I got a breast augmentation (lift + implants) almost a year ago and to this day I could not be happier. Dr Gervais & his team are absolutely amazing! From the initial consult to surgery day! Ever follow up appointments. They are so friendly and make the process easy! Post baby, I lost over 100 pounds and was not happy with the appearance of my breasts at 26. I now have beautifully perfect gals! 10/10 recommend

I chose Dr. Gervais at Minneapolis Plastic Surgery for my breast augmentation because of his great reputation and a few personal referrals. I couldn’t be happier with the entire process from consultation to follow up appointments. The staff is wonderful and helped make my experience so comfortable and easy! I am thrilled with my results and am so happy I trusted Dr. Gervais implant recommendations day of surgery (different than what I originally picked out). Dr. Gervais has an exceptional aesthetic eye - my results are natural and perfectly proportioned to my body! The recovery was truly so easy with minimal pain and I was back working in a few days. I wish I would’ve done this for myself sooner! Highly recommend Dr. Gervais and Minneapolis Plastic Surgery!

Went to a few consultations and as soon as I came here I knew it was where I wanted to go. Dr. Gervais was so easy to talk to and made me feel at ease. His staff weren’t cold like I’d felt elsewhere. Loved everything about this surgery center. My nose turned out just how I had hoped. When I had my cast off and I got light headed, the nurses were so nice and let me stay after hours to eat crackers and drink ginger ale (lol sorry I feel silly for that) but I never felt like a burden. Thanks so much to everyone here.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Minnesota Plastic Surgery. Dr. Gervais & his team were so wonderful- very educated & personable. From the front desk staff who answered my first call, to Debra, who talked through the financials with me, to Dr. G’s assistant, Shauna, who took me under her wing, I received nothing but top notch service! Shauna, was sure all my questions & concerns were addressed. She helped me with sizing & I found the perfect look I was wanting & Dr. G worked his magic & turned my dream into my new reality! Dr. Gervais is very skilled & confident in his work- so there was no doubt in his mind he could give me what I wanted. He listened to my wishes & explained exactly what he was going to do. The surgery team was so attentive & helped ease all my anxieties the day of my procedure. The great care continued even post-surgery with a personal call from Jill, making sure I was doing ok. The Klara app they use at MN Plastic Surgery was super helpful too, as any little question I had, I could just shoot a text & someone from the team would respond timely with answers & reassurances. Because of Dr. Gervais & his amazing staff, I now have a new found confidence in myself. I’m thrilled that I decided to do this & would highly recommend MN Plastic Surgery to anyone considering a breast augmentation!

I started doing research online and narrowed my consults down to 2 clinics in my area. His website is incredibly thorough, includes scientific backing, and is very professional. The reason I chose Dr. Gervais and his team was because everyone was always very thorough. Every single member of his staff from the schedulers, the financial counselor, the nurses, and Dr. Gervais took time to answer my questions whether it was in-person, over the phone, or through the secure portal. They were very gracious when I wanted to schedule a second fitting appointment right before my surgery date and accommodated their schedule to squeeze me in. Communication leading up to my surgery and following was also reassuring. Another reason I chose Dr. Gervais was because he does surgery in-house rather than being admitted into a hospital. With COVID, I felt this was a much better option than some other clinics. I also liked that I got to meet and chat with the anesthesiologist before going into the operating room. They also made it very easy to communicate with my designated care taker and he felt very comfortable with the post-op care once they had gone over everything before and after my surgery. I really appreciated the same-day phone call and all of the post-op follow ups from the clinic. I had zero nausea after my procedure and no pain (moderate soreness), but it's different for everyone. I'm about 2 months post-op now and feel great. I've been back in my usual routine and easing back into more intense workouts. I have zero swelling or tightness, the implants have settled and softened nicely, and my scars are healing well (I was also given a tube of scar minimizer at my 6 week follow up - it's the little touches that are really nice). Overall, an absolutely fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend Dr. Gervais. The only teeny negative was having to book out a little further than I would have liked because he was so busy. However, it does show he's sought after and his patients are willing to wait rather than go somewhere else.

I had a breast augmentation surgery and words cannot describe how happy I am with the results. I feel so much more confident and wake up everyday with a smile. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Gervais and his staff! One of the best experiences I’ve had.

They answered all my questions, they let me schedule a second sizing appointment because I was unsure of my chosen implant size, and they helped me feel calm on the day of surgery. It is clear that Dr. Gervais and the entire staff at Mpls Plastic Surgery takes pride in their work and in their patient care. I truly couldn't recommend them enough. Also, my results are beautiful. I got exactly what I asked for! My breasts are beautiful, they look and feel natural, and my scars are almost invisible after only 5 weeks. I have never felt more confident.

A friend referred me to MPS and I could not be happier. I was not worried about my results because I saw hers as well as looked at other Surgeons photos they had online. I had to drive 5+ hours for appointments and follow-ups and it was worth every mile (on my brand new auto) and every minute. My recovery might have been unusually simple - but my advice would be this - be in your most fit condition when you go - not only for the best results but for a simple pain free recovery. Ask questions, follow their orders (wear your wrap for 4-8 weeks) and get plenty of rest for the first few days. Dr. Gervais team is great, kind, welcoming, friendly and I have never felt uncomfortable or awkward and I am pretty modest. (: It isn't enough to say they are THE BEST and I am grateful my friend thought of me enough to show me her results and share her surgeon.
