Dr. Goldman did a phenomenal job on my 5 year old daughters surgery. She had an extra toe and webbing on one of her foot that needed to be separated. We saw multiple doctors before we met Dr. Goldman and instantly felt at ease. When I first researched her type of surgery I thought it was more simple than it turned out to be. So happy we went with a plastic surgeon who's attention to detail was impeccable. He met with us twice before scheduling the appointment to answer all of our questions and not once did we feel rushed. He also has young kids so naturally my shy daughter felt very comfortable too. Surgery went well. He provided a ton of open communication through out the entire process so we truly felt like we were working together.

I'd like to begin by thanking you for making this entire process memorable. When I first met Dr. Brosious, I knew he was the right doctor for my breast reduction. He was very knowledgeable, honest, and caring. I had my surgery on Monday, and I was up and moving around the next day. They aren't even close to being healed and I absolutely love my breast. This was my first surgery and he made me feel like family. His surgical knowledge and skills, in my opinion, are exceptional. I am overjoyed with my natural and lovely outcome. I 100% recommend Dr. Brosious to anyone reading this review and to friends and family.

Dr. Joshua Goldman is AMAZING. He is a brilliant surgeon with an artistic eye and an attention to detail when it comes to the human body. I was diagnosed with breast cancer and had a double mastectomy. The doctors that I had been referred to could only offer me the standard procedure of silicone implants. I didn’t want any foreign substance in my body anymore. Luckily I work for a cancer treatment center and our Genetic Consultant recommended me to Dr. Goldman who performs a cutting edge procedure called DIEP flap surgery. It’s where he takes your excess abdominal fat and rebuilds natural breasts. I am so pleased with his work. I now have natural breasts that are soft and perky and all natural. I also have a wonderfully flat stomach. I feel extremely healthy now. I have the health and vitality that I felt when I was 23 but I’m really 63. I cannot say enough fantastic things about Dr. Goldman. He’s a very compassionate doctor that listens to your concerns and addresses them without judgment. He is such a skilled micro surgeon that I have feeling in my breasts, stomach and arms when other doctors told me that I’d be numb in those area forever. If you are familiar with the show BOTCHED then believe me when I say Dr. Goldman and Dr. Brosious are the go to fix it team. They love challenges and can take a bad result from a previous surgeon and turn it into a fantastic outcome that will leave you HAPPY..!!!

Dr. Goldman is heaven sent. After years of struggling with my bottom tummy I sought him out for a tummy tuck and let me just say … AMAZING. He was very straightforward, kind , and gave me my confidence back . This man is very very very good at what he does and it shows in his work and patient care. Not to mention I have the CUTEST belly button I have ever seen . Every compliment I get I def throw his name and office in at the end . I’m so grateful .

I’m a 39 Breast Cancer survivor who put off reconstructive surgery for 2 1/2 years due to not being pleased with other surgeons work itself or them trying to push procedures on me that I didn’t want. Dr. Goldman listened and understood my concerns and needs. Very knowledgeable and gave me lots of helpful information about my procedure and post op. He has empathy, and always has a smile on his face and welcoming which I appreciate. Not only did I have surgical options that I was comfortable with he assured me that he was able to achieve what I was looking for. I chose the Diep Flap and I’m so pleased with my results! He helped restore my self confidence and I’m forever thankful to the VPSI team! You know Dr. Goldman did good when you’re recovering in the hospital and my nurses and hospital Doctors continued to bring their colleagues in to see his work! I LOVE VPSI! I had a double mastectomy with failed reconstruction in 2017. I felt like Frankenstein under my shirt and wore loose clothing so that no one could see my chest. I met with many surgeons in Las Vegas over the years, with the majority offering me less than desirable options and one even suggesting I would be better off going flat. I was feeling rather hopeless about any reconstruction & then I met Dr. Goldman when he was speaking about Diep Flap at my oncology office. Meeting him and understanding what was possible for my reconstruction changed my life. I had surgery on 12/8/22 and I have no regrets. I feel feminine and myself for the first time in 5 years. I am overwhelmed with gratitude for Dr. Goldman! This new office is a real step up for Dr Brosius. It's a very classy place. If you are looking for a place for transgender surgery, this is it. I was very impressed with Dr Brosius when I went with my daughter for her initial visit. On the way home I said to my daughter, "Dr Brosius is a real artist."

Both Dr. Brosious and Dr. Goldman are phenomenal surgeons with excellent, down to earth personalities. I cannot think of another doctor that connects as well to their patients. They have had excellent outcomes out of one on the only reconstructive based plastic surgery practices in Nevada. Both surgeons have committed years training and practicing in the Las Vegas valley and are truly experts in the fields of reconstructive microsurgery and gender surgery. Overall, they are 2 of my favorite doctors of all time based on their skill, attention to detail, and friendly personalities.
