop is clean and super cozy.. the guys and gals are all really nice up there. I was a nervous 18 year old getting my first tattoo when I first went in, and they picked on me a bit and got me laughing to loosen me up. It was just a fantastic experience overall; that's why Stay True remains my favorite shop in OKC after all these years.

I chose Boston Chambers because his work is very clean and it looks like he takes his time to make sure his art is as close to perfect as possible. To me personally stay true tattoo is the best tattoo shop in OKC and in OK in general. I have only had Boston tattoo me and it’s been nothing but awesome! If you give him an idea he’ll put his own twist on it if you’d like. They have tons of small booklets from the other artists in the shop to see their work or if you’re unsure on what you want. The shop is clean, they always have magazines and the TV on while you’re waiting. Every artist in the shop is respectful and polite and is wanting to make your tattoo thought into a reality. From the times I’ve been in there I’ve seen the most tattooed people in for another to 4 sisters (or mother and daughter) getting their first tattoo or a matching tattoo. This shop is where I got my first tattoo as well and ever since I’ve pretty much always gone back. 1. Memorable thing I have from stay true and Boston is my wife and I wanted to get spur of the moment tattoos. I texted Boston around 1030-1100pm and he was on his way home after a long day AND HE STILL TURNED AROUND AND WENT BACK TO THE SHOP TO TAKE CARE OF US. That just goes to show they will go above and beyond for their customers. They love what they do and you can tell. It’s an awesome and healthy atmosphere! Stay true tattoo no matter who the Artist, I highly recommend!

I knew after my first interaction in the shop, I knew Stay True would always be a go to spot for any work I may want done. Now after a year in half I have nearly finished my patchwork sleeve with Boston. The atmosphere is always enjoyable, while Boston tattoos me the other artists are usually close behind to see how things are going and to talk about the piece. This shop is very knowledgeable/punctual about making sure all the proper health precautions have been taken. Stay True should be on everyone’s list of places to get their tattoos.

He’s fair with his pricing, has high standards, and is passionate about his work. Almost a year ago, I brought in several ideas and he brought them to life, creating the perfect piece. I honestly couldn’t believe how spot on it was. His work has evolved so much over the past couple years as he is always striving to become a better artist and expand upon his style. He’s brought a particular style to Oklahoma that I love and haven’t seen from any other artists around the area. I’m not sure what it’s called exactly but it’s dark black work. He came up with an idea for a thigh piece in this style and I was on board immediately! Although I have another session left, I’ve already recieved a ton of compliments on it. I’m excited about the direction he’s going in and can’t wait to see what he comes up with next. Check out his work and if his style is what you’re looking for, don’t waste your time looking for someone else. He stays busy so I recommend booking an appointment as soon as you can.

My sister told me about this place and told me to go to Boston . he has done 3 tattoos on my now and I love them all!!! the whole place has a chill environment and very clean as well every time they will open the package in front of you and have all their CPR credentials on there walls so you can feel comfortable with getting a tattoo there!!! Met Boston in 2013 shortly after my mother passed away. I wanted to do a tribute piece for her and for my wife and kids. I was worried that a 3/4 sleeve would set me back into the 4 figure area but Boston was able to do it for much less. I received a moon phase tattoo from Brandon. Right from the get go, he was a great artist. He was up front about prices, placement, and his prices where VERY a fair. He suggested adding detail and a bit of color to my moons, to make them more realistic, and that also allowed him to give his own artistic touch as well. They turned out fantastic. It is by far my favorite tattoo. This shop is very well kept and the people there are all very professional and welcoming. Ive been to three others in OKC where the artwork was not nearly up to this shops standards, or the people where extremely rude and unprofessional. I absolutely love my tattoo. it was a cover up of a tattoo I had gotten when I was 18. My artist Mike Thurman did a great job of covering the old tattoo and he did it in a style that is not his normal style. EVERYONE in the office was EXTREMELY professional. it was a very clean and sanitary place and had a welcoming vibe to it. I personally will ONLY let Mike do my future work. if you check out their facebook page you can see the other artist's work and judge for yourself on how talented they are. I let Mike do my tattoo because I personally know him but if I didn't and just walked into the shop I would have let any of the artists work on me based on their portfolios. periodically the other artists would come in and chat with me to get my mind off the pain which I thought was cool. I suggest to anyone asking me about my tats to go there.
