In Nashville, quality physicians and surgeons are a dime a dozen. But holy cow… I am so grateful I ended up in Dr. Whitworth’s care! The entire staff is a blessing. I have yet to meet anyone who doesn’t take time and show compassion when dealing with their patient! In the beginning, a lot of the information you’re getting is overwhelming and hard to understand. But Erin repeated it as many times as she needed to and in such a gracious way until she knew we understood it! If you’re needing a breast care specialist, look no further than Dr. Whitworth’s office!

Dr. Whitworth and his staff are amazing! Everyone is so caring, compassionate and professional. To the best of my knowledge he's the only breast surgeon who has a Occupational Physical Therapist on staff! This was so wonderful before and after surgery and after chemo and radiation not to mention convenient and I could get in without a wait. Dr. Whitworth and his staff prepared me very well and even though it's hard news to deliver they did so in the kindest and most caring way possible. He even gave me his cell phone number and said if I had any questions to call or text him. I did and he responded back in 5 minutes!!! They took their time to explain everything and I never felt rushed. This means you may have to wait a while after your actual appointment time but that's okay when I have all the time I need to process such world changing news and take in so much information. After surgery, I didn't even have a bruise at the incision site!!!

He is a brilliant breast surgeon who has never failed to answer any of my questions. This doctor is truly a gift to his field. Nashville is lucky to have him!

A long time patient and a daughter of a breast cancer patient. Dr. Whitworth and staff are angels sent from Heaven. Dr. Whitworth’s overall patient care extends from outside of office walls. My mom recently passed away, not from Breast cancer, but colon. Totally different cancers and when I texted him about mom, he helped me to understand the process and reassured me I was doing the right thing with her care. I look at Dr. Whitworth and all his PAs and office staff as family. Not once did I, we, feel rushed. Sometimes you have a long wait, but we all need to consider the type of care he provides and if this were you, would you want to feel rushed? So, I will wait until it’s my time to be seen. Dr. Pat Whitworth is the most patient, understanding, gentle and caring doctor I have ever come across. His knowledge is astounding. He will put you at ease instantly. I went to him on a referral from one of his patients and it was the best decision I ever made. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful doctor. Can’t find a better Cancer doctor anywhere. The wait times is my only complaint. I plan on spending 2 to 3 hours for a Office visit

Old location was much better! This place, not so cozy. The wait was ridiculous, over an hour. I've never had to wait that long. I drive over an hour to get here. Not a happy camper.
