I have used Vermont Laser for my tattoo removal and it has been a wonderful experience. Don is very professional but so down to earth and easy to talk to. He is very informative each step along the way and is honest about what is and is not possible (not BS promises!!). I would recommend VLS to anyone looking to get that mistake from when you were 18 removed, like I finally decided to do!! Thanks Don!

Don really knows what he’s doing. Not only does he make you feel comfortable and explain everything but he does a great job at tattoo removal. I’d recommend going to him to any friend trying to find a place to remove bad memories, mistakes, or youthful ink they’ve just outgrown. I love that I've only been there for a couple sessions and my tattoos are visibly loads less noticeable.

Don is great! I was so worried about the laser tattoo removal process, because I heard it was painful, but it has been so great here. Painless, quick, and Don is so great to talk to while getting it done. My last appointment was 2 years ago, and when I showed up Don remembered my last job and what we had talked about last. Great experience! I’ve been here several times for removal of a small tattoo I have on my wrist. Office is extremely clean. Wish I had started this process years ago! Don works fast, is super knowledgeable, talks you through the whole process and makes sure you get the results you want. He is clearly passionate about what he does and wants to make sure you receive the best care possible in the office and afterwards. I recommend Don @ VLS to everybody I meet who is hemming and hawing about this process!

Super clean place. Very knowledgeable staff. I saw significant improvement in the results of my tattoo removal. They hit you with this cold cryo machine and I legitimately did not feel the laser. Cannot recommend this place enough. I have always had concerns about getting my tattoo removed because of the pain and results associated with it but Vermont Laser Services blew me away. I would have zero hesitations about going back again.

My experience here was amazing (underarms laser hair removal). If you’ve had a wax before anywhere on your body, this will feel like nothing to you. It was also very fast. Don was so patient and any questions I had he had no issues answering them. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I had laser hair removal done before, the experience was much different and painful. From now on I know where to go. I definitely recommend this place!

So awesome! Don and his staff are super friendly, and really know their stuff. I had previously had a partial laser tattoo removal done in Boston, with dismal results by an inexperienced technician. Don has been working diligently to remedy the botched job, and the results have been wonderful. I also purchased a laser hair removal package (highly recommend this for the value!), and am so excited by the results this far. I have thick, course, dark hair, and it is slowly but surely disappearing, thanks to the professional, courteous, and friendly staff at Vermont Laser Tattoo Removal.

I called today to schedule an appointment for my daughter to continue her tattoo removal that she had started last fall and had to stop due to other obligations. My daughter and I went for our first laser tattoo removal session with Don today. It was a pain free experience. The clinic was extremely clean and Don is a very upbeat, friendly person who has a vast amount of knowledge in his profession. I've had two separate laser treatments here ( in 2019 & 2020) to remove a tattoo. To sum up the quality of both treatments the best descriptors would be the proficient system of the whole practice. - All the rooms are rigorously cleaned to hospital like standards. - Both treatments were done on the dot (no having to wait out your turn in waiting area). - You're taken through step by step of what the treatment does and how it works. - You're given paper directions on proper aftercare and supplied with whatever bandages etc. that you will need. In the end, if you're in need of any kind of laser treatment set up an appointment here you will not be sorry. P.S you might get some free socks.

Amazing!! I have been going for about a year for laser hair treatments and the results have been incredible. They give a great deal on treatment packages and have the best equipment that gives real results. After only 6 sessions I only have to shave my legs once every 2 months! Don and Cheri are also the friendliest people who clearly care about each of their clients and always leave me smiling at the end of a session! (I have fair skin and course, dark hair, which is what works best with laser treatment. I get pretty tan in the summer and put my treatment on hold during those months for the best results and recommend doing the same!)

Best decision ever! My only regret is not getting it done sooner. From start to finish , it has been a great experience. Don and Cleveland are professional and knowledgeable. They will walk you through the process, there are no surprises. It does take time...be patient...it will be so worth it!!! The question everyone asks me: Does it hurt? It feels about the same as "getting" the tattoo but your sessions are only a few seconds or minutes (depending on the size of your tattoo). Sessions are about a month apart and it is really exciting to see the progress each time. If you have been thinking about removing a tattoo, I can't recommend these guys enough...you won't be disappointed!!!

A really great experience all around. My consultation before starting treatment was incredibly informative and encompassed the science, the staff of the facility and their qualifications, the risks of the procedure, and the breakdown of the cost calculation. My first treatment session was quick and, since I was well prepped for the level of discomfort, rather painless. Post treatment was given just as much care and attention as the other portions and I was sent home with printed and simple instructions and a bag of medical supplies. I highly recommend Don and his team of professionals.

I had my first Carbon Laser Facial Peel yesterday! The procedure was painless, quick, and the results were immediate: my skin was so soft and glowing afterwards, and was not irritated at all by the procedure at all. My Experience at Vermont Laser was exactly what I was hoping for. Everything was well explained to me, and the process was very quick compared to what I had expected. For my two relatively small wrist tattoos, it was a virtually painless experience that took little time. Post-removal, there have been no infections or side effects, and the ink is fading at the rate that was described to me. The clean, professional space and treatment reinforces that you are in good hands at Vermont Laser. I would reccomend VLS to anyone looking for a simple solution to their unwanted tattoos.

He explained in detail everything he was going to do ahead of time . The procedure is not pleasant but he was very good during the procedure checking to see how my pain level was.
