Took my 9 (almost 10) year old daughter to get her ears pierced. Extremely friendly staff! I cannot stress enough how nice they were, particularly Ana! She took extra time with my girls (even the 2 that weren't getting piercings), talked with them, showed them around, and gave lollipops! 😊 I consider that "above and beyond" Very patient with my daughter, explained the entire process before doing anything, answered her (many) questions, and went at her pace. They offer tandem piercings which in my personal opinion is great for a child that may be a little nervous. I was able to make an appointment, which was very convenient for us considering we live over an hour away, but they do take walk-ins as well. I highly recommend allowing them to handle your piercing needs! We'll definitely be back!

I came in yesterday with my friend and we both are so impressed! My friend got her septum pierced, and I got a double helix piercing. The piercer was super kind, made it quick and easy for us both, and both of our piercings were reasonably priced! The shop was very clean as well and the receptionist at the front desk was very friendly and made me feel welcomed. I highly recommend and I can’t wait to come back to finish my ear stack here!

It's been a while since I got my piercing but healing was a breeze. I had Alex and they were great! The wait was the longest part. They were incredibly informative throughout the process explaining every motion and step. I realize it's personal experience, but relatively painless. This shop came highly recommended by my SIL and I will be doing the same. The desk was also great about answering questions after the fact when I'd call. I did a lot of research about it prior, bc I'm a nerd, and by all accounts Alex nailed it.

I got my nips pierced yesterday, they were very professional and nice. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Even tho I was in for such a short time they didn’t make me feel rushed at all. Afterwards they offered me water and to sit down when I started to feel dizzy. I will definitely be going back

When I say this place is the absolute best, I mean it! I just moved to Irmo from Miami, FL & I have been to my fair share of piercing places over the years. However, none of them match up to The Piercing Parlor! Everyone is extremely welcoming. The studio itself is fun and inviting & every time I walk in i'm englufed in beaming smiles and joyful laughter. Every time I have been in (a total of 3 so far) I have had the honor of being pierced by Lita. I feel so blessed to have been matched with her. She is so lively and will excite you and put your mind at ease all at the same time. The first time I went in I had a case of the "I want to get a piercing NOW and I don't even know what to get!" mood. I ended up getting a double forward helix on one ear, a surface tragus on the other side of my face AND my bellybutton pierced. Lita made the whole experience amazing. She talked through her process so you knew exactly what to expect. Pain levels were to a minimum! She's quick and accurate. I loved my new piercings so much that I came back on a whim to see Lita 7 days later to get another cartilage piercing! The third time I showed up was yesterday afternoon. I rushed in because I accidently unscrewed one of my surface piercing gems while I was cleaning it and it went straight down the drain. You can't make these things up LOL. I was stressing and rushed in before work and ran right into Lita. She took me in straight away and helped me out so quick I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. She's seriously the best and has earned a forever customer with me. I recommend her to everyone!

I went in with my best friend today and we were welcomed by Frank at the front desk who checked us in quickly and answered all of our questions. The store is the CUTEST but we absolutely loved the customer service. Despite being a bit busy, every worker we spoke with was extremely attentive and kind. We were able to get in and out without any problems. Ana did an AMAZING job. She calmed us both down and was able to help us decide exactly what we wanted to do with our piercings. I got my nostril pierced by Lolita! She was super nice and informative with a very welcoming smile! The place is very cute and well decorated! I thought it was funny that the tumblers/cups they were selling with the ”adult phrases” were covered by sticky notes for the kids. They are very kid friendly! All around great experience! Lita and Ashley did my daughter's ears and were super patient with her. (She's 4 so she was pretty nervous.) Lita also did my nostril and she was so quick! I can’t recommend this place enough. Very welcoming, clean environment, and very nice staff. I got my cartilage and navel pierced. This was my 3rd attempt at a navel piercing (first time coming to this shop) because they all rejected. Well the lady who pierced it for my third attempt did a great job, however, there was too much skin since she had to avoid going through the scar tissue. When I called back a couple weeks later because there was red around the piercing from not enough room, the lady told me to come on in and she would put a longer bar for free. I’ve had the piercing for a year now and it has healed perfectly and I’m so thankful!!!! This will be the only place my friends and I will go for piercings from now on!!!!

Ok Listen!!! The energy in this place is unmatched. As soon as you walk in it’s seriously like a breath of fresh air. The guy at the counter was so sweet and the lady who did my piercing (Lolita?) was 100% amazing. I was of course very nervous but there was something about her that seriously calmed any and all nerves I had down. She talked me through the entire process and by the time we were done I was seriously debating getting my second nostril done 😂 I would recommend this place to anyone. I have never been disappointed by The Piercing Parlor. I have been 3 times, twice for new piercings and once for a jewelry removal & replacement. All of the times I have been pleased with the service, the staff, and the cleanliness of the workspace. I went in today to get a stuck earring removed & replaced, and she quickly took me back to the room and helped me to get it out without any pain. I prefer The Piercing Parlor any day over Immaculate Piercing or any other studio, the prices are better, and they definitely know what they’re doing and the best way to do it. Thank you, PP!

Highly recommend! Great experience. I took my daughter here to have her nose pierced by Ashley. She/they were awesome. My daughter did a lot of research before selecting them, but I still had lots of questions. They were very patient and helpful, answering all of my questions. Additionally, afterwards my daughter felt a little woozy from not eating. They were very caring, offered her a fruit snack and stayed with her. They gave her time to recover instead of pushing her out to the waiting room even though they had other customers waiting. Again, I highly recommend.

My drive is longer than the appointment! You need help after you leave she's got you. Every and anytime shes pierced me I've had no rejections no bumps or anything. We came to here to have my daughter’s ears pierced after an unfortunate experience with poor healing with a prior piercing. Everyone here was so nice and very helpful. It turns out we couldn’t pierce through the scar tissue present, but they made the sadness my daughter felt at hearing that easier to digest. They were honest, friendly and were kind in their explanation. I felt they had her best interest in mind. Hopefully we can come back once we have a surgeon look at her earlobes.

Omg!! Best expierence at a piercing place ive ever had. Super easy, in and out, and the pricing is so reasonable! Especially for the aftercare. Will be coming back for any of my piercings AND sending my friends here. They are also so friendly!! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Kara has been my piercer for years and there is no one else I trust to do everything right. Her new shop is the most inviting and beautiful shop I have ever gone into. You just feel like you are in a spa setting the second you walk in. Kara makes sure that everything is clean, and that everything is done professionally and with care. I have even trusted her with piercing my daughter's cartilage on multiple occasions (She has 2 cartilage piercings and soon wants 2nd holes in her lobes..she's a teen) and she will forever be the only one allowed to pierce my daughter's ears or any part of my body for that matter. I just can not recommend Kara and The Piercing Parlor to people enough. She isn't the type that sees you as a paycheck. She sees each customer as a person and treats them as such. She explains everything you need to know before and after a piercing and even makes sure you leave with the proper aftercare. I barely have any pain, I even slept on one side of my head the same day. Little bleeding and for as many as I got- the pain was not bad at all, but my pain tolerance is pretty high. I went to a shady tattoo shop to get my belly button pierced but it was still clean and sterilized. Everything here was cute and clean and sterile. Inviting atmosphere!
