Very professional, attentive, easy to speak with staff that made sure the processes were understood for either piercings or tattoos. They are generally open late(I've been included door time in picture...subject to change depending on establishments needs), but you can always visit the website for further info as well as visit each artists gallery. I do not think all the artists are on the website but those that are in the shop may have other outlets to visit to see their works. It helps to say that the artists are certified in what they do, the shop itself has a 99 RATING!! Huge plus!! WALK-INS WELCOMED (depending on how busy the shop is..appts too are a good way to solidify spots) I've also added a bargaining and drunken/or high poster they had near the front entrance, I found it hilariously human. They are also very understanding about if an individual already has a piercing, they would check and if there is no need to create another "hole" you would be only charged for the ring placement. I overall loved the service!! 5+ stars if I could!

The entire experience of being tattooed by Ellie Chase from the start has been amazing. We ended up doing 2 sessions and both of them she was professional and understanding. There’s only one person that I trust with a needle and ink and that is Jacob @adame_tattooz. I am picky when it comes to my tattoos. So I literally waited about three years for my Egyptian themed half sleeve, because I needed to find the right person. Not only is Jacob a great artist, he’s a super down to earth person and makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the session. No one else is tattooing me but Jacob!!

Super friendly, super quick! This was my first time coming on Saturday (09/03) & they did such a wonderful job on my tattoo! I love it & I didn't get my tattoo artist name but he was super friendly, made me laugh, & we had great conversations about anime! Definitely will be using again for my future tats! The whole process was smooth from beginning to end. The guy at the front desk was nice, gathered my info made sure to double check that he returned my ID. Miles performed the piercing he was gentle, precise (literally made sure markings were perfect), sweet and him being cute didn’t hurt lol. My piercings are healing nicely. Definitely will be returning for a tat!

I went with my daughter to get her first tattoo and piercing. The artists are so nice (Ellie, not sure I spelled it correctly, was so gentle I barely felt it)! The place is very clean! My other daughter and I ended up getting tattoos and they were graciously patient even though it was almost closing time. This is definitely our new spot!

Came here for my first tattoo as a walk in. I saw all the amazing reviews and pics of other people's tattoos from here and I thought they would be a great choice for a tattoo I wanted as a memorial for my friend who passed. Ellie was nice and very accommodating at surface level but insisted that getting a small behind the ear tattoo would not work well because it would get fuzzy. After modifying the piece a bit, I asked for small changes to be made (making the petals more rounded/thinning the design a bit), but instead of making a new stencil she said she would add that and to trust her. So I did. But after seeing the results it was clear that she didn't actually carry through with the changes I was asked to "trust her" on. At that point the outline was already on so I figured maybe I'd just let her continue in case she was right and I ended up liking it after it was shaded a bit. Unfortunately though, the shading ended up being very clumped together (not much of a gradual gradient) so I asked her to feather it out a bit more so it was more gradual. She said okay but the end result was just darker in the same areas. At that point I just gave up, (it's already on there, not much I can do) paid, and left. I didn't want to say anything because Ellie was really very nice and patient but unfortunately I just think she missed a lot of important parts that ended up making my very specific ghost plant tattoo into a generic flower so I had to come clean and be honest here.

I had went in a couple days ago to get ear piercings for the very first time. Upon walking in, it felt like a good environment to be in. Good music and the people there seemed really cool. I met with Genesis for my piercings and she was extremely nice, fun to speak with, and very professional. She explained everything she was doing which honestly made my overall experience better and more comforting. After we were done, she explained everything I had to do for the healing process and had sent me on my way. Definitely coming back and recommending this place to friends. Great service!

Getting a tattoo can be pretty intimidating, but not at this shop. Everyone here is extremely friendly and talented, but my absolute favorite artist is Sam. He has done a few of my tattoos so far, and I won’t go to anyone else from now on! Not only is he an incredibly talented artist, but he is always super nice and helpful when booking your tattoo. He is always very patient when you have questions, or need breaks. I always have fun chatting with him about all things comics, or nerdy culture in general. I highly recommend him, and every other amazing artist in this shop!

BY FAR the best Tattoo experience I have had in my 20 years of getting tattoos. I can only say words like amazed blessed and purely grateful I waited on my idea and design for years and found my new tattoo artist Chico at Black Rose Tattoo. If you live in the ATL area or want an amazing experience where your Tattoo looks like a piece of artwork call or stop by this place. Chico and the other artist are amazing and the vibe is relaxed with a chill variety playlist and they have wifi where I hooked my laptop up ad watched some movies and just kicked back and got my half sleeve. I have one more session to finish my vision and half sleeve but Chico has truly brought that vision to life. Below is a pic from session 1 and will add the finished product once done. We just recently moved from Cali (the Bay Area) to Atlanta and I’ve been holding off on getting more tats for a minute now, but I’m glad I did because I found @lettersbyfreddy. Freddy is professional and downright great at what he does! If you want any lettering done then he’s your guy. I randomly stopped at Black Rose, on the fly, just to see what they’re about; from the minute you walk in you feel welcomed and at ease. Everyone was kind, and down to earth. Great atmosphere, to say the least. If you’re thinking of getting tatted, pierced, etc then try this spot! They don’t disappoint! I’ve gotten 2 pieces done in 2 weeks by Freddy (by appt of course), and I’m in love with them!

Great experience from start to finish. Andrew was my point of contact via email. He was very patient and kept me informed of info needed, dates, etc., prior to getting my tatoo. The artist, Freddy, worked with me, and made suggestions to give me exactly what I needed. He kept me abreast of each step and took pics with my phone of the progress. I messed up and gave him the wrong date, which he fixed and you couldn't tell it was changed. I was given explicit instructions on how to take care of my tatoo, which I followed. We, at first I was disappointed because I walked in at about 12:40 and wanted my nipples pierced and was told it would be a while and to call back at 4pm. I drove from Mcdonough so it wasn't very far to go back home and wait but I wanted it NOW lol so, at first I wasn't going to come back. I finally just decided to wait until 4 and call back and I'm glad I did. Everyone was nice, professional and the shop was very clean. Although I was VERY nervous, the piercer was professional and informative with aftercare instructions. Masks are required upon entry, which was not a problem for me but I wanted to include it in the review. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone for your piercing needs.

I stopped by for a nipple piercing and I’m very happy I did. Chico was friendly and professional. He made sure the placement was correct and measured to make sure the jewelry was gonna be the right size. The piercing itself was so quick I think it was done in 2 seconds. I’ll definitely come back and have recommended your shop to others.
