I went in on a Saturday for Botox. Kaitlyn was wonderful. So personable. She was very patient and a really listened to what I wanted. I had no bruises and I bruise easily. It was such a good experience, I went back on Tuesday for Restslyne Lyft. I am so pleased with the results. No bruising and minimal swelling and that’s because of the injector. I am not new to fillers, I am 57. I will be telling all my friends. And the icing on the cake… their prices are the best in the Seattle area. They list their prices right on the website.I appreciate transparency. The facility was very nice. The receptionist even offered me a cookie! GREAT experience! Thank you 😊

Kaitlyn RN does my Dysport injections and Restylane Fillers. She explains everything in full detail (even though I have gotten it done plenty of times lol) always makes sure I understand everything. She always asks me during the injections if I’m comfortable pain wise. Very empathetic, down to earth, personable and professional. Her attention to detail is second to none and wants to make sure I am satisfied with everything before leaving even though she has fully explained that full results won’t show until at least a week or more later. I could choose to see one the doctors there for the injections but my choice is Kaitlyn. Not to add confusion to this review but I also had the pleasure of speaking with the other Caitlin who is at the front desk when I arrive for my appointment and when I leave. Very professional and kind. All around stellar staff. Thank you.

Dr. Allegra performed my breast lift and augmentation. I'm 33, and after pregnancy and breastfeeding, I felt I had lost part of myself that I once loved. He and his staff made me feel welcome and comfortable during the initial consultation. Additionally, the office has technology to model the end-result of the procedure, which was extremely helpful in selecting the size for the implants. I am now 2 months post op and am beginning to fall in love with my breasts once again. They have a beautiful round and natural shape. It feels like I've reset the clock! For anyone considering the procedure, I would recommend asking questions about the time needed for the implants to heal, settle and take on their final appearance. Going in to the procedure I was not aware it can take 3-6 months for the implants to resemble their final result. In the end I am more than happy with my result, but I would love to save someone else the post op stress/doubt that comes from having the wrong expectations. Overall, I am extremely happy with Dr. Allegra. He is experienced and confident in his work and it shows!

This review is for Dr Stephanie Amstadter. I went to see her in Kirkland location for lip fillers. We recently moved so I needed a new place for my lips. She has been the best person to ever give me lip injections. First she explained all risks and benefits of all the different brands she had and reviewed what I had done in the past. She made sure I was numb and comfortable and most importantly she just did magic with the injection. She did such great job, I couldn’t be happier. Price was reasonable too. She definitely is the best. I will be back to her for more lip fillers and other things. Thanks Dr Amstadter for doing such wonderful job.

I had my augmentation in March and I am so pleased with my results. Dr. Allegra and his team were nothing short of amazing. My first appointment Dr. Allegra was friendly, informative, and answered every question I had. The 3D program to see what my results would look like on my body were so helpful in making a size decision. Prior to the surgery I was sent all the information to be prepared and what to expect. The day of my appointment the nursing staff and anesthesiologist made me feel comfortable and helped calm my anxiety. I had never had a surgery before and had never been completely sedated, I also have an irrational fear of needles, and they made that super easy. After the surgery was a little tough for me as I wasn't really expecting the pain as much as I did, but honestly it's to be expected after something like that. They took great care of me during the recovery. My follow up appointment was the next day (Saturday) and I was well taken care of and all my concerns for home care were addressed. I received a follow up call and felt like I was cared for as a patient. I did not expect the recovery to be as long as it was for me, but this is different for each person and doesn't have anything to do with the staff or how the procedure was done. Every follow up appointment I've had has been great and I've always been well taken care of. The support staff is amazing and the the office is beautiful. I did a lot of research prior to choosing Dr. Allegra, and the drive from Olympia to Kirkland is absolutely worth it. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Allegra.

after meeting with a previous surgeon (we didn't meet with the surgeon we met with his assistant which is strike 1 ) They were booked out too far (strike 2) plus my wife didn't get a good vibe from his assistant so strike 3 so we just had a consultation with Dr Allegra he was just like his you tube video, very informative, and patient and he answered all our questions and helped us decide the correct size that will look good on my wife's body. The vectra imagining machine was very helpful in giving us an idea of what size my wife should go too. We brought pictures for him to view and he computed the machine by what we were wanting. My wife is definitely having him do her surgery next month :)

Today I had a consult with Dr. Ummat for an ongoing ear/hearing issue. This is an issue that I have been dealing with for about two months. It was very sudden and devastating for me. I have never had an ear issue in my life. I saw two doctors early on and was finally referred to another ENT (not Dr. Ummat). After some treatment with that ENT, I decided to see Dr. Ummat for a second opinion. One word he is AMAZING! He not only took the time to listen to me, but he explained my issue very thoroughly to me. He put me at ease and for the first time in 2 months I felt better and somewhat optimistic. He has recommended some additional tests which make sense and I will continue with him for my follow-up care. I also want to acknowledge his wonderful staff. When I first scheduled my appointment I had a very understanding and compassionate receptionist schedule my appointment. Dr. Ummat's nurse who brought me back today, Wow! She was so friendly and very understanding. She genuinely made me feel that my issue was important and that Dr. Ummat was the best. My only regret is, I wish that I had seen Dr. Ummat first. It is true Dr. Ummat is the Best! Thank you to Dr. Ummat and his staff (you truly care about your patients).

He explained in detail that I could understand every step he was going to make in the removal and aftercare treatment of my thyroid. After almost giving up trying to resolve sinus headaches; I was going to cancel my appointment with Dr Ummat- just because I had seen 3 other ENT doctors with no help! I was disappointed with no help from previouss doctors. But I am SO glad I kept the appointment with Dr. Umet. He was very thorough-- much more that the other ENT's I had seen on the Eastside. He didn't dismiss my symptoms and is a careful listener. He took time to do a scope into my sinuses, and found a clump of infection, which he got rid of. None of the other doctors took the time to do the scope. Then he did a scan which he reviewed very carefully with me, explaining all the details of my previous sinus surgery. ! Wow that was s first! I was very happy with his thorough exam and actions taken. Very competent! Also I have a major reduction in sinus headaches!!!

I have been seeing Dr Ummat for over a year, he is awesome. Never have I felt so secure, trusting, and taken care of by a doctor. He helped identify problems that most other doctors only brushed away or said they couldn't help with, he's always willing to take on a challenge and will never turn away a patient because the job is too tough. He is extremely knowledgable in not only his field, but other doctor's fields as well. He took out my tonsil in August, shortened my uvula in October, and helped me identify a thyroid problem in March (that no other doctor was able to spot!) He even called me back during the weekend/after normal business hours to make sure I was OK and all of my questions/concerns were taken care of. He really is the best of the best. I have seen over 12 doctors this year, even highly renowned ones for hard to diagnose health problems, and he has been more attentive, caring, and knowledgable than any of them!

Absolutely fabulous... I visited NWFace for a consultation earlier this week. My former doctor injected BellaFill which resulted in unpleasant lumps under my eyes. Although my previous doctor was apologetic he could not reverse his mistake. Dr. Voss addressed the problem beautifully by offering the remedy she has used successfully in the past with other clients who came to her with similar mishaps. I would like to add, I have used BellaFill over the years in areas which Bella Fill was meant to be injected with beautiful results. My previous BellaFill injections have been unnoticeable and discrete, while giving the added volume it was designed for. In closing, if you have had unsuccessful results with dermal-fillers in the past and you are considering dermal fillers, consult with Dr. Voss her opinions may help you navigate with confidence!

Northwest Face is setup so much better than any UW Medicine clinic. First of all, when you call for an appt. you speak directly with the clinic. At a UW medicine clinic, you get an answering service. I tried to schedule an appt. with UW Medicine to never be able to speak direct with any clinic. When the clinics returned my second hand message from the call center, I couldn't call them back. They would leave their name and number, which gets you into the call center. The call center wouldn't believe that I was returning a phone call. Northwest Face is by far and away the best place for any ear nose or throats issue, not to mention the doctor wasn't booked up 4 weeks out. I'll never go to another UW Medicine clinic again.
