So clean, organized, and beautifully decorated. It was kid friendly for us to bring our 7yo in to get one of her ear lobes re-pierced. We originally had them done at a different shop that was more adult rated and so glad we went with this place to get her ear fixed. My daughter was nervous, but the lady was thorough to make sure they were even and gentle and quick to do the actual piercing. The lady did a great job and about 30 minutes after leaving my daughter’s ear wasn’t hurting anymore. She is so happy to have it fixed and to be able to wear earrings again. Thank you!

Called in to ask about getting both my ear lobes pierced. Person who answered was friendly and informative. They said they had time for a walk-in so I drove over there. I was greeted at the counter where I informed them I wanted to get my ears pierced. The piercer was friendly and got me going fairly quick. I was happy with the piercing and outcome. They made it super easy and comfortable. I would highly recommend them and will definitely look into their tattoo artist due the the friendly atmosphere and experience.

We came down to the Gulf Coast as a family for an end of summer vacation. To celebrate our mother’s 60th birthday, my mother, sister, and I got small matching tattoos of a coffee cup which is the image we think of most when my sister and I think of mom. The reservation process was seamless and they were great communicating with me throughout the process. When we arrived, we were greeted with a clean atmosphere and smiles from everyone. This is by the far the cleanest, most welcoming tattoo studio I’ve set foot in. Carol was out artist and she was not only skilled but very patient with my 60-year old mother who got her first tattoo. If given the chance, we’ll be going back. Best place in town.

My daughter and I came in to get matching tattoos. We booked our appointment three weeks prior. We received a few follow up texts to confirm our appointments along the way. When we arrived the day of we were walked through the process of the paperwork and then met with our tattoo artist Leif. We had previously sent in an idea of what we wanted. Leif had the design ready in three optional sizes. Once we picked out our size, we settled up on the payment and then began. The shop was very clean and had a very modern/industrial feel. The process took about 40 minutes for each tattoo and then we discussed aftercare. Leif and his team were very professional, organized and very nice! I would highly recommend Empire Tattoo!

Went for a flash event and did not enjoy the experience. My friend and I were 3rd and 4th in line for piercings and we waited almost 2 hours before we were finally called back. They had called for my friend by the wrong name and someone else took her spot and we had no idea. You would think with something like that you would make sure you have the right person before you continue with the service. Need to also be more specific with wording for piercing deals, as the sign said nose piercing but it only qualified for nostril piercings. My friend wanted her septum and left disappointed after getting a refund for it. The piercer is also VERY slow when putting the needle through, so if you have a low pain tolerance it will not be a fun experience. Not the most organized event piercing wise, but it looked like tattoos were getting done fast. Would maybe go back for a tattoo but def not a piercing.

This place is really clean and staff is very professional and friendly. I got three piercing and they were all done really well. My only complaint is they didn’t let me choose the earring and now I have these weird silver studs for a few months, and I really don’t like them! I’d definitely ask if they have any other options if you go! But other than that really nice!

I've gotten two pieces done at The Empire both times I worked with Jeremy and both times were amazing experiences, he has great communication skills that make me feel like he really cares about what I really want from our sessions, and he goes out of his way to make sure I'm comfortable through the process.Polly does the piercings and has very swift adept hands that make the whole process so much less painful. The placement was a place I’ve heard could be quite painful, but her handwork was very tolerable and they had a soothing balm applied that helped so much. AMAZING. I am absolutely in love with my tattoo. This was my first experience and the lady ,Mrs. Carol, was beyond my hopes and dreams. She was so patient and friendly. OUTSTANDING! I met my artist Carol, a few months prior to my appointment at Empire. At the time she was working for a different company; when I decided I wanted my first tattoo I called that company and they told me she would be out for a while due to illness. I did a little more research only to find out that she opened Empire, her very own business! I made an appointment and they got me in for the very next day. The inside was tastefully decorated. Safety precautions were in place and carried out throughout the business’ inside area. Masks were provided as were sanitation stations for use before entering the clean and well sanitized area where the unfolding of my body art took place. Carol and Polly were most helpful in finalizing my body art designs. Carol is a highly expert body art artist. She is passionate about her work and in ensuring her clients are satisfied. She made certain that I was comfortable as she made my body art come to life. I am planning for my 3rd one sometime in July. I’m in the process of getting a right arm sleeve, and was fortunate enough to get Leif Purdy as my artist. His designs are spot on and he has KILLER skills! I’m blown away with my 1st session and can’t wait to finish this sleeve! Empire can be a little hard to get an appointment, butttt…… there’s a reason for that. They are the best!!!!!
