I had my upper lid plastic surgery on March. That was an easy experience. Doctor Liebertz and his professional staff made it relaxing. I was worried more before the surgery, than during it. I resumed my yoga classes in a month after surgery. They informed in details what should be done, how to take care of the scars, etc. It's been four months now. I just had a follow up appointment. The scars are lightly pink and could be covered with the makeup. I feel fantastic! In 5 more months it won't be visible at all. I was receiving more compliments now on my appearance, then in the last 5 years. Thank you for bringing joy in my life!

If I could get my review on the front page of the Times, I would. Dr. Liebertz and his team hit a home run, from start to finish my care and treatment plan were flawless. I had consulted with many other surgeons in the area (that were all great I am sure) but at the end of the day Dr. Liebertz was able to understand and achieve my ultimate goal functionally and aesthetically. Dr. Liebertz is not just someone who practices medicine, he knows what he is doing and includes you in his work up of treatment options e etc. Also, his staff were the most attentive/responsive and you never were left with any questions unanswered. From my initial consultation Connie coordinated all of my appointments from surgery day, through post op etc. Connie was not only professional but she goes the extra mile to help make things simple. Alex and Brandi of the nursing staff, were positive and make you feel comfortable and again, responsive is an understatement. It’s like you have a question you wanted to ask but before you even get a chance to send in an email or call, they are 10 steps ahead and answering it before you have a chance. They really made any anxiousness I had about any of it, go away. The bedside manner was A++. Also, my experience with Nikole, the Anesthetist was another piece of the puzzle that made it happen. She was so gentle, calm and very educated about general anesthesia. I had no sore throat post op, which was a first, but seriously no bruising on iv site. Nikoles demeanor is how everyone should be handled while going under because it is so re-assuring. I could go on and on, but I refrain from getting too sappy and just say THANK YOU DR. LIEBERTZ & STAFF!! Thank you for all the hard work you have put into my care and I am just very very appreciative for everything thank you.

Dr. Liebertz is the best! He was so patient with me, I was really nervous since it was my first time doing Botox and fillers but he went through everything I needed to know. He made me feel super comfortable on choosing what I wanted to do and also totally honest on what I didn't need to do. Over the past couple of years I have visited Yarrow Bay for both facials and peels. Every time I have visited my experience has been more than pleasurable. I’ve never been overweight but have had stubborn chin fat all of my life. It has impacted my self esteem for the past 20 years: I’ve always been self conscious about it, hated profile photos of myself, and never wore my hair up. I finally decided to get neck/chin lipo and all I can say is that I’m sorry I didn’t do it sooner! As soon as I had my consult I knew Dr. Liebertz was the right choice. Prior to arrival YBPS did a wonderful job communicating their Covid regulations and guidelines. I felt as if my safety and comfort was a top priority for them. I had an appointment with Yaicha and she performed a chemical peel on my face. More importantly the consultation aspect was priceless. I had severe neck and shoulder pain over a two year period due to a car accident and carrying heavy items over a three week period of time. Physical therapy did not help. I did not want to go on pain medication and muscle relaxants indefinitely. As a last resort, my primary care provider suggested that perhaps a breast reduction might help. I went to see Dr McMillan and had the procedure. Within a week or two the neck and shoulder pain was gone. An added benefit was that my breasts also looked great. I recently had my yearly mammogram done and the technician commented that my breasts looked outstanding. She said that sees many post op results of breast surgeries and that mine was among, if not the best, she has seen in her many years of doing mammograms. She went on to ask for the name of the doctor who had performed the surgery so she could pass on her name to patients who want a reduction, enhancement or other breast related surgery. Dr McMillian is an outstanding and caring surgeon. Her office staff and nurses were professional, precise, took very good care of me, answered all questions and made sure my pre and post op experience was flawless. I am a registered nurse and know when I am in the presence of a good/excellent surgeon and nursing care. And I can, without hesitation, say I had the very best.

I started going to Yarrow Bay Plastic Surgery to see Yaicha for laser hair removal. I saw great result in just a few treatments, which is something I didn't see from my other center. I recently saw Diane for laser hair removal. She is very knowledgeable and I appreciated her insight. I have added more areas of laser with Diane and I am very pleased. I had the pleasure of meeting Diane Oakley, Yarrow's aesthetician when she walked into my job. Funny enough that morning I was researching 'how to treat melasma' and had written down some notes. Randomly we started talking about skincare and she suggested I try microneedling. Long story short I visited their office the following week and I can't begin to tell how happy I am. Diane is professional, super knowledgable, and personable. She suggested a few other things I could do to help my melasma and I felt I had finally found someone who I could trust with my skin. Overall the microneedling left me with smaller pores, plump skin, and a youthful glow. I would definitely recommend Diane and Yarrow Bay to all my friends. My experience was extremely comfortable. In fact, my only complaint is that Dr. MacMillan can’t be my regular doctor! The entire staff was friendly and helpful and answered any questions I had as quickly as possible. I have been going to this office for a few years now, to see their nurse injector, Kari. I drive up from Federal Way, because there’s no one I would trust more when it comes to my face. She does my Botox and lip filler, and she does wonderful things with them! She’s great at explaining things before the treatment, and does an excellent job of not over doing things- my lips look natural and not over filled, and my face has never looked over done with Botox. She takes her time with things, and makes sure to get things done just right. I highly, highly recommend going to see her!

My hairdresser referred me to Diane Oakley for a first-time IPL treatment. I was not sure what to expect - both from the overall experience as well as the results - but could not have expected the fabulous results that were achieved from just one session. I’ve struggled with acne, large pores and dark spots for years. My friend suggested I see Diane, who treated her skin post partum, and raved about her. I loved the office immediately. After a consult, Diane determined I’d be the perfect candidate for microneedling. I was fortunate to be chosen as her model for the new Skin Pen. Diane was the most thorough, and knowledgeable Esthetician I’ve ever been to, and I’ve tried many over the years. I was blown away by the quality of care I received during the treatment and after. Diane consistently checked in with me, and advised me on post care. I purchased Skin Better Science hydration cream and a Cleanser I love. Going to a doctors office can be uncomfortable at times, but Dr. McMillan and her staff do an amazing job at making the environment relaxing when I'm there. Everything about the experience has been awesome from the moment I walked through the door. Yaicha has done an excellent job at removing my unsightly back hair (who knew the hair on my head would thin and regrow on my back) and my tattoo....I was 19, super drunk, and in Hong Kong long story but now I'm stuck with this thing. My irresponsibility has left me with the decision to cover it with another tattoo or have it removed. I chose to have it removed.
