Searching on Google Maps for a facial plastic surgeon and plastic surgeons near me and lots of plastic surgery clinics and businesses came up in Seattle WA. After reading the reviews, reviewing the before and afters, The Seattle Facial Plastic Surgery Center was my first choice. I was considering a rhinoplasty revision because I felt my first nose job was botched. So thankful for the free virtual consultations process and availability for surgery. Dr Portuese stated that a revision rhinoplasty was most likely needed. The costs of the surgery, operating room, anesthesia, surgeon fees, recovery was all explained to me. Thank you for making this process simple and for being so thoughtful.

This is the place.. with Covid happening again .. it makes it really difficult in finding a plastic surgery clinic that still offers consultations and plastic surgery services. The moment I walked into this plastic surgery clinic I felt welcome and comfortable. The medical staff here were very kind and helpful. When I met Dr William Portuese he gave me options and showed me lots of before and after photos and we used an imaging software to show what I would look like after the surgery. I was searching for plastic surgeons near me and this place appeared. I looked at the before and after photos - really focusing on rhinoplasty - and I was impressed. This plastic surgeon has the best before and after rhinoplasty photos I have seen. I havent scheduled a consultation yet but I will soon.
