Tina is such a talented artist! We were visiting Asheville for new years and she fit me and my husband in for some fruit themed tattoos. They look amazing and the experience was pleasant from start to finish. The shop is clean and inviting, easy to find, and has plenty of parking. We'll definitely be back to see Tina in the future.

Girls trip and last minute plans to get a tattoo. The Michelle did a great job. I would come back to get my next tattoo if I'm ever in the area again. Very clean, and knowledgeable. Be sure to share your vision in advance so your artist can work up your tattoo before the appointment. My artist worked with me on my vision and was really cool with feedback that I failed to vocalize initially. Im really happy with how my tattoo turned out.

I decided to request an appointment with Mars, and I was SO happy I did. This was my first tattoo, so I was a bit nervous about the experience, but Mars made me feel extremely comfortable. In our communications, Mars was very helpful, and upon meeting them in person, they were incredibly kind, patient, empathetic and caring. I loved chatting with them during the tattoo itself and absolutely love my new tattoo. It’s hard to imagine seeing anyone else for a tattoo even though I live in CO- I’ll definitely drive back to Asheville to work with Mars again.

She sent me a mock up before the appointment and I was not 100% happy with it, so she reworked the piece to make sure I got something I absolutely loved. I would recommend her to anyone. During one of my many trips to Asheville last year I stopped in here to take a look at the place and the artists portfolios. The shop is welcoming, bright and SUPER clean. I decided then that I'm make the trip up from Charleston for a tattoo here. After looking through all the portfolios (All really beautiful) I decided I'd have Kimi Leger ink me. Over several months we corresponded on ideas and what I was looking for. I made the trip yesterday and it was So Worth It. The tattoo looks amazing. Everyone in the shop is extremely friendly and fun to be around. It is the cleanest shop I've ever been in. Complete professionals and I will be back. I drove 4 hours and it was well worth the trip. My tattoo artist was Mars. They did an amazing job on my tattoo. The line work is perfect, the shading is dark and solid in just the right places. The healing has been a painless, easy process with no hiccups. They gave me clear instructions and really helped me understand what to do for my first professional tattoo. They captured just what I wanted, they gave me options to choose from and where so nice, even when I was being a baby about the pain. Mars is an amazing artist, they where fast but thoughtful in the tattooing experience. They where on time, they honestly where just amazing and I’m definitely going to come back and get more work from them. Highly recommend.

Mars Luren did a beautiful piece on my left upper arm, featuring a cat, roses and a butterfly all under a full moon. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I went with my sisters to get tattoos at Sacred Lotus. Our tattoo artist was Heidi. Our experience at Sacred Lotus was amazing. This was our first time getting tattoos and we were a little nervous, not knowing how the process worked and a little nervous about how painful it might be. As soon as we met Heidi, I was put at ease. She is so kind, welcome to questions, and willing to tweak details of a design to make it something you are jazzed to have on your body. She was patient with us as we talked through design, placement, and asked questions. Our design included many straight fine lines and her hand was so steady and her work focused. She's an artist who clearly knows her craft and loves what she does. We absolutely love how they turned out and would, without hesitation, go back to see Heidi again.

I reached out initially to Sacred Lotus to work with a specific artist for my first-ever tattoo. Toni was my point-of-contact and she was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. While the artist I requested was unavailable, Kimi (the owner) stepped in to help me. We corresponded a few times, I made a deposit, and booked the appointment. The day before I was scheduled with Kimi, I got cold feet and emailed Toni to let them know asap that I would not be honoring my appointment. Hey, it happens? Right? Kimi was super understanding and if I ever decide to move forward, Sacred Lotus is where I will book. Super duper people, very responsive, and lovely. Oh, and it was my first visit to Asheville: also amazing. I'll be back for sure :)

I did a quick Google search of tattoo shops near me with good ratings and emailed Sacred Lotus to ask about walk-ins for small tattoos. They emailed me back within minutes and said they would as long as someone was available! I showed up after work and a cool person named Mars did my tattoo. They were so sweet and willing to work me in as soon as they were done with a client. It came out perfectly! Everyone was friendly and everything was clean. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

I went to Asheville for a bachelorette weekend and we decided to get matching tattoos to remember the amazing shenanigans of that weekend. Heidi was able to fit all four of us in last minute which we were super great full for. She was absolutely amazing! She was super cool, fun to chat with, such a sweet soul and an amazing artist! Her attention to detail and sanitation procedures was spot on. I’ve gotten a few tattoos and she by far has the lightest hand and made to whole process enjoyable, even while being stabbed repeatedly by a needle hahaha. I work with Jessica and she really went above and beyond to help me and listen to me on my intention. I wanted something that was meaningful to me and had a serious reason behind it. I was turning 50 and I wanted a tattoo on my hand. FOUR shops turned me down because tattoos don't hold up as well on your hand. I do not like being told no when I am sure of what I want! When I called Sacred Lotus, they didn't bat an eye. Chad was quick, nice, but not too chatty. And the atmosphere was SO Asheville. Laid back and peaceful, as well as immaculate and tastefully decorated. I would recommend you to anyone, but especially first time tattoo customers. look no further for somewhere to get a tattoo in Asheville! I went all over trying to get a tattoo and each place had a huge flaw such as rude clientele, short hours, etc. I called Sacred Lotus about half an hour before they closed to see if I could get something and they allowed me to come get a tattoo with Kimi, who is absolutely the best tattoo artist in this area, and the best I've ever seen, not to mention how patient and willing she was to stay hours overtime to do a piece for me. she didn't rush the process at all, it felt like I had a scheduled appointment during regular hours. the inside of the shop is super cool and the price was amazingly cheaper than I thought it was going to be. the whole experience was great. go here

Sacred Lotus is the place to go for the best tattoo. I needed a cover up so I sent an email to Kimi Leger with a few options to cover up my grim reaper tattoo. I received a very nice and detailed email back from Kimi about what would work for the tattoo cover up. I was extremely impressed with the information sent in the email so I booked a consultation with Kimi. Once meeting with Kimi at Sacred Lotus, I was hooked. This place is super clean, neat, and has a great atmosphere. All the artist are very friendly and make you feel as if you were with family. My tattoo sessions with Kimi were put to great use. Kimi worked tirelessly to complete the masterpiece that I have now. I could not be more happy or pleased with the final result. I now have an AWESOME dragon tattoo that covers part of my chest, back, and right arm. The cover up worked perfectly and no one can tell there used to be a grim reaper on my arm. I have had so many compliments on the tattoo and now I can walk with my head held high. Kimi is absolutely the best!! So if your looking for a great tattoo shop, this is the place to go.

Considering the seriousness of being tattooed, it is logical to seek out the best, experienced tattoo artist. Seeing that Sacred Lotus' reputation has placed them in the top tier of tattoo parlors in western North Carolina, including being home to the best tattoo artist in WNC for 2016, my choice was made simple to give them my business. I have nothing but praise to give Sacred Lotus. My tattoos (both legs) were inked by Cameron Scofield, a "black works" master. I was able to review all artists' portfolios on their website and choose which artists' work was best suited for what I wanted. Cameron gave me an informative consultation (pre-tattoo) and worthwhile post-tattoo care discussion. When I left Sacred Lotus, I began to receive compliments on my tattoos immediately. I expect to have more work done and the hour commute to Sacred Lotus is certainly of no consequence to have professional, friendly and informed ink work done.
