My son recently had dental work at this location referred by the Childrens Dentistry, all in all it was a good experience. My husband was not to fond of a gentleman that was in front desk, but apart from that the staff, nurses, and doctors were all very attentive and polite. They all spoke to us individually as we walked through the process from explaining the procedure to addressing any concerns we may have. They took their time to answer both my husbands and I questions. We left our 7 year old son, reassured. As rather protective parents yes I admit, we left as reassured as one can be because I do not know about other parents but speaking for myself even leaving my son for dental work alone is rather nerve wrecking mostly because he is going under. Thankfully all went well and they did awesome just as they said they would. Thank you I appreciate you all.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING! I had surgery with Dr Khorsandi and the entire staff was better than I could've asked for. (I've had surgery before at a different outpatient facility and did not have a good experience. The aftercare staff was not pleasant and I woke up dry heaving) I expressed the dry heaving to the anesthesiologist and he explained exactly what had happened. The other facility gave me too much anesthesia. I also told him that I had gastroparesis and he took extra precautions with that and advised the staff of the changes as well. I absolutely could not have been happier with this team. ☺ Sooooooo awesome!

My overall experience here, at least staff wise, was positive, I wish the same could be said for my Doctor. I understand that healthcare is personal to each and every individual, but I wanted to share that my specific experience with the staff was excellent, the nurses here are very caring and attentive, they have a good eye for detail as well and truly listen, again, I wish the same could be said for my surgeon...

I had surgery here in July. The place was run down. The lady that did my paperwork and took my insurance was vaping outside of the main doors to the building. I thought that you had to be several feet a way from a medical facility, but I guess not. The nurses were super friendly. This was the first time that I walked into the OR. They didn’t allow my one family member to come to wait with me before I went into surgery. I would have felt more comfortable if I was able to have a family member back with me. Also, they never told my family member that I was out of surgery. They were good about making sure no one put steri strips and adhesive on me. I’m allergic to both.
