Alexis is amazing! She was the first person i ever let do my lips and she went above and beyond. She told me from the start that i had a very challenging lip shape on my top lip called an “m-shaped lip” which was very tight and hard to put filler in all at once. Because of this we distributed one syringe into 3 separate visits across three weeks. I drove 2 hours each way to go see her because she is so worth it! I’m obsessed with my new lips!

Had an amazing experience at VIP. Angela Ugarte , ARNP was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable as to what it was I was asking. Larry Blevins & Angela did an amazing job with my lips. I swore I would never inject them again, after 9 years ago having a less than pleasing experience. I was left with filler above my lip that looked funny, however, I thought it would go away over time, Larry took one look and said that he needed to break up the residual filler and start over. It took a few visits- but we’ll worth it. Thank god! My lips look better than they did in my 20’s. What a difference when practitioners take pride in what they do and keep up to date on all the latest techniques and actually care. Thank you ! 🙏

Alexis (@theorlandoinjector_ on Instagram) is the first injector I’ve gone to and I’ll never go to anyone else! She’s exactly what I was looking for. I got botox and lip filler from her and was pretty nervous. She’s really sweet, super informative, and takes the time before the procedures to explain everything and gives you a chance after to ask any questions before getting started. My lip filler turned out perfect and I had no bruising after, which is crazy because I’m one of those people that bruise if you look at me wrong lol. The Xeomin in my forehead did exactly what I was hoping it would and almost completely faded my 31 year old fine lines away.

Larry Blevins did such an amazing job on my lips! They look so natural and he really took his time to make sure everything was perfect. I was very nervous to get this done because I have a fear of needles. Larry was very patient and understanding of that and also got me an ice pack to cool myself down. And patiently waited until I was ready lol. And actually, I didn’t feel a thing! After doing a lot of research, I found him and knew I was in the right hands because I have seen so many lips that look like they have been injected- and I did not want that. I really wanted a very natural look. He does some special vertical technique that made my lips look just as if they were my own natural lips but sooooo much prettier. Thank you Larry. You better not retire before I’m old lol.

For whatever reason, my gummy smile has always made me feel self conscious. I love to smile and laugh but have always have to remind myself to “bring your lip down” when I smile big … which takes the joy away from the happy moments in my life. That’s not how I wanted to remember feeling when I look at photographs of myself smiling. I was over the “it would be a good picture if my gums weren’t showing so much.” So what did I do? I went to VIP and met the most amazing injector, Alexis. First, let me just say the entire staff looks like goddesses and are complete sweethearts. They made me feel so, so welcome. My consult / appointment took way over an hour because I have a lot of insecurities/trust issues/sensitivity towards my lips so we had a lot to discuss. My biggest fear was the injector wouldn’t listen to me and I would end up hating the result or something. Alexis was so sweet and calming during the injection and before I knew it I was looking into a mirror at my new and improved lips. I couldn’t stop smiling. We used an appropriate dose for my first visit and Alexis explained all of the ins and outs of my lip shape to me and what helps “fix” it and what doesn’t. She never made me feel like I was flawed either. She simply listened and gave excellent, medical advice. I also got a touch light headed during the process (hello, anxiety 🤣) so we paused the process and she got me a water and an ice pack. She’s seriously an angel. If you’re interested in filler or tox… VIP is the place and Alexis is your girl. 💕💉💁🏻‍♀️Oh and at my two week follow-up appointment she made sure I was in love and truly satisfied with the previous work I had done and added a few touches here and there to add to the perfection. Ugh I just can’t get over my experience. I will literally drive from Tennessee to Florida for my next appointment.

She asked me my motivation for doing them and what my areas of concern were before reassuring me. Larry Blevins is an injector savant. I routinely travel across the country to get what I want done (LA, Miami, New York, sometimes Europe). Unfortunately, I had my face butchered by "world renowned" surgeons who injected permanent filler in the wrong places messing up my natural structure and making me look overdone. Somehow I stumbled upon VIP through a Instagram search for Radiesse pictures and oh.my.god! He fixed my face over time, he is meticulous about where and how he places filler, but most importantly, he understands facial structures. I will never stop going to him. Ever. Getting my Botox injections at VIP has been one of the best medical decisions I have ever made! This past week I visited VIP to get Botox injections (for the first time). I am 28 and have facial tics that causes me pain in my jaw and neck. I (like a lot of people) also grind my teeth at night which, of course, creates more pain and discomfort. This pain has worsened through the years. It has radiated to my neck and back and has also caused migraines. So when I did some research and found out that Botox could help relieve the pain and stress that I have been feeling, I decided to give it a try! - I AM SO GLAD I trusted VIP to help me on this journey. First off, I will say that the office is clean, beautiful and calming. Most importantly everyone in the building was extremely professional and kind. Angela was my injector. She was so helpful and patient with my nerves! I was very nervous, being that it was my first time. She explained everything she was doing and took her time in between injections to make sure that I was comfortable. I got Botox injections primarily for my jaw pain - so I had my masseters injected as well as my platysmal bands in my neck which I’ve strained over the years with my tics. While I was there I also was injected in my forehead, 11s and crows-feet. I normally don’t write reviews (especially this long lol)- But, today when I woke up, I had no pain. I was amazed! I woke up feeling rested and refreshed. Those of you out there that wake up in pain, or suffer from any kind of joint pain understand how frustrating this discomfort can be. I highly recommend the village institute of plastic surgery! I am now enjoying my mornings pain free - and I can not lie - the injections have also given me a refreshed new look that is definitely a confidence boost. Thank you VIP!

I went to Mesos for my FREE consultation with Dr. Larry W. Blevins to see if I could get a scar removed on my forehead and I was VERY impressed with the service that I received!!! Let me start by saying that their new facility is very clean and well-managed. All the staff were very warm and welcoming especially Dr. Blevins’ assistant; she was very nice to me and had unbelievable customer service.I regret that I forgot her name! Dr. Blevins was incredibly professional and had a lot of great knowledge about facial scars. He explained to me exactly what kind a scar was on my face and walked me through the procedure that he would perform to remove it. I’ve already started the process to get my scar removed with Dr. Blevins and I highly recommend him to anybody that’s looking to have a scar removed. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Mendez at Mesos Plastic Surgery in Lady Lake. I visited 4 doctors before meeting with him and after our first consultation I knew I wanted him to be my surgeon.
