I got my septum pierced here last year by Deb, and it was really great. They were all very friendly and Deb was super efficient, she explained things clearly every step of the way and did the piercing quickly. I expected it to hurt a lot more but it really only felt like a pinch that lasted a few seconds. I got clear instructions on how to clean my piercing (with papers on care to take home too, thankfully, since I forget things) and a year later I've had no problems with it.

Just got a nostril piercing done by Charlie. This is my 4th piercing done ever (at different locations) and was by far the smoothest piercing. I was nervous because I have a low pain tolerance. It wasn’t rushed but very quick and easy. He explained what will happen next before doing anything and made it happen before I started panicking and rethinking my decision. Glad I got it done and appreciate Charlie and his experience.

Got piercing there this weekend the lady who did it was very informative about the care afterwards and when did my ears as she was going along on what she was doing. Was asked how I was doing when it was all done. Very awesome people there would definitely go back again.

Came in the evening on a weekend, walked in without an appointment and was helped quickly and with friendly and knowledgeable service. The previous piercing shop I visited was still out for lunch at 5 pm, so I appreciated Unlimited for honoring their posted hours. I do think their stainless steel is a bit expensive but I'm very happy with it's quality.

We took my teenage daughter to get her ears done. Had no trouble getting an appointment and we were seen on time. Kevin was outstanding. He's very personable and engaging. He answered all of our questions on ears and more. He explained each step and kept meticulous care of his equipment. He was a blast to hang out with. My girl said, "He made me feel very safe. I was comfortable." Would absolutely recommend and we will be back when she's ready to go again.

Lakeland did an ankle tattoo for me and a friend. It was her first time getting a tattoo and she was super nervous. He was polite, professional, and make the whole experience super relaxing and fun. I hope I’ll have time to book another with him while I’m here because he was out of this world amazing!

I had an amazing experience here. I got my first 2 nipple body piercings. I had Deb & she was fantastic. She explained everything. I thought I was going to be in pain, & screaming & have a lot of pain afterwards. But nope!!! It was fast & efficient. I have not had any issues with my 2 piercings on my body. No infections. She was thorough and in detail before & after of explaining the care of them & what to expect in cleaning them. The place was clean & organized. Amazing customer service. I would recommend Deb anytime. She is fun, and energetic! Makes you feel so comfortable.

I have been contemplating a tragus piercing for quite some time now and finally decided to go get it done, and am so glad I did! I originally went to a shop downtown Anchorage to get it done but I wasn't completely comfortable there so I decided to head to Body Piercing Unlimited instead. I am 100% satisfied with everything. I was nervous about the procedure but it was quick and easy, Valerie was amazing! I know everyone is different but the pain was hardly noticeable, felt like a bee sting, and i didn't hear crunching of the cartilage at all! I would definitely go back here for another piercing and highly recommend!

I've used Lakeland 2x (once for initial tat and once for touchup), great experience all around! Great safe and clean environment (maybe not 100% child friendly if you're thinking about taking your kids in for ear piercings), friendly staff and a good deal.
