Dr. Claire Melancon and her entire staff are amazing! She takes the time for an in-depth consultation and listens to your needs before giving you various options to fit your unique needs. There is no pressure, amazing customer service, and the most gorgeous atmosphere you will ever find in any medical facility. Claire is extremely well-educated and believes in a holistic approach from a woman's perspective. Her staff is also talented, caring and patient with those newer to the world of facial plastics. I cannot recommend her enough!

I had a great experience at Dr Melancon’s office. Her staff was very welcoming. The space was peaceful and beautifully designed. It was my first time getting Botox and I was definitely nervous. She did a great job of calming my nerves and thoroughly explaining the process. She used a numbing agent before giving me Botox which helped lessen the pain. I also loved that she had sparking water & an espresso bar. I would definitely recommend her!

I have gotten Botox a few times over the past couple of years. Dr. Melancon was by far the best! She was knowledgeable and so attentive to my goals. Each time it has looked and felt so natural and youthful! I also had a hydro facial. It was truly amazing and worth every penny. My skin was glowing and felt so clean. The Clinic is gorgeous like a spa and everyone there is beyond professional!

Dr melancon is not only and amazing physician the work that she performs is pure artistry. I LOVE my results and the best part is no one can tel I had anything done yet they know something is different. Everyone says I just look refreshed! She explained everything throughly, gave me the pros and cons of the procedure, never giving me any pressure to get it done. She was easy to talk to and made sure that all of my needs and concerns were meet. She is very knowledgeable and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The results were even better than I pictured. She is a great surgeon and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is thinking about any kind of cosmetic surgery.

She performed a Rhinoplasty for me in Spring 2022, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Everything from consultation to our follow ups after surgery have been amazing. She truly cares about her patients and their results. The whole team at Audubon Facial Plastic Surgery make me feel comfortable and welcome. The hydrofacial treatment feels great and is so relaxing. I saw Dr. Melancon to have a mole removed my on my cheek which she did beautifully. She just so happened to notice my thyroid was enlarged and found a 2cm nodule!! I had just had a physical and seen an ENT the month prior and this went unnoticed. She not only took the time to explain this condition she also helped me find a specialist where I live in Houston! I ended up needing a thyroidectomy. 10/10 highly recommend, extremely detailed and wonderful bedside manner!

On top of that, her office is gorgeous, unfortunately my wait times were so short, I wouldn't mind hanging out there longer!

Had an amazing time at Audubon Facial Plastic Surgery getting a facial from Sophie! The facial was thorough and used products that were gentle for my more sensitive skin. Sophie did a wonderful job and I left with glowing skin and feeling super relaxed. The office space is also gorgeous and definitely added to my experience. Getting to the clinic is super easy, there is accessible parking in the back, and the facility itself is very clean and well-decorated, which makes for both a more easeful and luxurious experience. She made suggestions but was also very clear that she would only proceed if I was 100% comfortable with her suggestions Her waiting room and examining rooms are pristine. Though the decor is minimal it is extremely tasteful and calming. Her staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
