Dr. Tolan and the entire staff at Midwest Facial And Plastic Surgery and Midwest Ear, Nose And Throat are, in my opinion, the very best people in their profession. I had to delete what I originally wrote about this kind and skilled surgeon and his equally kind and efficient staff because my review would have been 30 paragraphs. Suffice it to say that I have had numerous damaging and disfiguring skin cancers removed from my face over the years. I was to the point that I would not only avoid looking at myself in the mirror, I was becoming increasingly isolated and withdrawn. Well, I just had several procedures completed by Dr. Tolan recently and, my goodness, I am so, so happy with the results of my surgeries that I am intoxicated with euphoria! Once again, my face is symmetrical and because my face is what I present to the world, I feel an increase in confidence and like my life has all sorts of possibilities! I can never thank Midwest enough for their help and compassion. They have made a huge impact on the rest of my life! I could go on and on but even my shortened version is getting long. Oh, and please, when you are outside, please wear a good sunblock or sunscreen with zinc. You will be glad you did. And if you ride a bicycle, wear a helmet, explore and ride hard. I've been seeing Dr. Griffin for almost a year now. I experienced Bells Palsy 5 years ago and since have permanent damage. Dr. Griffin is a Saint when it comes to treating the lasting side effects with botox. I am so happy I was referred to him, I will never go anywhere else.

Dr. Griffin performed my rhinoplasty. His precision, thought, talent and care far exceeded my expectations. Not only has my appearance and confidence improved but my breathing has dramatically improved. I now understand how hard my body worked to breathe through my nose. I now breathe and sleep with ease. I had my lippies done with Angela. This was my 2nd time ever getting lip filler (1st time with Angela) and hands down this was the better experience. Angela and I had a very thorough consultation about what I was looking for and what we would be able to accomplish and what we would be working towards moving forwards. Angela was able to give me a dental block which I HIGHLY recommend! Us girls can pretty much handle any pain that comes our way, but why have a painful experience when you have a specialist who can make things super comfortable?? So happy, I'm coming back in a month for some botox!

I had my first ever hydrofacial with Ashley. I'm almost 40 and starting to see some changes to my skin. Ashley did a consultation with me before the treatment to answer ALL my questions and understand what results I am looking for. I had a special event coming up so we were sure to line the treatment up so that I was the most radiant. I had a great experience (FYI there is a spicy 5 mins, but it passed quickly) and I felt like I was glowing for the event. She also recommended some at home products that I really love.

Midwest Facial has been an awesome clinic for facial services. From the moment you call to book an appointment to the time you leave from your appointment, you receive excellent service. Dr Tolan along with all his staff are the most caring people and will make sure you feel comfortable and understand the process and steps you need to take to achieve the results you are looking for. You cannot find a better doctor than Dr Tolan when it comes to facial cosmetics! He did an amazing job taking off a precancerous mole for me too. I have also had awesome service from Cindy and Sarah on facials and peels. They did an awesome job of educating and telling me what my skin needs to get the results I am looking for long term. I also love their facial products. Alyssa, the practice manager, even dropped product off for me today at my office since they were out when I stopped earlier in the day! Was wowed by the service once again! All around, amazing experience at Midwest facial.

I LOVE MY NOSE! That is something I never would have said until my procedure with Dr. Griffin. Dr. Griffin performed a rhinoplasty and chin augmentation for me six weeks ago. I *could not* be happier with my results and with the entire experience. For years, I have hated my profile. My nose had a bump on it and the tip was round and droopy. It was just an unattractive nose - bottom line. I also had a weak chin and wanted it to be more prominent. I had thoughts that many probably have like: I am nice looking, but if x and y were changed, I'd be even better. And here is what I found out - Dr. Griffin makes those desires a reality. He has made me look the way I wanted to look in my mind and I am more grateful than I could ever say. For my wedding photos and later, professional photos with my children, I told the photographers to not take photos of me from the side, or if they did, to photoshop the bump from my nose. I literally sought out a wedding photographer who was an expert in photoshop for this exact reason. And now: my profile is my favorite angle! The staff at Midwest Facial Plastic Surgery are excellent. My appointments were efficient and pleasant. The surgery staff were *outstanding*. They were absolutely wonderful and incredibly kind and caring. They will take amazing care of you. I rave about Dr. Griffin to anyone who will listen. If you want a surgeon who is an *expert* at faces, he is your doctor. You will not find better. He is kind, empathetic, and above all, exceptionally competent and skilled at what he does. I am so grateful that I found him. If you don't live in Minnesota, he is worth traveling for. I cannot thank Dr. Griffin enough. I love my nose, I love my profile, and I love how I look. He made me look the way I imagined I could look, and that is invaluable.

My eye doctor suggested that I look into a bletharoplasty because the skin above my eyes was seriously drooping over my eyes and causing my field of vision to shrink. In discussing this with my doctor, an eyebrow lift was also recommended. I knew I was looking older than I should and that the droopy eyelids were annoying. So, I met with Dr. Griffin, who agreed with the previous opinions. I was impressed with Dr. Griffin's reputation and ability to instill confidence in me about the outcome. He patiently walked me through the procedure, outlining what he would be doing and how, what side effects I might experience, length of recovery, and how to maximize my recovery. I felt prepared for the event. I underwent the surgery about 6 months ago and the results are great. I no longer have droopy eyelids and I have been told that I look much younger. I like the way I look now, whereas I just looked old before. I feel as though I am back!

I have been coming to this practice for years. First for botox and filler. The best work is the work people can't tell that you've had done. From the aesthetic point of view, this practice, and Dr. Tolan specifically, surpasses any expectation. I have sent numerous friends and family members to the practice. This review is from Judy Vogen: Last December, while visiting Colmar, France, I tripped and fell face-first onto a rough gravel path, resulting in significant lacerations requiring stitches to my face, chipping my teeth and breaking my nose. My husband called Dr. Tolan in Minnesota, who was in surgery, but soon called him back. For the rest of the afternoon Dr. Tolan and my husband texted back and forth on how to proceed with the treatment. We returned to Minnesota a couple of days later and Dr. Tolan saw me the first thing the next morning. After treating my wounds, bruises and setting my nose, I was very significantly improved.
