My fiancé and I went in to get tattoos together, and Robin did a PHENOMENAL job. She took our initial idea and honored the aspects that were really important to us, and came up with a design that was even cooler than I’d imagined. Our tattoo was all super fine and detailed lines, and she was super careful, diligent, and precise, taking extra time to make sure it was positioned exactly where we wanted. She was also very friendly and engaging throughout the whole process, and more than fair with the pricing. These were our first tattoos, and they couldn’t have turned out better—I’ll be going to Robin for all my future tattoos!

The atmosphere of the shop is great, there's a fantastic mix of music,and the artists all seem to have fantastic personalities! I sat and watched while Rowan did an amazing job of my daughter's tattoo. I have some ink planned of my own that I will go to Rowan for because I was so impressed with her easy going attitude and the great results of her work. Totally worthy the drive from Janesville!

Wanted thin line tattoo and KENDRA did an amazing job capturing exactly what I had hoped for. Highly recommend Kendra as her artistry is wonderful. Very attentive to detail, responded back quickly to questions and scheduling, and was very kind to this nervous first timer.

Honestly don't think I've been treated better by any other tattoo parlor. They've given me food, water, even allergy medicine while I was there. Robin has given me a couple awesome pieces, keep up the great service!!

I had been thinking about getting a tattoo for years, and finally went with a friend to drop off a drawing and get a quote for one. My friend took me to Serenity Ink, and asked for Conrad Hakes, who had done some tattoos for my friend's brother. Conrad was extremely helpful, making some suggestions to help fit the design to my arm. When I came in for the appointment, he had the stencil ready, and it was better than the original. He explained the entire procedure to me, since it was my first time. He continually checked on my comfort level during the procedure. The finished artwork turned out better than I had hoped, and the cost was very reasonable. The entire shop was clean,, well-organized, and appropriate safety and sanitation measures were easily visible.I would highly recommend this tattoo shop and especially Conrad Hakes to anyone looking for quality tattoo work.

I had such an amazing experience with Rowan. She was patient and kind while I picked and adjusted the design and then changed my mind with placement… twice. She made me feel comfortable and my tattoo barely hurt (thigh) felt like a slight burn. 100% will always get my tattoos with her!!

Rowan is seriously the best. If I could leave 10 stars I would because my experience was amazing. I don't have a lot of experience, tattoo-wise, but I can say with total certainty that she's the best artist I've gotten tattooed by. I contacted her looking to get something small done, and she got back to me super fast. Fast forward 24 hours after that first email and I'm leaving with that first design and one of her flash pieces that I couldn't be happier to have on me for the rest of my life. There was never an awkward silence, or touch and go moment. She was professional and super cool to talk to, start to finish. If I didn't live 3 hours away from their studio I would be in constantly to get more designs from this place. Speaking of, Serenity Ink is a wicked place to walk into. It looks a lot bigger and more open on the inside with everything spaced out. There's plenty of privacy for whatever you're looking to get done, and it never felt like I didn't have enough space. 10/10 would recommend!

Conrad is extremely professional and such an ease to work with. The entire shop is always clean and every person working there has always been very nice and welcoming. I will forever go here for all my tattoos and recommend Serenity Ink to anyone looking for quality work.

I got just two little smile/frown tattoos on my ankle and the guy was super nice, understanding that it was my first tattoo, and didn't judge or be condescending for how little they were and my pain tolerance. He was fast, sanitary, and made the whole process simple and something I will totally do again! (Hopefully bigger this time!) I recommend this place to all my friends :)

My daughter and I just walked in wanting to get matching tattoos. We didn't have an appointment but, the staff there were so friendly, and happy to help us out, & squeeze us in prior to their appointments. My daughter had the artist named: Nikki (female), & I had the artist named: Nick, they both worked together throughout our tattoos to make sure that they matched & that we were happy with the work. My son also received a tattoo from there a few years ago, and is also very happy with their work. I highly recommend this place for their friendliness, their professional attitude, & for their talented artists!

Got my first tattoo here on recommendation from a friend who has gotten all three of her tattoos done here. Had a great experience -- Nikki was wonderful. She wasn't ready straight away because we were walk-ins, but she was super accomadating and took us as soon as she could. She let me know what she was doing as she did it and answered all my questions. Overall it was an amazing first experience.

Got a head tat with Jason. From our first consult, to the messages we exchanged before the tat, he listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond to make it happen. Spent a couple hours under the gun at our first session and another hour at the second one. His work is definitely worth checking out! Also, even the other artists there are pretty awesome. I was starting to.get light headed after the 2.5hr mark and one of the other artists went to the store to get me a coke to help with the light headedness. Truly above and beyond! Will definitely be going back more and more!

Guys!! Sam is freaking awesome. I had a tattoo I despised, in a less than ideal space (ribs) and in an even lesser ideal color for a cover up (all black). Not only did she listen to what I was looking for and design something absolutely amazing, but she ended up covering the original tattoo in the first session... like to the point where no one would even know the tattoo isn't 100% complete unless I told them. On top of it, she's a super friendly, great person. I HIGHLY recommend her. I couldn't be happier and I haven't even gone back for the second round yet. Absolutely amazing

This is in the middle. My cousin and I had previous outlines already a year old and went in for color. I give my artist, Conrad, 5 stars no problem. Super friendly, open to my suggestions as he worked, great experience. It turned out lovely. My cousin didn’t have this experience. She gives her artist, Aaron, 1 star. Lazy on the color work, kind of rude and the end result was disappointing. For something as pricy and permanent as a tattoo she expected a lot more out of it.

Decent enough work, but check with them about pricing. Given my past tattoos, I would have thought the one I got would be sitting at $100 tops. I wouldn't come back with those prices. I honestly thought he was joking when he told me the total. Definitely was overcharged.
