I’ve had my arm done in 2 sessions by JD and I won’t go anywhere else. He listens to what you want, makes your vision come to life, and cares about your experience from start to finish! The shop is super clean and a laid back, professional environment. It’s easy to book an appointment and he’s been super flexible when I’ve had to reschedule because of my demanding job schedule. 10/10 recommend, no reservations. About 2 or so months ago my son and I walked into Timeless Ink on a whim. We have gone in numerous times since then, and will continue to. We walked in as strangers, but now they are genuinely happy to see us for our return business. Between my son and I we've gotte 8 piercings from Jasmine, and will never go anywhere else, as we have 5 more planned so far. Jasmine is THE BEST. She is kind, gentle, thorough and only has our best interest in her heart. She is part of our story now. The cleanliness of the shop and all instruments and tools is top notch! Can't wait for our next piercings with Jasmine, and my son's next tattoo with Kenny.

Over the past year, Jasmine has done 14 piercings for myself, my husband and 2 teen daughters. She is absolutely the best at what she does! She’s quick, precise and gentle. Went to get a few Friday the 13th special tattoos, they were great and efficient with the long lines! Plenty of great artists helping accommodate all the people. Even though they were crazy busy they made sure to still make sure every tattoo they did was personal and special! JD is an amazing artist! Brian did our work last night and he was AMAZING!! I absolutely LOVE the pieces he did and he isn't heavy handed at all! Will def keep going back! 🕷️

Jasmine did my piercing with help from her apprentice (Cassie I think.). She did so great. The atmosphere was relaxing and great. She explained everything in detail the whole time to me and her apprentice. Gave me the info for what jewelry to look for if I want to find my own. Around the area, Timeless Ink has one of the most cheapest prices and rates around too! Quite a steal honestly for the quality of work and dedication from the artists there. To my Artist, JD….I can’t say thank you enough, brother. You’ve now done my chest piece and my quarter sleeve. The work you give out is a true, beautiful artwork. You click with your clients and really try to understand and make them happy. You respect cliental and only see for the best of their needs and wants. I got my first tattoo and Kenny did amazing, I’m 15 so with adult supervision he did my tattoo and before he even started he gave me a whole talk through to make sure I was calm and ready. This tattoo I got was for a loved one that passed away and he really did exactly what I wanted . I 10/10 recommend him as an artist if you’re looking to get a tattoo, definitely going back there soon as I can .

i’ve been to timeless ink plenty of times for different services but this one in particular was very pleasant. I got 2 tats done this time one by kenny and one by natalie . kenny was so nice and comforting , walked me thru everything and when i told him i was scared he told me everything was going to be alright. Same with natalie , she talked me thru everything and did such an amazing job as did kenny. Will definitely be returning in the near future. Oh and a big shout out to milby , he’s very funny and willing to learn about people and their needs and preferences . Def love this establishment

Edit! Totally not happy with my experience after a while. Still loved the vibe of the piercer- but after feeling like something wasn't right I went to a local (to me) piercer and she told me I got my cartilage pierced- not what I asked for! It's super high up, like I can't wear a clicker bc most don't fit. Thankfully I don't want to guage it bc I wouldn't be able to. It's at least totally straight, but after feeling around my nose and marking and such you'd think if she had to go through cartilage she would have told me. That also changed the healing time a bit. Overall, I can just roll with it and get a larger ring and still get my septum how I wanted, so not a huge deal.... but still not what I paid for! Belly button still healing so no update there. I'm not as mad as I could be- and I doubt anything can be done bc I should have questioned it while there (but I didn't realize it was wrong bc it looked straight etc I wasn't thinking to check if it was through the wrong spot) but I won't be going back. Had my belly button and septum done at the same time by Jasmine. My belly button was done before and she went around the scar tissue fine. She was funny and I loved her vibe. She is a perfectionist and made sure everything was perfectly center but didn't take her forever. Actually the whole thing took her no time at all, I didn't have to wait and be nervous and she made me laugh a few times which is the best. She reminded me to breathe and told me exactly what she was doing the entire time. I will absolutely visit her for my next one!

Jasmine has done most of my piercings for many years, I am very sensitive and she is very gentle yet precise, if you are like me I highly recommend her work. My girls and I were out on a Saturday night and on a whim decided to get piercings. Surprisingly not many places in Columbus do piercings on a Saturday evening, and if they do "last call" is 7pm. I went in, I didn’t have an appointment but I did call ahead. I was seen right away for a piercing. If you want a tattoo make sure you make an appointment! I was just going in for a piercing. When I arrived I filled out paperwork and gave them my ID, they explained the process, the healing, step for step. I Signed then was asked if I needed water and was shown to the piercing room. Scotti opened all the equipment in front of me and explained everything as he was doing it. I was measured, marked then it was done. Before I left I received after care instructions, and I was on my way. Scotti was very professional. The entire shop was extremely clean and everyone was so nice! I do plan on getting my next tattoo there very soon. I also will be going back at my 6 week mark for my free bar switching.

I was initially happy on 1/17 with the start of my tattoo with Scott. However, I paid for 2 hours(upfront because the manager was leaving- which I regret because I paid for what I didn't get) I got 1 hour in work done because Scott needed to get home and said he would finish it 3 days later. Long story short, it's been hell trying to communicate and get responses from him. He told me to come and get it completed last week. No Scott, shop closed.
