At my consultation I knew instantly she was the Doctor for me, she listened to what I said I wanted and gave me the best advice for the optimum results that would be best suited for me and my body! She was honest and straight forward which I respect and wanted. She is not just looking to make money and sell you on any procedure, she only recommended the ones that were for me. Dr. Precht and her team are 10's across the board! I had liposuction done on my abs, waist and flanks. Two weeks after the procedure the swelling and bruising are almost completely healed. I had wanted to have lipo done for such a long time, but was scared because of the pain and recovery time. I wish I had seen Dr. Precht sooner now, because there was really no pain and recovery was very easy!

Had a family member come here for consultation and everything was great from the doctor to the nice front desk, but one week later because she wanted to delay the surgery for a later unspecified date, they did not return her $1,000 deposit. So it was basically a $1,000 consultation. I’m sure the doctor is great but that’s a little extreme.

My whole experience from my consultation to my post op appointment was phenomenal! All of the staff, front office, RN, anesthesiologist and Dr. Precht were so friendly and caring with everything. The procedure itself was great, minimal downtime, and my results were amazing. They let me know what to expect before, during and after the procedure. They sent me home with a care package and called me a few times within the first few days to see how things were going. I took my 6 week post op pics and my before and after pics were amazing! I can not begin to say enough good things about Dr. Precht and her staff. I had vaser lipo with her a few months ago and it was easily the best experience I've ever had in a doctors office. From the initial consultation all the way through my follow ups Dr. Precht made me feel like the only patient she has. She's answered all of my questions including a few I texted her about. Dr. Precht also has an amazing ability to take all your fears away in what seems like a split second. The day of my surgery went extremely well and she made sure I was prepared for the short recovery process. The last thing I remember was someone covering me with some nice warm blankets in the OR and then the next thing I knew I was back at home on my couch watching TV. Fast forward a few weeks and I have amazing results which are right in line with what Dr. Precht laid out in our initial consultation. For anyone on the fence I highly recommend Dr. Precht and her staff.

When I was considering getting a liposuction procedure done, I researched a lot of different doctors in the area. Dr. Precht had the best reviews as well as was relatively close to my house so I booked an appointment just to see if this was something I was interested in or if it was going to be right for me. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so nice and the whole appointment was very relaxing. Dr. Precht was very honest and informative about what she thought my results would be and what direction she thought I should go. Before I even left the first appointment, I scheduled my surgery and decided to do a full back and torso liposuction procedure. Leading up to it, I had many questions which were always answered either at a pre-op appointment or over the phone and I felt very confident going into surgery. The day of was a breeze and while recovery was a little more challenging than I anticipated, the entire staff was there every step of the way. It is now less than two months later and I already see a huge change and am excited for the future. Dr. Precht and her staff were just amazing and so helpful. Just to start off with I was thinking I would need not only the body contouring procedure but also a tummy tuck and Dr. Prichard convinced me that I would not need it and to wait and see what the outcome was after the body contouring procedure. Everyone in the office was extremely helpful and nice special shout out to Moria the receptionist she was always so happy so kind and so full of information for me. She always managed to get me when I need! In the end after my procedure and about 2 1/2 months. I am extremely happy with my results. I was able to go back to work within a few days of the procedure I had little to no pain and Dr. Precht followed up with me by phone several times. All in all it was a great experience and I am very happy with my results.

After dieting and exercising for years I still couldn't get rid of certain trouble spots so I met with Dr. Precht to discuss lipo to help with the problem areas. Fast forward a couple of weeks and the procedure was done and I had my after pictures taken at 5 1/2 weeks. Dr Precht is AMAZING. I cannot stress it enough. I was so so nervous for my consultation (I almost canceled 3 times) because nobody is exactly excited to be poked and prodded and having someone inspect your body. After meeting with 2 other surgeons, I immediately knew that she was the one. Gen (at the front desk) made me feel at ease as soon as I came in, and Dr. Precht has a great bedside manner. She answered all of my crazy questions with no hesitation. I just left my 6 week post op appointment and my before and after pictures are just wow, so much better than I expected honestly. After hours of reading reviews of cosmetic surgeons around the Puget Sound I finally decided to have my Vaser Liposuction done with Dr. Lisa Precht MD of Premier Cosmetic Surgery in Seattle due to all the positive comments regarding her work. I can say without a doubt that I made the right choice! Her staff was helpful and accommodating from beginning to end. The day of the surgery was over before I knew it. The next few days was not as painful as I expected, in fact hardly any at all. Just mild discomfort that my medication easily took care of. Everything I needed to know was explained to me and no question was left unanswered. If fact, they even gave me Dr. Precht's direct phone number if I did have any questions or concerns. This procedure was something I thought I'd NEVER do! However, last Fall, I just couldn't get past the issues of some extra fat on my body, and how it made me feel and look. I exercise regularly, lifting weights, and really do challenge myself, but my body would not change much. I decided to go ahead and bite the bullet. I'm so glad to have found Dr. Precht. I felt very comfortable with her and her staff. This surgery was a jump start for me to lose more weight over the last 7 months. The pants I owned were falling off of me and were baggy. I can wear size Small again, and don't feel self conscience about wearing shorter tops and boy shorts swimwear! I'm blessed and very grateful that I had the means to pay for this. It was worth it! I'm now much more thoughtful about my eating habits and continue to enjoy and push myself during workouts to keep fit. Dr. Precht and her staff are very welcoming and made it so much easier to take care of an embarrassing situation (for me). Recovery wasn't fun, but you can get through it and you'll be extremely happy! Go see Dr. Precht!

I wanted to treat myself to a little something after having two children. I looked around at a few cosmetic surgery facilities and even booked an appt. with another facility. But, I wound up canceling with the other facility due to a gut feeling I had. I did more research and came across Dr. Precht and her practice. After reading reviews and scouting through the pictures on her website, I booked a consultation. At the consultation, Dr. Precht found a hernia that I had NO clue I even had. Once I had that repaired, I booked my Vaser lipo appt. The day of the procedure, I wasn’t sure what to expect for my results (since everyone varies). After the first 24 hrs, I immediately saw results.... AMAZING at that! The following weeks were even better. The Dr. and staff were so professional, courteous, kind and NEVER made me feel rushed. One bonus was that Dr. Precht called to check up on me! That’s a big deal because nowadays you typically only talk to nurses. Hello. I am a 34 year old married, father of two. I had some extra pudge around my abdomen and considered having liposuction done. I was pretty nervous about the whole idea, but I decided to do a Google search. Within 5 minutes I had a phone call from their office. They were very friendly on the phone and I scheduled my free consult with Dr. Precht a few days later. I was still a bit nervous about the idea of having liposuction done, but once I got to my appointment, all that nervousness was put to rest. The office space is very ascetically pleasing and the staff were very welcoming and kind. Once I met Dr. Precht, I was at ease and very excited about having my troubled areas taken care off. The financing portion through Care Credit was super easy. The day of surgery was a breeze. Dr. Precht and her team did a great job. Afterwards, I was in hardly any pain. My recovery has gone great. I feel much more confident in my clothing and have been able to have no decrease in my physical activity. In fact, my slimmer physique has helped me continue to lose weight. I am grateful that I chose to have liposuction done and very pleased with Premier Cosmetic Surgery and Medispa. Should the need arise again, I would 100% go back there and would without hesitation recommend any of my friends or family to do the same if they were considering having plastic surgery done.

I had VaserLipo done on my abdomen/hips about 7 weeks ago and I couldn't be happier with the results. I only wish that I would have done it sooner. Dr. Precht was very thorough in explaining the procedure and what to expect after. My recovery was very smooth; I was a bit sore for a couple of days after the procedure, but i didn't even need any pain meds. Had a really good experience with my procedure at Premier Cosmetic Surgery, where I had 5 areas of my body lypod. The Office was very comfortable and the staff was professional and very friendly. Dr. Precht was very encouraging, reassuring and more than answered all my questions. The day of the procedure was easy. I was given meds to relax prior to the surgery and was put under general anesthesia so it was like a quick nap. Recovery did take some time but that was to be expected. I did have to wear a compression garment 24/7 for a while but I was well informed of that before hand. After the initial pain and soreness went away, you could really start to see the definition under all that old fat. Overall the experience was great and this is a great practice if you are looking for such a procedure. There were no surprises as the doctor and staff went out of the way to prepare me. I'm very happy with the results.

When I met with Dr. Precht she was very warm and down to earth, but don't let her relaxed persona fool you, she means business in the O.R.
