Me and my 19-year-old went in for piercings today for her birthday. I got a single Helix done. Everybody in the shop was friendly, professional, polite. I had no pain issues and they answered all my questions. Would gladly use them again for future piercings.

I took my seven year old daughter in to get her ears pierced and it was above and beyond what I expected. They were so kind to her and showed her such respect and care. They explained everything to her in a way she understood and allowed her space to ask questions. Everything was clean and I felt just as comfortable as my daughter did. We will definitely be using them for any future piercing needs! 10/10 recommend!!

The team was super friendly, took great care to make sure everything was clean, not only made sure my piercings were going where I wanted but also going in a safe spot - they checked my capillaries in my ear and made sure to avoid them. They also were very diligent about making sure I knew the exact aftercare procedure and let me know I could reach out 24/7 if I had issues. Will definitely be going back here for my next ear piercing!

We took our girls back to back Sundays and everything was perfect. My girls were very nervous but Chris and Jonas were so kind and patient. They explained everything before they did it. Our girls left so happy and excited about their new earrings. The shop was super clean, and there was a large assortment of jewelry to choose from. We are thrilled we found such an awesome place!

We had a great experience here! The first time we went in was when my baby was three months old. They explained to us that her lobes were a bit too small and that the piercing would grow out. They kept our deposit and just changed her date for three months later. We appreciated them taking the time to talk it out with us and caring enough to not just pierce her just because we had an appointment. We went back three months later when she was six months old and the whole experience went flawlessly! The whole process was explained to us before hand with knowledge and care!

This was my first time going to this shop and it is as great! The guy who helped me was really calm, explained everything clearly, was informative and checked in with me throughout to ensure I was comfortable. The only awkward thing was I believe there was a money issue taking place amongst staff and when I walked in I wasn't greeted. I wasn't spoken to for about two or three minutes then someone acknowledged me. Which I totally understand! Just a hello would have made me forget all about the awkwardness. My piercings are healing wonderfully! I'm very happy with the results!

We have been into this shop twice now. Each visit our kids have had an amazing time. The oldest got helix piercing and the youngest lobes. I got my ears pierced at the Boise location, a little difficult to find. First off, I'm happy with how the piercings look. They're super cute, and the piercer, Kelsey, was really nice and explained each step of the process and how to care for the piercings as they heal. I was surprised they required to keep a photo of my driver's license. The online consent form already required the driver's license number. When I arrived at the studio, the piercer asked to see my ID, which I assumed was just going to be a visual check to make sure the ID numbers matched and that I'm not a minor. But she took a photo of it and said they had to have it on file. That made me uncomfortable, but at that point I had already paid the deposit and driven a ways to get there. The website should clearly explain that so customers know what to expect. REPLY TO OWNER'S RESPONSE: Yes, please delete it from file. I wasn't told that it was optional. But thank you for responding, I have upgraded my review to 4 stars.

We went to pierce my daughter's ears there and had a really great experience. I really like that they explain everything, and went through the whole process with us. One of the main reasons we actually went to this place is because they use the real needle rather than a piercing gun which tears the skin. I highly recommend this place.

I got daith piercings in both ears and the experience was amazing, even though this is characteristically one of the toughest piercings to get. They made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. My 10 year old daughter was very nervous to get her ears pierced. We showed up and were the only ones there, the gals that helped us were very friendly and made her feel more comfortable right away. They explained the whole process and let her ask any questions. They did a tandem piercing that went so fast and easy, none of us could believe. The whole time we all knew exactly what was going on and they gave very clear instructions for after car. It was an excellent experience for a nervous kid!

They were wonderful. I took my two daughters 12 and 14 in for a nose piercing and an earlobe piercing. They were so nice and were great about working with an ear lobe that had a lot of scar tissue. We were very comfortable with the staff and environment. We will go here from now on!

We got my daughter’s ears pierced for her 10th birthday and this was an excellent experience. Maeg & Collin were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure my daughter was comfortable and ready. They also did a fabulous job ensuring the holes would be in the right place, checking and checking many times. I highly recommend having them done tandem for kids, it’s worth it! This shop also only uses titanium jewelry with flat backed earrings which is a game-changer for comfort! I recommend this shop to everyone!

My 6-year-old daughter got her ears pierced here yesterday and it was a great experience. Super clean and everything was sterilized and sealed. Chris was so nice and good with my daughter (he has daughters of his own!). We took their advice and did the tandem piercing, so both ears were done at the same time. No tears, no freak-outs and she is so proud of herself. Her ear lobes weren't even red afterwards like I've seen with gun piercings. I'd recommend them to anyone!

My 11 year old son was super nervous (and incredibly excited) to get his ears pierced. All of the staff was wonderful at helping him calm his nerves and realize that he is amazing. They talked him through the entire thing and made sure he felt heard. Tyler was the one who pierced his ears and he was incredibly kind and very thorough. My kiddo has some unique ears and he and the other piercers spent no less than 20 minutes working on placement to ensure they looked great and he was happy with them. I also got some piercings done and will admit I was super nervous too. Charleigh did mine and was just a thorough and friendly. They explained aftercare in detail and we will definitely be going back for additional piercings.

I have had some bad experiences but not with this place they are absolutely amazing!! I’ll be coming here for all of my piercings for now on. One of my piercings I had a problem and I went back in the next morning and they fixed it with no problems! And I loved they gave me a paper with instructions and cleaning solution. were very kind and understanding about it. They made me feel comfortable while marking and piercing. All of them even the men are kind and fun to talk to. They talked through what they were doing so I knew why and could see exactly were my piercings was going to be. I brought my 3 month old to get her ears pierced. The staff was very friendly from start to finish. I forgot to ask our piercers name but he was the best! He was very patient in between each lobe. He explained everything thoroughly through the whole process and after care. The locations on each lobe were perfect. We brought my 5 year old daughter here to get her ears pierced for the first time. We chose the tandem piercing so both of her ears were done at the same time. Collin and Chris were absolutely great with her! She was nervous at first but they talked her through the whole process and really put her at ease. They also really took their time in determining proper placement prior to piercing. There were no tears and now she is saying she is already ready for her second holes in her ears haha! We are 6 weeks out from when we got them pierced and they have healed really well, no issues with infection. FYI Sundays are their kids special day so you get $10 off kids piercing plus free numbing.

Fabulous experience! They numbed her ears so the pain was so mild that my 10 year old didn’t even make a peep! They were very professional and so far her ears have had no issues. She had very minimal bleeding on the first day or so, and that’s it! No crusty stuff to clean up, just the basic cleaning every morning and night. Very happy with our experience so far!

I brought my daughter to Hippie Hoops for her first lobe piercings. They were very professional and helpful. Before they do any piercing, the piercer uses a marker to show where they will place the needle. I appreciated the extra time she took to explain the placement and ask my opinion. We both felt very comfortable throughout the whole experience. After my daughter was done, I asked one of the staff to look at my lobe piercings (I've had trouble and pain wearing earrings for YEARS). He took the time to place titanium studs in them, and explained how to care for them. Turns out I needed to find titanium earrings, and wear earrings more consistently. I had been wearing my earrings so infrequently, that the holes had shrunk. Now I can wear earrings again and I'm so happy! Overall great experience!

Matt did my eyebrow piercing and they were so calm and patient! I started to feel light headed and woozy and told them and all three in the shop stopped, had me lay down and got some fresh air going as well as got me some juice and waited till I was 100% before continuing. They're all extremely nice and the shop pierces with and sells surgical grade titanium which is important to me due to skin sensitivities. Their pricing is great as well!

This is my favorite and only place I will get my piercings. It is such a positive and clean environment. They always have amazing jewelry to choose from. If you have anxiety when it comes to piercings, I definitely recommend this piercing shop because they are very kind and patient and the shop is usually not too crowded and calm compared to the tattoo shops in our area. I have gotten my nostril, septum, and cartridges done here and all of them turned out perfect. They really educate you on how to take care of them.

Got my nipples pierced for tata tuesday! This place uses tatnium hypoallergenic jewelry. Showed up to my appointment 10 minutes early and was taken back almost immediately. Got the jewelry, numbing cream, tandems, and aftercare all for $90.

Super friendly. Very clean atmosphere. Got the migraine piercing on "Migraine Monday" and honestly haven't had a migraine since. Professional and the piercers had a very gentle bedside manner. Reasonably priced, especially considering the relief from migraine symptoms I've experienced. Seriously, even my mood has noticeably improve and stressful moments don't make my head ring anymore. 15/10 would recommend.

Overall it's a nice, clean shop with friendly people working there. They have many jewelry options, a good website with simple scheduling, and the staff are very knowledgeable. I believe the girl that pierced me was an apprentice. No one informed me of this but after she struggled considerably, a more experienced gal had to coach her and eventually take over completely. The piercings turned out fine and I came back 2 other times. My conch piercing which was also done here (by the "more experienced gal" I mentioned earlier) is horribly crooked and I might have it redone. I have mixed feeling about this place. I won't be getting pierced here anymore but definitely a jewelry change.

Everyone was really friendly and polite. Hailey pierced my nostril and she made sure I was okay every step of the way! She gave really good home care instructions and sent me home with written instructions as well. Best piercing shop I’ve been to!
