Great experience with Kristine for Laser Tattoo Removal.She’s friendly and instantly made me feel at ease about the service. Her thorough consultation made for a smooth and easy appointment. Huge bonus points for their Cryo machine, definitely helped make it a more comfortable laser experience. The shop is very clean and the staff is friendly. Everything you want in a tattoo shop. Will definitely be making it a Point to come back again.

Kristine is the master blaster of tattoo removal! I had the best experience working with her from the consult to my first session, she actually has me excited to come back. She’s not only super knowledgeable about the process, she fully informs you of your options, the different results of those options and most importantly, doesn’t pressure you either way while at the same time offering her expertise. If you’re looking for a fully comprehensive, friendly, professional and efficient experience and have no idea where to start, don’t think twice, just see Kristine and she’ll take care of you. Such a great value, I wish I’d done it years ago. Truly can’t say enough about this awesome shop and how grateful I am! Will update this review with before and after photos. 😉

My fiancé and I found Josh after being basically blown off by another shop (thank goodness). We came in with a now embarrassing idea of what we wanted. He offered to draw us up something instead. He quickly drew it up. The finished product by far exceeded both of our expectations. We got matching tribal sea turtles. He free-handed all of the small tribal detail and it was so well done, a computer could have done it. He even included the Polynesian symbol for marriage in the design! He took his time to make sure every little detail was perfect and both of our tattoos are flawless. All of the staff at 1 Point were very nice and accommodating. The shop was very clean as well. We both highly recommend Josh, especially if you are looking for tribal!

This tattoo shop has perfect reviews for a reason, very clean and easy going environment , you can tell all the Artists that work in this establishment are veterans of their craft , I had the pleasure of being worked on by Joshua Flinn, he got the design I wanted and made slight modifications to make sure the tattoo had the best possible outcome. Not once was I worried thinking “man I hope this looks alright when he’s done” I was confident from start to finish and got an amazing American Traditional style tattoo. As the saying goes “you get what you pay for” I paid for a quality tattoo and that’s what I left with, would definitely recommend to anyone.

We were looking for Josh all over the island before we managed to find him on instagram and that’s how we were able to get in touch with him. At the studio all the artists were really friendly and very professional , all of them specialists in their own style. Me and my partner were both tattooed by Mr Flinn and he made two pieces of art on us. This guy is not only great but also the most wonderful human being. This place is just simply the best! I got my back piece with Simon and he is just great, he skills are incredible and the best part is how unique is. I love his work and how he guide me in the process. No only I had a great piece with Simon everyone at the shop are great! You for sure would have a great time at the shop, everyone is friendly and caring specially Kristine. You could find Kristine at the front or doing laser and she is just great to talk . Josh Flinn - the best tattoo I’ve ever gotten 🥺💗 I had been following Josh for a while on Instagram. I’m from TX but on vacation in Hawaii. I tried my luck and reached out to Josh about getting a tattoo - he responded quickly wanting to help out (thank you!!). He made the schedule work and fit me in - even stayed late to finish my tattoo of a Polynesian Wet Paint Panda Bear Face. SUCH QUALITY WORK. I absolutely love my new tattoo. Plus, Josh is super mellow and cool to spend the time with and has great taste in music too! 🤙🏽 He gave me all the post care instructions and i am very happy with the whole experience. I've had work done by Simon and Ash (and LOVE their work) and started removal on an old tattoo thanks to Kristine and have had positive experiences every time. I have done 8 tattoo removal sessions on a partial sleeve tattoo with Kristine at the Kailua studio now and I very enthusiastically recommend this shop and her services. Kristine and all her co-workers are all extremely friendly, and she will give you a straight answer for how many sessions she will expect it to take in your consultation. The sessions themselves are very easily scheduled, and Kristine is extremely talented at making sure the sessions go by as quickly and painlessly as possible. I have verbally recommended this shop to everyone I work with that I've spoken to about both tattoos and their removal. I hope if your taking the time to read this you take the time to check it out, you'd be doing yourself a disservice if you don't, you won't be disappointed!

If you’re looking into laser removal this has to be one of the best places to go to! Long story short i was in the middle of the military enlistment process when they said i had to remove my tattoo piece behind my ear. 1 point tattoo was the first place to pop up on my google search. I booked my consultation and ended up getting treated the same day! Everyone there is so nice, friendly, and welcoming. They even do military letter heads. The lady that treated me was previously in the military so she knows exactly what she’s doing and knows about ALL the hassles. If you’re having doubts this is your sign to book with them now!

Yvonne was absolutely amazing. SHE IS 100% DEFINITELY WORTH THE WAIT. We did two tattoos on back to back days and the first one was not pleasant at all. We got to my kneecap and she had to use her own leg to hold mine down. Not only was she so patient with me and my freakish knee, she was so light handed when it came to tattooing! I've had heavy handed tattoos and those can be killer. She was the real champ, she just kept going and only stopped when she had to go to the bathroom. Mind you, these are TWO 6 hour sessions NONSTOP. She is always conscience of the person getting tattooed and really does put all her passion and effort into her tattoos, it just shows. All the people that work at 1point are just rad people as well, they make you feel real at home and are just genuinely great and down to earth people. Not only did Yvonne far exceed my expectations but I can tell you honestly, when someone asks me what's my favorite tattoo I'll be pointing to these two bad boys!

I'm in the process of removing the most stubborn ring tattoo ever (lesson learned...oops). Kristen is always super fast, knowledgeable and careful not to damage my skin or do anything that will lead to scarring. If it was up to me, I'd burn the tattoo off lol but Kristen always calms be down and explains why removal is a process. I highly recommend her services and the whole shop.

This shop is one the best tattoo shops I have been too. The owner has an amazing motto that really holds true to the shop. "Building relationships through art.'' Very honest, upfront, & passionate tattooers who really take the time to get to know exactly what the customer wants! They spend a lot of time drawing up your tattoos to make sure it's truly what you want & sometimes that can change several times. They are very patient when it comes to making up your mind in how you want the tattoo to look which is a big deal when it's about to be on your body permanently. Hands down I will continue to go to this tattoo shop for more tattoos!
